Caicara de Orinoco es un pequeño pueblo que está a orillas de el majestuoso río padre, de hecho de allí deriva su nombre ; cada año cuando entra la temporada de invierno siempre en el pueblo se vive la angustia, la zozobra de cuán grande será la creciente de ese año y qué consecuencias traerá?

En el año 2018 la creciente fue muy grande y no se había repetido hasta este año que pasó por encima de los 35 m sobre el nivel del mar ;esto trae muchas consecuencias negativas, por así decirlo para el pueblo; sobre todo para las personas que viven en sus adyacencias.

Todas estas personas se ven obligadas a dejar sus hogares, eso implica sacar todos sus enseres, buscar lugares donde ser ubicados; la mayoría ,los que no tienen algún familiar que los recibe en casa se ubican en refugios, en el pueblo se utilizan las escuelas, los liceos para acoger a las personas damnificadas.

El día de ayer decidí acercarme a las adyacencias del río, y hacer este video, no quise compartirles solamente fotos, porque creo que en un video pueden apreciar mejor la magnitud de la creciente, el lugar al cual me dirigí es la alcaldía del municipio, que está ubicada a orillas del río, les explico para que entiendan mejor 🫣

En su cauce normal el río está aproximadamente a unos 5 metros de profundidad y unos 5 metros de distancia de la acera, dónde comienza la calle y están ubicados unos bancos que se utilizan para la recreación familiar .

A partir de allí donde están ubicados los bancos comienza la calle que tiene un ancho de aproximadamente unos 6 m, allí luego comienza lo que sería la alcaldía que se encuentra en la parte alta aproximadamente a unos 2 m de altura desde la acera, bueno este año la creciente del río ya está a la orilla de lo que es la alcaldía incluso allí en las fotos pueden ver que ya algunas escaleras de acceso a la edificación de la alcaldía ya están llenas de agua, la calle completamente llenas de agua, en la foto que está frente a la alcaldía en esos árboles grandes que se ven allí, es donde están los bancos de aproximadamente 50 -60 cm de alto, todos están tapados.

Una de las fotos que les muestro allí donde hay una comparación, lo que es una estatua a la coroba que es el fruto típico del municipio, pueden ver que la estructura de la coroba está sobre una base que tiene una altura de más de un metro y ya la base está completamente cubierta de agua, es más o menos para que uno se haga una idea de la magnitud de la creciente de el río Orinoco de este año.

En otra de la foto se puede apreciar las canas o curiaras pasando frente a las casas que han tenido que ser abandonadas porque realmente la corriente es bastante fuerte y la única forma de poder transitar es en curiara.

Otra de las cosas negativas que traen las inundaciones es la cantidad de animales peligrosos que salen precisamente por la creciente del Río ;este año allí mismo frente a la alcaldía se pudieron ver tembladores a plena luz del día, y en la noche, animales que sabemos son muy peligrosos, también la cantidad de serpientes que salen representan un peligro para los habitantes de nuestra población.

Pero como siempre el venezolano trata de buscarle el lado positivo a las cosas, también se aprovecha la creciente para convertir la orilla del río en el punto de encuentro familiar ;a partir de lo que son las 2 -3 de la tarde se pueden ver a las familias allí reunidas, los niños se bañan, juegan se recrean.

Incluso este año se creó una ruta turística que consiste en un paseo en canoa por toda la extensión del río para que se pueda apreciar de cerca la magnitud de la creciente del majestuoso río Orinoco.

Se espera que para mediados del mes de agosto el río comience a ceder, las aguas comiencen a bajar y en los próximos días vuelva a su cauce normal; espero te haya gustado el recorrido que te hice por mi pequeño pueblo en lo que fue la creciente de este año 2025.

Saludos amigos viajeros en todo el mundo, estoy feliz de estar nuevamente por acá con ustedes después de un largo tiempo de ausencia; es que había estado bastante ocupada y la verdad no había tenido tiempo de salir a conocer diferentes lugares Jajaja

Bueno, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una aventura que hicimos en familia en época de semana santa, como les he dicho en otras ocasiones vivimos en un pueblo llamado Caicara del Orinoco, en el estado Bolívar, una población bastante pequeña pero que sirve como punto de referencia para acceder a lugares atractivos de nuestro municipio y de nuestra hermosa Venezuela 🇻🇪.

