<p>Hola, amigos de <strong>Geek Zone</strong>, en esta ocasión traigo un rol distinto a los que acostumbro jugar, en mi anterior vídeo les comenté que mis roles mains y favoritos son mid y jungla.</p>
<p>Jugando el modo clasificatoria me tocó ir Adc (tirador), un rol que se basa en el dps que es daño por segundo. Siendo realista escogí a <strong>Tristana</strong> por la alta movilidad que tiene gracias a su tercera habilidad, pensando que cometería posiblemente errores en el posicionamiento y así no me castigarán tanto, pues podría escapar con mi 3era habilidad. Tuve un buen support, el cual hizo buenas entradas para permitirme hacer daño aunque al final mi support y jungla discutieron un poco. 😁</p>
<p>No quiero dar muchos spoilers pero me fue muy bien en la partida, quizás y no compré los mejores items de daño pero decidí ir full críticos para hacer el mayor daño posible (teniendo en cuanto que <strong>Tristana</strong> gracias a su escalado se vuelve en el personaje con mayor alcance del juego), y terminé mi build con el ítem de <strong>Hoja del rey arruinado</strong> para hacer más daño mientras más vida tenga el enemigo, este ítem me fue genial por la sencilla razón de que me estaba enfrentando contra 3 campeones de mucha vida y escudo.</p>

<p>Hello, friends of <strong>Geek Zone</strong>, this time I bring a role different from the ones I usually play, in my previous video I told you that my main and favorite roles are mid and jungler.</p>
<p>Playing the qualifier mode I had to go Adc (shooter), a role that is based on dps which is damage per second. Realistically I chose <strong>Tristana</strong> for the high mobility she has thanks to her third ability, thinking that I would possibly make mistakes in positioning and so I would not be punished so much, because I could escape with my 3rd ability. I had a good support, which made good entries to allow me to do damage although in the end my support and jungler argued a bit. 😁</p>
<p>I don't want to give too many spoilers but I did very well in the game, maybe I didn't buy the best damage items but I decided to go full critical to do as much damage as possible (taking into account that <strong>Tristana</strong> thanks to her scaling becomes the character with the longest range in the game), and I finished my build with the <strong>King's Blade of Ruined</strong> item to do more damage the more life the enemy has, this item was great for the simple reason that I was facing 3 champions with a lot of life and shield.</p>

<p>Anteriormente al no contar con un buen dispositivo móvil, estuve un largo tiempo sin jugar ningún videojuego. Por eso tenía mucha emocion de volver a uno de mis juegos favoritos el: <strong>League Of Leguends: Wild Rift</strong>. Este es un MOBA en el que nos enfrentamos dos equipos, teniendo como objetivo el farmear oro y tirar torretas para así llegar al nexo y destruirlo (Ganando así la partida).</p>
<p>Al ser un 5 contra 5, cada jugador tiene un carril y rol. Siento que soy una persona con un estilo de juego muy agresivo y que le gusta tener mucha presencia en las partidas, por eso acostumbro jugar en los carriles mid y top. En esta ocasión jugué un rol asesino con uno de mis personajes favoritos en esta posición: <strong>Akali</strong>, durante la partida verán algunas manqueadas qué no pueden faltar pues aún debo agarrarle el hilo otra vez al juego. 😅</p>

<p>Hello <strong>Geek Zone</strong> friend, this is my first post for the community. I plan to be active here, the truth, since before I wanted to post in this community but I did not have a good phone to record my games (I currently have a Samsung A25).</p>
<p>Previously, not having a good mobile device, I was a long time without playing any video game. So I was very excited to get back to one of my favorite games the: <strong>League Of Leguends: Wild Rift</strong>. This is a MOBA in which we face two teams, having as an objective to farm gold and shoot turrets to reach the nexus and destroy it (thus winning the game).</p>
<p>Being a 5 vs 5, each player has a lane and role. I feel that I am a person with a very aggressive play style and I like to have a lot of presence in the games, that's why I usually play in the mid and top lanes. This time I played a killer role with one of my favorite characters in this position: <strong>Akali</strong>, during the game you will see some manqueadas what can't miss as I still have to grab the thread again to the game. 😅</p>

Ya había participado anteriormente en una competencia pero quisiera olvidarme de ello y contar esta como si fuera la primera. Me desperté temprano, desayuné bien y ayudé con el traslado del refrigerio para la competencia.</p>
<p>Llegó el momento de empezar, iniciamos con el calentamiento y luego realizamos la clasificatoria, la cual sirvió a los organizadores para hacer los emparejamientos de los versus. Me enfrenté en Octavos contra <a href="/user/colo777">@Colo777</a> quien fue el ganador del 1er lugar de la competencia anterior en la <strong>Categoría Alfa Junior</strong>.</p>

