This is my first podcast and is part of a challenge launched by @palabras1, to get out of our comfort zone.

In the audio, the author exposes the essential elements that make him select the 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games as the best in history.

He also discusses elements related to the inauguration of the games and the performance of the Cuban delegation in that Olympiad, in which Cuba achieved the best results in its history in competitions of this type.

De igual manera, se abordan los elementos que han incidido en el desarrollo del deporte cubano y, dentro de ellos, se explica la importancia y significación de los Juegos Escolares Deportivos en este desarrollo del país.
Muchas de nuestras principales figuras del deporte han participado en estos juegos que constituyen la pirámide del alto rendimiento del deporte cubano.

Este primero de julio comenzó la edición número 60 de estos juegos en los que tuve la oportunidad de participar en cuatro ocasiones y representar los colores de mi provincia.
Por último, esta publicación es un homenaje a todos los que han participado en estos juegos y al personal encargado de su organización y desarrollo.

In the publication, the author deals with the essential elements related to Cuban sports and especially those related to school sports, its development and importance in the formation of the generations of athletes who begin their career in the National School Games.

In the same way, the elements that have influenced the development of Cuban sports are approached and, within them, the importance and significance of the School Sports Games in this development of the country is explained.
Many of our main sports figures have participated in these games, which constitute the pyramid of high performance in Cuban sports.

This first of July began the 60th edition of these games in which I had the opportunity to participate four times and represent the colors of my province.
Finally, this publication is a tribute to all those who have participated in these games and to the staff in charge of their organization and development.

Confieso que ha sido muy difícil y, en el video, notarán mis nervios y miedos por estar frente a una cámara, lo que me hizo cometer algunos fallos que forman parte de este mismo proceso de creación.
Entrando en el contenido de la publicación les digo que el objetivo de la misma es valorar qué debe hacer Cuba, para estar entre los 20 primeros países en los próximos juegos olímpicos de París 2024.
El autor explica dónde están las principales posibilidades de nuestros deportistas y el número de medallas que debemos alcanzar para cumplir los objetivos de los juegos.

Como parte de la publicación podrán ver quiénes son nuestros principales aspirantes a títulos y los deportes.

I confess that it has been very difficult and, in the video, you will notice my nerves and fears of being in front of a camera, which made me make some mistakes that are part of this same process of creation.
Going into the content of the publication, I tell you that the objective of the publication is to assess what Cuba should do to be among the top 20 countries in the next Olympic Games in Paris 2024.
The author explains where are the main possibilities of our athletes and the number of medals we must achieve to meet the objectives of the games.
