Tener una buena rutina es fundamental en el entrenamiento. Les quiero compartir mi rutina de pecho, espalda, b铆ceps, hombros, tr铆ceps y antebrazo. 脡stos divididos por d铆as, lo cuales son: El lunes, que tocar铆a pecho, tr铆ceps y hombro. Y el martes, espalda, b铆ceps y antebrazo.
En el v铆deo empleo 4 series por cada ejercicio, todas 茅stas culminando en el fallo muscular. Aunque no es necesario llegar siempre al fallo, tambi茅n sirve estar a una o dos repeticiones antes del fallo.
