As I have asked Sage on his idea or understanding about the story on the Secret Room
for example what came to his mind were the youtubers Ben and Cam as part of the storyline. He thought it was Ben and Cam built the secret room although the story was a series about Biff and Chip's adventure with their dog Kipper and their parents. On the story Lizard Loses Its Tail, Sage understood that the kingfisher ate the tail.

On the hindside, when we filmed Sage's home reading, we were able to
have our family weekend getaway in La Digue so it was a more relaxing and a different view.

Thank goodness at school they are encouraged to read and I am so elated to hear him able to read those simple sentences. In between, I have to ask questions to test his comprehension level as well.

These two books were quite a good practice for him and I am glad that he found the interest to read although he would bargain to do it after his lego session.

So in this video, I managed to have him read the books after which he did his spelling practice too. They were given 8 words to spell and every Friday will be their spelling test. I'm glad that he managed to get 7 out of 8! As a mom, I couldn't be more grateful for Sage's ability to do his studies more maturely.

I never thought that as Sage is growing in his studies, his learning would be more interesting. We made it a point to have him experience real things with it. For example, part of their homework was about "how to survive in the jungle, we crafted a 3D design of it to show him survival is vital. He shared his thoughts that the basic survival instinct was to bring water.

Kindly share your views below on how to teach your kiddos in a more fun and interesting way. I integrate it with games and the truth of the matter is that I also enjoyed doing it with him.

Anyhow we managed to spend a week in La Digue.Hopping guest houses to see others areas too!
But on top of everything, we just wanted to have a family bonding and have Sage relax a lil bit after his five days at the hospital!👍

Had a self-retreat in Thailand and I am truly grateful for the chance to unwind in a country I hardly had time conversing with the locals due to language barrier but they would go extra miles to help me around with anything!

It was such a crazy yet funny experience and I love how respectful, sofly spoken and kind Thai people are. There was a point I had to return the shoes I purchased for Sage due to size difference, instead of 38 I bought 18! Thank God they changed it without any issues. Of course I have the receipt shown to them. A friend who is working in Thailand said that as along as you have purchased items in the shopping mall, they would do refund.

Their PE teacher together with Ms. Caroline, the Head of Primary Department led the walk and we all just followed. The kids were truly having fun during the fun walk.

As we almost ended, Ms. Caroline gathered them together for a "goose goose,duck duck".

So I asked him what comment will I write instead?

We stayed at Flic en Flac for the first week and transferred to Quatre Borne a week after. Sage enjoyed the tram the most going to Port Louis rather than in a car as he's excited to get his ticket.

By the way, travellers or tourists can purchase the ticket at the Metro Station and you can pay either cash or card. We usually used card to pay as Mauritius Commercial Bank is also available in the country.

Some of the areas we visited were Flic en Flac beachside, Quatre Borne Market, Albion public beach whereby from Quatre Borne the easiest way to get there was to take the tram and drop off at Rose Hill and then take a bus going to Albion. Trou Aux Cerf at Curepipe was also the best way to unwind from the busy and the crazy days at Port Louis.

Well one of the best adventures we had was getting lost while trying to check the newly opened Tribeca Mall. The road was quite tricky so we ended up going on the roundabout thrice and decided to go to Bagatelle Mall at Moka area where I could say the best mountainviews were superb.

We returned home with hearts full of joy and a shared longing to return to this tropical paradise again in the future.
