      En este entrenamiento en total realicé 10 km aproximadamente. Un trabajo de 10 pasadas de 100 metros en pendiente (agotadores), obviamente antes entrando en calor, con trotes en suaves. Este tipo de entrenamientos es muy recomendable, ya que nuestro corazoncito se acelera y nos prepara para los cambios de ritmo en carrera. Ojalá el domingo podamos hacer un fondo largo (esos me encantan).

Para ello llevaron un balde, una pala y muchas ganas de divertirse. Parece todo normal, pero el tema es que mi hijo Genaro tiene ya 18 años y según los estándares “normales” de la sociedad no puede jugar haciendo castillos en la playa.

      En Paraguay la mandioca o la yuca, es algo de todos los días. En el campo no existía el pan de todos los días como en los pueblos o ciudades. Allá solo mandioca y hoy día digo, gracias a dios. Cuando era pequeña quería comer pan, galletitas, alfajores y todo lo relacionado con la harina. Pero de un tiempo a esta parte me di cuenta de que parte de los males de salud de mi vida, como por mis alergias y asma, eran provocados sobre todo por las harinas refinadas. Es por eso que hoy en día prácticamente no consumimos harinas en la casa y sinceramente nos hace muy bien.

No soy muy amante de los fritos, pero en ocasiones y a pedido de los comensales, no me queda otra que acatar. La carne del relleno lo hice con pollo y el detalle en este caso fue la cebolla de verdeo. Siento que le da un toque de distinción al relleno. La técnica para realizar las empanadas lo expongo en el video.

      Hola amigos, espero que estén todos muy bien, nuevamente Zuni por acá y hoy con algo que para mí fue toda una sorpresa. A menudo paso por el lugar, porque ahí mismo existe una Po planta de palta y su vecina es la famosa planta de Araucaria. Su fruta es muy parecida al ananá o piña y cada vez que preguntaba me decían que no se consumía. Por supuesto, no me quede con eso y comencé a buscar información y quien busca, encuentra. Encontré varias publicaciones indicándome como podía consumirlo.

Ir al lugar con una bolsa, con mucho calor, golpear las manos en la casa para que nos atiendan y pedir permiso. En este caso nunca nos respondieron y al estar la planta en el terreno por donde pasa el tren, ingresamos y recolectamos las que había. Volvimos cansados, con mucho calor y a procesar lo conseguido. Cuando inculcamos a hacer y no solo decir, los niños valoran más los esfuerzos cotidianos que hacemos. Marcelo ya está curado de espanto y siempre apoya nuestras locuras y por supuesto prueba todo.

      Como siempre aclaro de que esto no es una receta, ya que sinceramente voy improvisando mientras hago. Como verán en el video, primero sacamos las pepas, luego lo lavamos y pusimos a hervir por 40 minutos aproximadamente. Luego lo más difícil y es romper las pepas, para sacar el contenido de su interior. Se parece mucho a un ajo grande y su textura es muy parecida a la mandioca o yuca, con el dulzor similar a la batata. Existen muchas variedades de araucarias, de manera que no sé si todas saben iguales.

      Después de varios meses sin actualizarlos sobre mis avances en Pole Dance, estoy nuevamente por acá y sin abandonar ni una semana de mis entrenamientos, hemos tenido muchos avances positivos.

      Como lo digo en el video es muy positivo según mi parecer, realizar esta actividad física. Cuando cuento qué hago Pole Dance, muchos ni siquiera conocen este deporte y cuando les hablo de las bondades de practicarlo, se quedan como mirándome y cuestionándose. Toda mi estructura física está cambiando, me siento mucho más fuerte en todos los aspectos e inclusive mentalmente.

      Según Marcelo, nadie te va a entender hasta que lo practiquen y quizás tenga algo de razón. Puedo contarles todas las bonitas experiencias que tengo con este deporte, pero solo me entenderán cuando intenten practicarlo. Algo que me encanta es que es un deporte para todos. No importa el sexo, la condición física ni mucho menos la edad. Tengo compañeras de más de 50 años que están enamoradas del Pole Dance y también compañeras un poco excedidas de peso que lo practican y muchas veces tienen mucha más flexibilidad que nosotras.

