Mi padre @ach67 y yo siempre hemos hecho deportes juntos, ambos adoramos el deporte y mantener un vida activa y saludable.

Iniciamos este año con un reto: Lograr correr en el maratón más grande de Cuba conocido internacionalmente como "MarHabana". Este se realiza anualmente en el mes de Noviembre.

El año pasado quise participar pero no pude inscribirme, ya que, supe de el muy tarde, pero este año aprovecho que mi padre se mudó también a la capital para poder compartir este momento juntos, como solíamos hacer en los viejos tiempos.

Así que decidimos grabarnos semanalmente y compartirles las experiencias que vamos teniendo hasta el día tan esperado del maratón.

Hoy fue nuestra semana #2 y corrimos con una temperatura bien fría aunque con un cielo azul hermoso y hasta soleado. Aquí entró un frente frío hace dos días y nos tiene un poquito congelados jjjj

"Vista desde nuestro balcón"

Corrimos un total de 2.45 kms y usamos la app SamsungHealth para medir nuestros pasos. Sé que en la comunidad usan otra app para medir lo que corrern así que si pudieran ser tan amables de recordarme el nombre y de compartirnos el link de la comunidad privada para unirnos sería espectacular.

Al año pasado, les compartí fotos del reto de correr 8kms y lo logré, ahora vamos a por el reto más grande y el que siempre he querido hacer:

Pero de algo si estoy segura, estamos disfrutando al máximo este reto de padre e hija. Seguiremos compartiendo cada semana cómo vamos avanzando.

Recuerdo como disfrutaba y cantaba cada parte de la canción. Sé que Rosa jamás se olvidará de este momento porque no todos los días te encuentras a alguien que te canta una canción por la calle y gratuitamente. "Bailarina/Dencer" fue la primera canción que canté. Sigo recordando cómo la gente lloraba por mi voz y cómo se me ponía la piel de gallina de pies a cabeza... desde ese momento supe que quería cantar para siempre.

Imaginen, perdí la pista de esta canción porque ha pasado mucho tiempo sin cantarla y mi amigo y productor musical Maxxion me creó rápidamente una pista nueva. Solo tuve que cantar esta canción una vez y me encantó el resultado.

La letra de esta canción es muy especial y reflexiva. Trata de una situación muy común que casi todas las personas sufren cuando tienen que decidir entre lo que quieren hacer en la vida y lo que la familia quiere que hagan.

"Moody’s Mood For Love" is a song which belongs to the Soul Genre. Originally was written by Eddie Jefferson in 1952 and has been sang for many artist like Amy Winehouse. In my opinion her version is the most powerful and beautiful of all becauseof her unic style.

The song lyric tells about the power of a person over another person when they are together, inconditional love, the wish for the love person and how people can become more stronger being close to the person they love.

As always, I enjoyed a lot singing this song and reminded me the time when I was singer in a Jazz Band in my born city.

Unfortunately the background track doesn't listen well but hope you focus on my performance and voice.

"Moody's Mood For Love" es una canción que pertenece al género Soul.Fue escrita originalmente por Eddie Jefferson en 1952 y ha sido cantada por muchos artistas como Amy Winehouse. En mi opinión su versión es la más poderosa y hermosa de todas por su estilo único.

La letra de la canción habla sobre el poder de una persona sobre otra cuando están juntas, el amor incondicional, el deseo por la persona amada y cómo las personas pueden volverse más fuertes estando cerca de la persona que aman.

Como siempre disfruté mucho cantando esta canción y me recordó la época en la que era cantante de una Jazz Band en mi ciudad natal.

Desafortunadamente, la pista de fondo no se escucha bien, pero espero que te concentres en mi interpretación y mi voz.

¡Hola Comunidad Vibes! Para esta semana, decidí compartir con ustedes una canción original que compuse cuando tenía 16 años, titulada "Confesión". Para todos los amantes de las baladas, aquí les dejo una... Lean hasta el final del blog, ¡tengo una sorpresa para ustedes 😉!