<p>A pesar del cansancio y la fatiga muscular logré ganar subiendo el último muscleup, quizás no con la mejor técnica pero si la suficiente para que se consideara válido el movimiento (pues subi ambos brazos al mismo tiempo). No me consideraba una persona competitiva, no tenía pensado ganar ni darlo todo en Octavos pero los gritos y el apoyo de mi familia, mis amigos y personas que ya considero como hermanos decidí darlo todo al momento de tocar la barra.</p>
<p>Luego de este versus, me tocó perder en cuartos contra <a href="/user/edixovm">@Edixovm</a> una persona que se ha vuelto un hermano para mí 🫂. Creo que el ganar y luego perder, era algo que necesitaba para revivir mi espíritu competitivo. Sinceramente me la pasé genial en el evento, para mí, ganamos todos al participar en esta competencia porque logramos lo mas importante que es promover la calistenia como deporte en Venezuela y en el Estado Zulia. 🇻🇪⚡️</p>

<p>This Saturday December 14th was held the calisthenics competition called: <a href="https://peakd.com/hive-108225/@hecatonquirox/olzqfvrlpl">Endurance At The Limit</a>. I had participated in a competition before but I would like to forget about it and tell this one as if it was the first one. I woke up early, had a good breakfast and helped with the transportation of the refreshments for the competition.</p>
<p>It was time to start, we began with the warm up and then we did the qualifying round, which served the organizers to make the pairings of the versus. I faced <a href="/user/colo777">@Colo777</a> who was the 1st place winner of the previous competition in the <strong>Junior Alpha Category</strong>.</p>

<p>Despite the tiredness and muscle fatigue I managed to win the last muscleup, maybe not with the best technique but enough to consider the movement valid (because I raised both arms at the same time). I did not consider myself a competitive person, I did not plan to win or give everything in the eighth round but the cries and support of my family, my friends and people I already consider as brothers and sisters I decided to give everything when I touched the bar.</p>
<p>After this versus, I had to lose in the quarterfinals against <a href="/user/edixovm">@Edixovm</a> a person who has become a brother to me 🫂. I think winning and then losing, was something I needed to revive my competitive spirit. Sincerely I had a great time at the event, for me, we all won by participating in this competition because we achieved the most important thing which is to promote calisthenics as a sport in Venezuela and in the State of Zulia. 🇻🇪⚡️</p>

<p>Últimamente he estado entrenando para perfeccionar mis muscleups, en este <a href="https://peakd.com/hive-108225/@valecillos/uowknsjk">Post</a> expliqué un poco lo que he estado haciendo para mejorarlo. Todavía tengo detalles que pulir pero ya he notado grandes mejoras, y lo más importante es que por fin me está empezando a gustar como se ven mis Muscleups. 😁</p>
<p>Mi amigo <a href="/user/hecatonquirox">@Hecatonquirox</a> me ha ayudado mucho con la técnica del muscleups. Me retó a hacer 1 hora de muscleups para ir agarrando resistencia y fuerza en el ejercicio, mis tres objetivos eran:</p>
<p>• Subir de buena forma el Muscleup.<br />
• Mantenerme en 3 repeticiones.<br />
• Descansar de 1 a 2 minutos.
</p><p>Terminó la hora y logré hacer un total de 80 muscleups. Estoy conforme con mi total de repeticiones, pienso que mantuve una buena forma y hubieron momentos donde hacía 2 repeticiones entre series para poder rendir a lo largo del reto.</p>

<p>Lately I've been training to perfect my muscleups, in this <a href="https://peakd.com/hive-108225/@valecillos/uowknsjk">Post</a> I explained a bit what I've been doing to improve it. I still have details to polish but I've already noticed big improvements, and most importantly I'm finally starting to like how my Muscleups look. 😁</p>
<p>My friend <a href="/user/hecatonquirox">@Hecatonquirox</a> has helped me a lot with muscleups technique. He challenged me to do 1 hour of muscleups to go grab endurance and strength in the exercise, my three goals were:</p>
<ul>
<li>Get my muscleup up in good form.</li>
<li>Maintain 3 repetitions.</li>
<li>Rest for 1 to 2 minutes.</li>
</ul>
<p>The hour ended and I managed to do a total of 80 muscleups. I'm happy with my total reps, I think I maintained good form and there were times when I did 2 reps between sets to be able to perform throughout the challenge.</p>

<p>Recientemente fui con unos amigos al  gimnasio. Digamos que es mi primera vez entrenando en un gym, ya había ido una vez pero fue hace mucho y no tenía el conocimiento ni la actitud que tengo ahora para entrenar.</p>
<p>Para mi sorpresa comenzamos entrenando pierna, honestamente ya nos tocaba entrenar el tren inferior para no parecernos a una barquilla 😁. Después nos pusimos a entrenar Bíceps, decidí entrenarlo por 2 razones: estética y fuerza.</p>
<p>Con la calistenia siento que es un poco complicado aislar y entrenar un músculo específico, me falta fuerza en este músculo y es muy importante entrenarlo para avanzar en planchas. No teníamos mucho tiempo, por eso decidí llegar al fallo en ejercicios tipo curl de bíceps. Me gustó entrenar en el gimnasio, pues es una sensación distinta y probablemente vaya más seguido.</p>

