Io e mio marito dopo tanta attesa e sacrificio siamo finalmente riusciti a comprare casa, cosa non facile nel mercato italiano attuale. Non tanto per i costi della casa in se ( anche se in alcune città le case costano quanto due reni) ma anche per le spese accessorie, pensate che a noi oggi tra notati, geometra e spese bancarie abbiamo speso più di diecimila euro! Ma parliamo delle cose positive e non del tfr che non c'è più. Abbiamo iniziato a maturare l' idea di comprare casa gia dallo scorso anno perché il nostro attuale padrone di casa voleva vendere la casa dove siamo in affitto, trovare un' altro affitto e molto molto difficile in zona, molti non accettano affittuari per problemi vari, paura di inquilini non paganti e case distrutte o abusivismo. Così abbiamo iniziato a prendere in considerazione l' idea di comprare casa, ottenere un mutuo è stata una vera inpresa, chi ci è passato gia lo sa, e alla fine lo abbiamo iniziato solo grazie a mia suocera che ci fa da garante. Poi abbiamo dovuto fare vari preventivi per notaibe geometri e trovare una data che andasse bene a tutti gli eredi che vendevano ed eccoci ad oggi! Una lunga mattinata, la mano stanca per le innumerevoli firme, il portafoglio più leggero...

Buenas noches, amigos del blog. Hoy he estado ausente, pero ¿saben por qué? Tras mucha espera y sacrificio, mi marido y yo por fin hemos conseguido comprar una casa, algo nada fácil en el mercado italiano actual. No tanto por el precio de la casa en sí (aunque en algunas ciudades las casas cuestan tanto como un par de riñones), sino también por los gastos adicionales. ¡Piensen que hoy, entre notarios, peritos y comisiones bancarias, hemos gastado más de diez mil euros! Pero hablemos de lo positivo, no de la indemnización por despido (TFR), que ya no está vigente. Empezamos a plantearnos comprar una casa el año pasado porque nuestro actual casero quería vender la que alquilamos. Encontrar otro piso para alquilar es muy, muy difícil en la zona; muchos no aceptan inquilinos por diversos motivos, como el miedo a los impagos, las viviendas destruidas o las construcciones ilegales. Así que empezamos a plantearnos comprar una casa. Obtener una hipoteca fue todo un reto, como ya sabe cualquiera que lo haya vivido, y al final, solo pudimos empezar gracias a mi suegra, que actúa como nuestra avalista. Después tuvimos que pedir presupuestos a varios notarios y peritos y encontrar una fecha que les conviniera a todos los herederos que vendían, ¡y aquí estamos hoy! Una mañana larga, con las manos cansadas de tantas firmas.

Ma finalmente abbiamo una casa nostra, libera su tre lati con due camere, due bagni, uno studio e una ampia soffitta e un giardino! Certo come vedete dalle foto è completamente vuota e c'è tante cose da sistemare ma stavolta sarà per casa nostra e non per un affitto, adesso dovremmo imbiancare, pulir, smuffare, arredare e fare tutta la noisq burocrazia dei vari cambi di volture per luce, acqua ecc...ma sono convinta che una volta sistemata sarà un gioiellino di casa!
Il prezzo che abbiamo pagato per tutti i metri quadri che abbiamo credo sia giusto, 90.000 euro , purtroppo c'è tanti lavori da fare e anche un giardino che non ho fotografato da sgomberare , però piano piano ce la faremo! Ed è bello poter finalmente dire andiamo a casa nostra, proprio nostra!

Creo que el precio que pagamos por todos los metros cuadrados que tenemos es justo: 90.000 €. Por desgracia, hay mucho trabajo por hacer, y también hay un jardín que no he fotografiado y que necesita limpieza, ¡pero lo conseguiremos poco a poco! ¡Y es bonito poder decir por fin que nos mudamos a nuestra propia casa, a la nuestra! Buongiorno hivers, ho avuto una settimana abbastanza pessima sia fisicamente, una brutta laringite credo, credo perché il mio dottore è da giovedì che sembra irreperibile, evviva la sanità italiana, comunque in farmacia mi hanno prescritto il nurofen speriamo funzioni la gola brucia e ho difficoltà a deglutire e una grande debolezza fisica , e anche psichicamente non sto molto bene, forse per via della debolezza ho maggiori attacchi di panico, tanta ansia e poi essendo ipocondriaca credo di avere mille malattie orribili, hi guardato su google ( grosso errore) e mi sono autodiagnostica almeno tre tumori. Mentre con molta probabilità ho preso qualcosa alla gola per il tempo che è stato freddo e caldo e per il fatto che sono una fumatrice incallita ahine, sarebbe l' occasione per smettere con quello schifo.
Comunque questo malessere mi ha fatto passare la voglia di scrivere e commentare e ho disertato hive per vari giorni con grosso dispiacere anche perché ora che non lavoro gli hive che cambio in euro mi sono di grande aiuto e dovrei impegnarmi di più nella piattaforma.
Insomma questo è un post un po per sfogarmi e lamentarmi. Insomma non sto bene.