Y eso invita a cumplir el antojo de Marcelo, que tiene adoración por esta costumbre argentina. Las tortas fritas en días de lluvia. No es de mí agrada y es más, no las consumo. Pero en esta ocasión, y haciendo un llamado que hizo @fermionico en el grupo de WhatsApp de Hive Argentina, es que tomo la iniciativa y cumplo con el pedido del hombre 😆

      Luego de volver de hacer compras con la familia, almorzamos y Marcelo, como de costumbre, realiza una siesta luego de almorzar. Manos a la obra y con la ayuda de @geronimo06 me dispuse a cumplir su antojo. Realmente realizar tortas fritas no tiene ningún misterio, aunque a Marcelo le encanta cuando le pongo Royal/polvo de hornear. Normalmente, no se utiliza este ingrediente, pero en casa tiene mucha aceptación.

After returning from shopping with the family, we had lunch and Marcelo, as usual, took a nap after lunch. With the help of @geronimo06 I set out to fulfill his craving.       Lo ideal es hacerlo con fuego a leña, ya que la grasa debe estar bien caliente. Pero como no tenía ganas de hacer fuego, lo hice en la hornalla de la cocina y eso es lo verdaderamente tedioso. Es por eso, que no hice muchas, para terminarlo lo antes posible. Por suerte Genaro me ayuda con la fritanga, como vulgarmente se dice.

      Luego de realizar nuestros clásicos trotes con Marcelo, siempre cuando estamos llegando a casa, le enviamos un mensaje a Genaro, para que nos prepare un licuado de lo que sea. Nos acostumbramos tanto a incorporar licuados luego de cada entrenamiento que se hace una rutina, sobre todo con los calores que azotan a toda la argentina. Pero en este caso, no le envié mensaje, ya que conseguí una fruta, que en la argentina lo llamamos melón y es una de mis debilidades.

      En argentina existen muchas variedades de la fruta y el que más me gusta es uno que lo llaman rocío de miel. Ya el nombre habla por sí solo y si lo consumís algún día, te darás cuenta de porque lo denominaron rocío de miel. Este que conseguí no es rocío de miel, pero de igual manera, estuvo riquísimo. Tiene mucho que ver su grado de maduración y si recibió todos los nutrientes en la temporada. Como por ejemplo el agua que es tan importante para la fruta. Recuerdo que mi abuelo se enojaba mucho cuando no llovía, porque las frutas y todo lo que plantaba, no serían lo mismo sin agua.

      Viajar en colectivo, a pesar de que el subterráneo funciona más rápido, es mi elección favorita. No sé por qué el colectivo (bus) lo disfruto más. Como que puedo escapar más rápido en caso de accidentes y me genera mayor libertad. En este caso, pude ver desde el bus, una oportunidad que no podía dejarlo pasar.

      Son pocas las oportunidades cuando recibimos gente en casa, que sean distintas a los parientes. Siempre falta algo, que no tenemos las sillas suficientes, que nuestra calefacción son solos ventiladores y muchos etcéteras. Pero de un tiempo a esta parte, nos mostramos tal cual somos. Con todas nuestras falencias, que seguramente no es muy distinta a la de cualquier familia. Y la visita que recibimos, fue Marluy de @mamaemigrante.

There are few opportunities when we receive people at home, other than relatives. Something is always missing, that we don't have enough chairs, that our heating is only fans and so on.       Cuando Marcelo me dijo que vendría y con su pequeño hijo, junto a los míos, primero nos pusimos a limpiar la casa 😁. Siempre lo hacemos, pero cuando viene alguien se redobla los esfuerzos. Les pasa a ustedes o solo a mí 😁.

I'm not much of a writer, but Marcelo says that we can all add value with our thoughts, experiences and opinions. Luckily I have him to help me with my writing and he is always correcting me. It's intense 😃, but I know he wants it to come out the right way.

      Fuimos caminando a buscarlos a la estación de trenes de Ezeiza y sinceramente hacía mucho calor. Marluy en la semana le dijo a Marcelo si podía traer garbanzos, ya que ella no los consume y sin darnos cuenta lo traía en su mochila. Llegamos a casa muy cansados y con calor. Por suerte en casa los ventiladores se portaron muy bien.

We walked to pick them up at the Ezeiza train station and honestly it was very hot. During the week, Marluy asked Marcelo if she could bring chickpeas, since she does not eat them and without realizing it, she brought them in her backpack. We arrived home very tired and hot. Luckily at home the fans behaved very well.

