Ahora se pueden ver este tipo de maquinillas que traban con 1 sola batería AA, es decir con 1.5 voltios, imagínense la simplificación de este circuito.

Es importante saber medir transistores, porque solo así podremos saber sí el componente está en buen estado o no.

En esta oportunidad les mostraré como creé una herramienta para probar las luces leds de cualquier lámpara, regleta, o dispositivo que los utilicen.

En mi taller a veces llegan televisores con tecnología LEDs con pantallas que no iluminan, entonces para poder descartar que sean los paneles leds los dañados, es necesario probar cada uno de ellos.

Cuando se comprueba que hay uno varios leds dañados tenemos 2 opciones.

1. Reemplazar el panel.

2. Reemplazar los leds y así reparar el panel.

Entonces para poder probar cada leds de estos de manera segura, cómoda, económica y sencilla, creé está herramienta con los siguientes materiales.

• Cargador de celular.
• Resistencia de 470 ohm,
• Alambre rígido,
• Trozos de palitos de altura,
• alambre de cobre para hacerlos más cómodos.

Introducimos el alambre rígido en el centro del palito de altura para hacer como especie de una punta de tester.

Le soldamos la resistencia a la punta que funcionará como polo positivo. luego cubrimos las puntas y el palito de altura con el alambre de cobre y de esta forma tenemos quedarán ergonómicas y presentables.

Ahora podemos enchufar el cargador y nuestra herramienta de prueba estará lista para utilizarla.

When it is verified that there are several damaged LEDs we have 2 options.

1. Replace the panel.

2. Replace the leds and thus repair the panel.

Then to be able to test each one of these leds in a safe, comfortable, economic and simple way, I created this tool with the following materials.

• Cell phone charger.
• Resistance of 470 ohm,
• Rigid wire,
• Pieces of sticks of height,
• copper wire to make them more comfortable.

We introduce the rigid wire in the center of the height stick to make a kind of a tester tip.

We solder the resistance to the tip that will work as a positive pole. Then we cover the tips and the height stick with the copper wire and in this way we have them ergonomic and presentable.

Now we can plug in the charger and our test tool is ready to use.

In the video I show how it works, when I detect a led that does not light I mark it and then remove them with a hot iron, another tool I created to desolder Smd. or surface mount components.

When the leds are removed we can solder replacement leds and repair the panel.
