El día de hoy les traigo un poco de lo que el 3 versus por modalidad que se realizó el pasado sábado 16 de septiembre debo decir que ese fue un día increíble a pesar de que ese día me sentía un poco pesado y cansado, pero como dice el dicho el que no arriesga no gana a pesar de que creí que no pasaría termine pasando las 3 rondas claro salí muy, pero muy cansado que hasta incluso amanecí al día siguiente con dolores, pero como dije anteriormente el que no arriesga no gana y tuve que darlo todo para pasar porque avía mucho nivel y siempre uno tiene que dar lo mejor de uno así que bueno sin más nada que decir aquí vamos con el post 🦾🦾😎<center><h1></h1></center></div>

El día de hoy les traigo un poco de lo que es una rutina de front lever avansado debo decir que soy una persona que entrena mas ejercicios de jale que de empuje y entrenar front lever es uno de los mejores ejercicios para tener mucho fuerza de jale es un poco fuerte la rutina a mi al principio me costaba mucho hacerla pero poco a poco fui acostumbrandome yo hago esta rutina los lunes y miercoles o otra veces martes y jueves todo bariando de como este el dia y si quiero entrenar o no front lever así que bueno sin más nada que decir aquí vamos con el post 🦾🦾😎

Today I bring you a little bit of what is an advanced front lever routine I must say that I am a person who trains more pulling exercises than pushing and training front lever is one of the best exercises to have a lot of pulling strength is a little strong routine to me at the beginning I had a hard time doing it but gradually I got used to it. I do this routine on mondays and wednesdays or sometimes tuesdays and thursdays all depending on how the day is and if I want to train or not front lever so well without anything else to say here we go with the post 🦾🦾😎

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Muchísimas gracias por ver mi post, puedo decir como dije anteriormente este rutina es un poco fuerte pero mienstra uno le va dando poco a poco se va a ir acostumbrando y mejorando tanto la fuerza del front como la fuerza de jale tambien  me gusta variar cuando hago esta rutina tambien como dije soy una perosna que hace mas ejercicios de jale que de empuje porque siento que se me hacen mucho mas facil de entrenar los estos ejercios tambien me gusta mucho esta rutina porque te ayuda aguantar mas el front lever tambien te fortaleze tanto un poco los hombros la espalda  los dorsales el lumbar entre otros musculos asi que bueno espero les gustara el post , estén atentos al próximo post que se viene 😎🦾🦾<center><h1></h1></center></div>

Y les comparto el día de hoy  mi  participacion en la competencia Street Workout Duals Battles, que se realizo en el centro comercial parque los aviadores, el domingo 11 de junio puedo decir que fue una experiencia unica y fue una de las mejores compenticias a la que e asistido tanto por la organisacion como por el orden que uvo y bueno tambien estuve en la primera duals y a mejorado mucho y para es un honor poder participar en esta 2 edicion .

Bueno tambien tuve el gran honor de participar como ya lo avia dicho con mi dúo issac camacho <a href="/user/isaac-mir">@isaac-mir</a> y como dije anteriormente yo estuve en la primera edicion de la duals battles pero estas vez estuve como atleta el año pasado estuve como protocolo y  Bueno lo que puedo decir como dije al principio que fue una gran competencia avia atletas de varios estados como  apure, valencia, barquisimeto y hasta creo que uno de colombia y bueno aunque me sentia un poco nervioso dedo decir que ahi mucho nivel de competencia y bueno tengo que seguir mejorando para ser uno de los mejores algun dia y bueno sin mas nada que decir vamos con el post 🦾🦾😎.

El día de hoy les traigo un nuevo post que es una pequeña rutina para cuando no quieres entrenar fuerte o cuando sientes tu cuerpo muy agotado después de un entrenamiento fuerte y lo vamos a realizar es nuestro parque las ballenitas , bueno como pueden ver es un rutina corta sin muchos ejercicios pero son los ejercicios más básicos que siempre hacemos, esta rutina yo la hago los días miércoles porque son los días que me siento agotado y la hago más que todo es como para relajarme y no perder mi semana de entrenamiento o cuando siento que mi cuerpo no quiere entrenar de una manera estricta ,Así que bueno sin más nada que decir aquí vamos con el post 🦾🦾😎<center><h1></h1></center></div>

Today I bring you a new post which is a little routine for when you do not want to train hard or when you feel your body very exhausted after a hard workout and we will perform it in our park las ballenitas, well as you can see it is a short routine without many exercises but are the most basic exercises that we always do, this routine I do it on Wednesdays because they are the days that I feel exhausted and I do it more than anything is like to relax and not lose my training week or when I feel that my body does not want to train in a strict way ,So well without anything else to say here we go with the post 🦾🦾😎.