Entre estos lugares turísticos se encuentra una hermosa cascada conocida como el Salto de chaviripa, teníamos hace tiempo planificado ir hasta ese lugar, pero la oportunidad se dio fue en esa fecha de vacaciones; fue realmente toda una aventura porque emprendimos el viaje en motocicleta 🏍️ mi esposo y mi hijo tienen motocicleta; así que, nos dividimos entre tres personas en una moto tres personas en otra, y emprendimos nuestra travesía a las 7 en punto de la mañana .

A 1 hora de camino hicimos una parada para desayunar y luego comenzamos el recorrido hasta llegar al lugar, desde caicara del Orinoco hasta el Salto de chaviripa hay que hacer un recorrido de aproximadamente 86 casi 87 km, nuestro recorrido incluyendo las escalas que hicimos que fueron dos; una para desayunar y la otra la hicimos en el lugar conocido como El puente de chaviripa; que es la parte alta desde donde se comienza a ver la cascada a lo lejos como simplemente una línea blanca allá en el horizonte, luego hay que atravesar un camino de tierra lleno de mucha vegetación hasta llegar a el destino que es este hermoso lugar conocido como chaviripa, fué de unas 2 horas.

Well, today I want to share with you an adventure we took as a family during Holy Week. As I've told you on other occasions, we live in a town called Caicara del Orinoco, in the state of Bolívar. It's a fairly small town but serves as a reference point for accessing attractive places in our municipality and our beautiful Venezuela.

Among these tourist attractions is a beautiful waterfall known as Salto de Chaviripa. We had been planning to go there for a while, but the opportunity presented itself during that vacation. It was truly an adventure because we embarked on the trip by motorcycle. My husband and son both have motorcycles. So, we split up into three people on one motorcycle and three people on another, and we began our journey at 7:00 a.m.

An hour into the journey, we stopped for breakfast and then began the trek to reach the site. From Caicara del Orinoco to Chaviripa Falls, we traveled approximately 86 (almost 87) km. Our journey included two stops: one for breakfast and the other at the place known as El Puente de Chaviripa, the highest point from which you can begin to see the waterfall in the distance, simply a white line on the horizon. Then, we crossed a dirt road covered in vegetation until we reached our destination, this beautiful place known as Chaviripa. It took about two hours.

Al llegar al lugar la vista es hermosa; todo comienza con un riachuelo bastante llano pero muy clarito, muy transparente, se alcanzan a observar los pececitos.

Para esta semana, he traído una hermosa canción cristiana de los portavoces de Cristo, titulada: si el mundo 🌎 en vez de rosas 💐, donde el autor plantea la vida como un camino escarpado con espinas, que es punzante y causa dolor, pero cuando llegamos a los pies de Cristo, estas espinas se cambian por rosas 💐, dando a entender que vale la pena seguir a Jesús, porque nunca estaremos solos, sino que Él estará siempre con nosotros! Gloria a Dios por eso 🙏

Hola hola amigos amantes de las bebidas increíbles en todo el mundo, bienvenidos a mi blog!

Quiero compartir con ustedes mi visita a un trapiche manual en zona rural cerca de mi pueblo, es la segunda vez que tengo la oportunidad de visitarlo, hace bastante tiempo les compartí, y uno que visité en Colombia donde fabrican panela.

Es un trapiche con n funcionamiento muy sencillo, se hace girar un palo en forma circular y este movimiento hace que la caña se exprima soltando el preciado y delicioso 😋 líquido que por acá llamamos: guarapo de caña.

Algunas veces lo hacen girar usando una 🛵🏍️, pero, por la crisis con el combustible en el país, lo hacen de forma manual. Una persona va introduciendo la caña por la parte trasera y otras lo hacen girar, se coloca un pipote para ir almacenando el jugo, mientras la caña sale totalmente exprimida Por el otro lado.

Sólo queda consumir esta rica bebida, puede ser sola o con limón 🍋🍋, en lo personal me gusta ponerle bastante limón para contrarrestar un poco e dulce de la caña.

Fué una gran experiencia, pudimos tomar todo lo que quisimos, se llenó un pipote grande, y en la casa había una mata de limón 🍋 bien cargada 😁, y habíamos llevado hielo 🧊, así que lo consumimos bien frio.

Ésta fue mi experiencia en el trapiche, espero haya sido de tu agrado!

It is a trapiche with a very simple operation, a stick is rotated in a circular way and this movement makes the sugar cane to be squeezed releasing the precious and delicious 😋 liquid that we call here: guarapo de caña (sugar cane syrup).

Sometimes they spin it using a 🛵🏍️, but, due to the fuel crisis in the country, they do it manually. One person introduces the cane through the back part and others make it spin, a straw is placed to store the juice, while the cane comes out completely squeezed on the other side.

