Hi everyone my name is Ovipraise and I welcome you to my blog. It's my first post in the new and am happy to do this even though I just try to do something after my mid week service on Wednesday. Its Afritunes week 202 and I am singing a cover song tilted "you are worthy to be praise" by Nathaniel Bassey. It's song that expresses who God is to me . God alone is worthy of my praise because it is he who kept me alive all through 2025 to this new year and the credit goes to no one but God Almighty. My name is OviPraise and I will be singing a cover song of Tim Godfrey titled “So good to me” and I hope you enjoy my accapela cover with my added backup voice. God’s goodness towards mankind can not be over emphasize. For me he has been so good , yes not just good but so good. The scriptures says give thanks to God in every situation we found ourselves (1 Chronicles 16:34a). Life might seems not to be palatable at certain point of our life or even at present but we must know that the lord is good. If not for his goodness perhaps it would have been worse than this but thank God for his goodness. It’s his goodness that we are alive today. When I look around my challenges and situation I see the goodness of God around me. He never leave nor forsake his own even in difficult situation. He comfort us In our mourning and heals when we are seek, physically, emotionally and mentally. It doesn’t matter what comes my way, God is still God. He doesn’t needs a to be the God he is. I just came across this song “am a child” three days ago and listening to it, I got inspiration. It minister to me that in the presence of God we all children. This song is a song of testimony of what the Lord God did to me. I am a product of grace. There were many things I trusted God for and he made it come to pass. Recall that Nigeria got her independence on 1st October 1960. That day was a remarkable day for millions of Nigerian citizens as Green and white flag spread across the nations in jubilation for gaining freedom from colonial masters. This was to archived to bring together a nation, where the diverse and numerous ethnic nationalities would be bonded into a strong and powerful unit.
