El día de hoy les vengo a compartir una recopilación de lo que fue el entrenamiento  de día de ayer que se basa en retomar el TOUCH FRONT LEVEL. <p>Estoy retomando este tipo de rutina de nuevo, ya que estoy reforzando el FRONT LEVEL como la plancha, pero en esta oportunidad es el touch FRONT LEVEL ya que es una varíante avanza del mismo FRONT LEVEL normal y me eh sentido lo suficientemente fuerte para retomar dicha rutina</p>

<p>Estoy retomando este tipo de rutina de nuevo porque antes de todo este tiempo inactivo, ya venía teniendo un entrenamiento muy intensivo y la verdad estaba recuperando un nivel fenomenal y deseo otra vez obtener al volver a realizar ese tipo de rutina y con banda elástica.</p>

<p>Este ejercicio es algo avanzado porque se necesita una gran base de fuerza en empuje como en los hombres y tríceps y especial las muñecas y por la ejecución por la posición del ejercicio que es como un posible "hefesto".</p>
<p>2 x 8/10 Repeticiones</p>

<li><strong>extensiones de tríceps (Avanzado):</strong></li>
</ul>
<p>Está variantes es muy efectiva para entrene de una manera aislada los músculos del tríceps, porque se necesita buena base de fuerza y como beneficiós en ganar fuerza a futuros entrena la imposible fondos..</p>