<p>Recently I went with some friends to the gym. Let's say it's my first time training in a gym, I had been there once before but it was a long time ago and I didn't have the knowledge or the attitude I have now to train.</p>
<p>To my surprise we started training leg, honestly we already had to train the lower body to not look like a barbell 😁. Then we started training biceps, I decided to train it for 2 reasons: aesthetics and strength.</p>
<p>With calisthenics I feel it's a bit complicated to isolate and train a specific muscle, I lack strength in this muscle and it's very important to train it to advance in planks. We didn't have much time, so I decided to reach failure in exercises like biceps curls. I liked training in the gym, because it is a different feeling and I will probably go more often.</p>

Su método consiste en hacer dominadas y bardips con peso, para ir aumentando la fuerza y la explosividad. Parece mentira pero con una semana entrenando de esta manera, ya puedo sacar 2 muscleups estrictos.</p>

<p>The Muscleup is one of my favorite exercises, because we combine the two calisthenics movements of pushing and pulling. I don't have an aesthetic muscleup at all, and I can even get injured because I put one elbow in first and then the other.</p>
<p>I'm following a routine by <a href="https://www.instagram.com/javistrictworkout?igsh=MThpMjlkd2hramswNA==" rel="nofollow noopener" title="This link is not safe!">Javi Ales</a> to improve muscleup using weights. His method consists of doing weighted pull-ups and bardips to increase strength and explosiveness. It seems unbelievable but with one week training this way, I can already get 2 strict muscleups.</p>

<p>Los famosos <strong>Dinámicos</strong>. Son conocidos mayormente como "Freestyle", el cual es una de las modalidades que conforman la calistenia. El Freestyle consiste en realizar varios movimientos que requieren de: <em>coordinación, destreza, agilidad, reflejos y fuerza</em>.</p>
<p>Estos movimientos, suelen impresionar sin importar su dificultad debido a lo vistoso que son. En este vídeo estuve practicando un truco llamado <strong><em>Geinger</em></strong>, que consiste en hacer un medio mortal y girar para agarrarnos a la barra en el aire.</p>
<p>Mis amigos <a href="/user/jeyson20sw">@Jeyson20sw</a> y <a href="/user/enma2020">@Enma2020</a> ya tienen este truco. Todavía les falta dominarlo un poco más, pero lo tienen que es lo importante, y por eso les pedí que me ayudaran a practicarlo. Como pueden ver en el vídeo, al principio me daba mucho miedo el hecho de soltarme de la barra pero con ayuda pude girarlo por completo.</p>
<p>No mentiré, ese día logré agarrar el truco una sola vez pero como no quedó grabado, haré como si nunca hubiera pasado 😂. Este lunes intentaré mejorar el truco y cuando consiga agarrarlo mínimo 3 de cada 5 intentos, subiré un vídeo logrando el Geinger.</p>

<p>The famous <strong>Dynamics</strong>. They are mostly known as "Freestyle", which is one of the modalities that make up calisthenics. Freestyle consists of performing various movements that require: <em>coordination, dexterity, agility, reflexes and strength</em>.</p>
<p>These movements are usually impressive regardless of their difficulty because of how showy they are. In this video I was practicing a trick called <strong><em>Geinger</em></strong>, which consists of doing a half deadlift and spinning to grab the bar in mid-air.</p>
<p>My friends <a href="/user/jeyson20sw">@Jeyson20sw</a> and <a href="/user/enma2020">@Enma2020</a> already have this trick. They still need to master it a bit more, but they have it which is the important thing, and that's why I asked them to help me practice it. As you can see in the video, at first I was really scared to let go of the bar but with help I was able to turn it all the way around.</p>
<p>I won't lie, that day I managed to grab the trick only once but since it wasn't recorded, I'll pretend it never happened 😂. This Monday I will try to improve the trick and when I manage to grab it minimum 3 out of 5 attempts, I will upload a video achieving the Geinger.</p>

<p>Entrenar el abdomen es algo que nunca hago. Pero eso no quiere decir que no tenga una fuerza básica en ello, ya que este músculo lo estamos activando de manera indirecta al realizar varios de los ejercicios básicos que hay en nuestro deporte.</p>
<p>Recientemente pude notar mis carencias con respecto a la fuerza que tengo en algunos de mis grupos musculares, por eso he decidido empezar a enfocarme un  poco más en mejorar mi fuerza abdominal, lumbar y de hombros.</p>

We both arrived early to train, so we decided to do a short ab routine as a way to warm up, and to wake up the body for the workout we were about to do. <p>Training the abdomen is something I never do. But that doesn't mean that I don't have basic strength in it, since we are activating this muscle indirectly by performing several of the basic exercises that are in our sport.</p>
<p>Recently I could notice my shortcomings regarding the strength I have in some of my muscle groups, that's why I have decided to start focusing a little more on improving my abdominal, lumbar and shoulder strength.</p>