      Pasamos un momento agradable en familia. Los chicos enseguida se hicieron amigos y comenzaron a jugar en la computadora de Marcelo, mientras nosotros nos poníamos al día. Como decidimos ir a buscar a Marluy, la cocina quedo a cargo de Genaro y una vez apagado el horno debía retirarlo, para que no se seque mucho. Y bueno, no lo retiro y salió como salió.

! [English] We had a nice time as a family. The kids immediately became friends and started playing on Marcelo's computer, while we were catching up. As we decided to go to pick up Marluy, Genaro was in charge of the kitchen and once the oven was turned off, he had to take it out, so that it would not dry out too much.       Como me gusta hacer locuras lindas y cuando me entero de que Marluy no consume los garbanzos, dije, lo voy a sorprender. Prepare un bizcochuelo para obsequiarlo para que lo llevara para compartir con su niño más grande que no vino. El obsequio era garbanzos disfrazados y en este momento Marluy se debe estar enterando 😁. Ojalá no se haya enojado conmigo 😊.

! [English] As I like to do crazy cute things and when I found out that Marluy doesn't eat chickpeas, I said, I'm going to surprise him. I prepared a sponge cake to give him as a gift so that he could take it to share with his older child who did not come.       Si bien muchos entrenamientos los realizo sola, la mayoría lo hago en compañía de Marcelo. Es por eso que decidimos realizar publicaciones compartidas de nuestros entrenamientos. Intercalaremos con respecto a las cuentas donde los subimos y esta vez me toca a mí 😁 👣.

      Según los que saben, debemos realizar trabajos de cambios de ritmos, en segmentos acotados. No son de mi agrado, pero si hay que hacerlo, no me fue otra que acatar la decisión. Podría no hacerlo, pero la idea es llegar o transitar este proceso de la mejor manera. Y no es un capricho mío, solo que cuando tenía el padecimiento del asma, elevar las velocidades, hacía que no la pasara bien. Por suerte hoy en día, lo tolero bastante mejor y eso me encanta.

According to those who know, we have to work on changes of pace, in limited segments. They are not to my liking, but if it has to be done, I had no choice but to abide by the decision. I could not do it, but the idea is to arrive or go through this process in the best way. And it's not a whim of mine, it's just that when I had asthma, raising the speeds made me not have a good time. Fortunately today, I tolerate it much better and I love it.

      Los domingos normalmente hacemos los famosos fondos de domingo (muchos kilómetros de trote), pero cuando no lo hacemos, por estar cansados y otras razones, salimos a la tarde pero no tan lejos. En este caso, decidimos llevar a los chicos con nosotros y fuimos al Adez. Ellos se divierten a su manera y nosotros, nos “divertimos” también 😁. Dos vueltas al circuito aproximadamente para entrar en calor, luego unos estiramientos y luego si el trabajo que debíamos hacer. 10 pasadas, en pendiente a un ritmo mayor al normal. Lindo desafío para una tarde calurosa en Buenos Aires.

On Sundays we usually do the famous Sunday funds (many kilometers of jogging), but when we don't do it, because we are tired and other reasons, we go out in the afternoon but not so far. In this case, we decided to take the kids with us and went to the Adez. They have fun in their own way and we, we "had fun" too 😁. Two laps of the circuit approximately to warm up, then some stretching and then yes the work we had to do. 10 passes, downhill at a higher than normal pace. Nice challenge for a hot afternoon in Buenos Aires.

      Marcelo y Genaro, se encargaron de realizar las capturas y por suerte el entrenamiento salió como lo esperábamos. Luego nos dispusimos jugar un rato con los niños, para luego volver a casa, pero antes pasamos por el chino y comprar algunos faltantes de mi alacena. Seguimos entrenando, tanto Marcelo en su bicicleta y el running y también yo trotando y por supuesto, asistiendo a Pol Dance. Este deporte hizo grandes cambios en mí, pero principalmente la fortaleza muscular es muy notorio. Disfruten del video 👣 ✨.

Marcelo and Genaro were in charge of the catches and luckily the training went as expected. Then we decided to play for a while with the kids, and then we went back home, but first we went to the Chinese store to buy some of the things that were missing from my cupboard. We continued training, both Marcelo on his bike and running and also me jogging and of course, attending Pol Dance. This sport made big changes in me, but mainly the muscle strength is very noticeable. Enjoy the video 👣 ✨.