It only remains to consume this delicious drink, it can be alone or with lemon 🍋🍋, personally I like to put a lot of lemon to counteract the sweetness of the cane.

It was a great experience, we were able to drink as much as we wanted, we filled up a big pot, and in the house there was a lemon bush 🍋 well loaded 😁, and we had brought ice 🧊, so we consumed it very cold.

El tema de esta semana es muy interesante 😁, en verdad no tengo ninguna canción qse adapte pero no me quise quedar por fuera, jejejeje, así que traigo un tema alegre y muy movido para mí participación.

Está semana con un tema bastante hermoso, cómo es: canciones de libertad 🗽! primera vez que tengo en mi repertorio varias canciones referentes al tema, jajajaja 😁

La libertad es hermosa, pero, muchas veces, se puede confundir con el libertinaje, que es, cuando se usa la libertad para lo malo, para mi, hay dos tipos de libertad, la secular y la espiritual, en el caso de Venezuela, fuimos liberamos del yugo español, a mano 🫱 de héroes que dieron su vida para lograrlo, y, es algo que se valora!

En lo Espiritual, todos éramos esclavos del pecado, pero, Jesucristo nos hizo libre derramando su sangre por nosotros en la cruz, así, que, ya no somos más esclavos del pecado, sino que ahora somos hijos de Dios! Gloria a Dios 🙏

Para mi entrada traigo un hermoso corito cristiano de esos viejos, pero, buenos, recuerdo desde niña oírlo en los cultos, y con ellos se prenden tremendas fiestas, jajajaja, se titula: cárdenas tenía yo, y habla de la alegría de vivir sabiendo que Jesús nos hizo libres, lo cual nos hace cantar, cómo dice la biblia: el que esté alegre, cante alabanzas!

Me acompaña en el fondo musical mi hijo @thonyt05, haciendo un esfuerzo en el cuatro que no es su fuerte 😁 pero, como está Rafa, le tocó 😉, espero les agrade la interpretación.

Imagínate por un momento quién es capaz de dejar todas sus comodidades para ir a sufrir por culpa de otro? Nadie en el mundo 🌍! sólo Jesús el hijo de Dios fué capaz de hacerlo sólo por Amor ❤️

Por ello debemos vivir agradecidos sirviendo a nuestro Padre Celestial por tan grande sacrificio 🙏

la tematica de esta semana me parece muy hermosa, al tratarse de: "mi oracion", pues es, esa relación íntima y personal que tenemos con nuestro padre; la oracion, es vital en nuestra vida espiritual, así como sin agua no hay vida, sin oracion tampoco!

Los grandes hombres de la Biblia lograron grandes victorias porque vivian de rodillas, Daniel, David, y, el mismo Cristo llevaron una vida de comunión con el Padre Celestial, y, ese debe ser nuestro ejemplo a seguir: y. es que cuando oramos renovamos nuestras fuerzas, somos fortalecidos y consolados, según sea nuestra necesidad, por eso la Biblia dice: el que esté afligido haga oraciones, esa es la solución! Para mi entrada de esta semana les traigo una hermosa adoracion del cantante cristiano Danny Berrios, titulada: "Alaba a Dios" en ella el autor nos anima a darle alabanza a Dios , no importa la situacion que estemos atravesando, aun llorando, o sufriendo, porque este es un sacrificio de alabanza, es ese que nos duele, ese que no queremos hacer, pero, que nos obligamos a hacer, reconociendo que Dios es Soberano, y que solo El es digno de ser alabado.

Alabar en el momento bueno, es sencillo, cualquiera lo hace, incluso puede ser una alabanza de labios, pero, el sacrificio de alabanza es ese que sale del corazon!

Esta adoracion realmente logra conmoverme cada vez que la escucho o la canto, siente que me envuelve en una atmosfera espiritual!

Para mi interpretacion me acompaña mi hijo @thonyt05, quisimos hacer algo diferente, no salio como estaba planeado porque queríamos incluir la guitarra con el amigo @melicreaciones, pero sera para la próxima, espero les guste tanto como a mi!

En su letra el autor expresa su deseo y anhelo de llenarse cada día mas de la presencia de Dios, recordando lo que en una oportunidad expreso el salmista cuando dijo: mi alma tiene sed de ti; mi carne te anhela; y, le pide a Dios que quebrante su corazón sacando de él cualquier mal sentimiento, y rindiéndose por completo en las manos de Dios, a tal punto que expresa que el quiere menguar y, que sea Dios que crezca cada día en su vida, como una vez lo expresó Juan el bautista..
