Como había escuchado anteriormente acerca del reto de dominadas del atleta gero, que se ha llevado mi grán respesto. Este año quise intentarlo con abdominales haber hasta donde puedo llegar, quisiera ver cuales son mis límites durante todo el año.
Bueno como no quise hacer abs en la parte baja del abdomen todo el año, estoy haciendo el reto de los 366 días en el ejercicio de rodillas al pecho y abs normales!
Así que mientras que en uno estoy trabajando la parte baja del abdomen; En el otro estoy trabajando la parte alta del abdomen!

As I had previously heard about the pull-up challenge of the athlete gero, which has taken my great respect. This year I wanted to try with abs to have as far as I can go, I would like to see what are my limits throughout the year.
Well since I didn't want to do abs in the lower abdomen all year, I'm doing the 366 days challenge in the exercise from knees to chest and normal abs!
So while in one I'm working the lower abdomen; in the other I'm working the upper abdomen!

Trato siempre de poner mucho de mi parte porque se requiere de mucha disciplina y motivación personal
Cada vez que estoy estresado, o tengo problemas, el entrenamiento y la calistenia me ayudan mucho a despejar la mente y les quiero compartir esta rutina básica de espalda espero y les guste💪🏼

El primer ejercicio se trata de las dominadas en agarre supino, este ejercicio es muy bueno para agarrar fuerza en los biceps y mejorar la resistencia en el jale.
El segundo ejercicio se centra mayormente en los biceps y parte de la espalda, y es bueno para agarrar fuerza y mejorar el esfuerzo físico y el jale.
El tercer ejercicio se trata de las dominadas neutrales, este ejercicio es bueno a la hora que queramos realizar un ejercicio más difícil como lo es el muscle ups en paralelas, es muy bueno para la resistencia y la fuerza.
El cuarto y último ejercicio se trata de las australians pull ups, este ejercio se basa mayormente en los biceps y las dorsales, este movimiento nos dará la fuerza y el autocontrol de nuestro cuerpo corporal, y nos ayuda mucho a la resistencia y el enfoque físico.

The first exercise is about the pull-ups in supine grip, this exercise is very good to grab strength in the biceps and improve the resistance in the pull.
The second exercise focuses mainly on the biceps and part of the back, and is good for gaining strength and improving physical effort and pulling.
The third exercise is about the neutral pull-ups, this exercise is good when we want to perform a more difficult exercise such as the muscle ups in parallel, it is very good for endurance and strength.
The fourth and last exercise is about the Australians pull ups, this exercise is based mostly on the biceps and the lats, this movement will give us the strength and self-control of our body body, and helps us a lot to endurance and physical focus.
