Hoy, precisamente, comparto con ustedes una experiencia espectacular que viví al participar en el fabuloso Programa El Placer de Leer. Este proyecto, enfocado en formar a promotores y animadores de lectura, cuenta con la guía de la profesora Leída Laya, una profesional con ideas geniales que te inspiran a empoderarte en el fascinante mundo de las letras, impulsando el amor por la lectura sin límites. Además, dicho programa es patrocinado por la Fundación Empresas Polar y el certificado es conferido por la Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (UCAB). Cada experiencia fue única e insuperable. Se apreció en los diversos stands producciones con una gran variedad de matices, llenos de talento, creencias, originalidad y diversión. Finalmente, quiero decirles que creo en los valores que mi padre me inculcó y en la certeza de que mi potencialidad y fuerza de voluntad son imparables.

Today, I would like to share with you a spectacular experience I had when I participated in the fabulous El Placer de Leer (The Joy of Reading) Program. This project, focused on training reading promoters and animators, is guided by Professor Leída Laya, a professional with brilliant ideas that inspire you to empower yourself in the fascinating world of letters, promoting a boundless love of reading. In addition, this program is sponsored by the Fundación Empresas Polar and the certificate is awarded by the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (UCAB). Each experience was unique and unbeatable. The various stands showcased productions with a wide variety of nuances, full of talent, beliefs, originality, and fun. Fue por ello que hoy les hablaré sobre el Módulo II: Estrategias y recursos para la animación de la lectura. Este módulo fue sensacional, ya que una de las actividades consistía en elaborar recursos para la animación del hábito lector. El objetivo era captar la atención y el interés de los estudiantes, entusiasmándolos a descubrir la dicha de leer. Como parte de ello, creamos hermosos y coloridos marcalibros, junto a una varita mágica, pues una de las actividades incluía conjuros y sortilegios. Fue aquí donde tuve la oportunidad de redactar una especie de deseo, afirmación o decreto, de mi propia autoría, el cual dice: "Reunidos en este lugar, con libros y café, con un solo anhelo, compartir el placer de leer. Cada historia, un puente que nos une, y en la lectura, la amistad hoy se reúne. Entre risa y carcajada leemos sin parar, siempre de las manos de Dios caminamos sin temor. Les deseo a todos un día lleno de bendición”.

It was here that I had the opportunity to write a kind of wish, affirmation, or decree of my own, which reads: "Gathered in this place, with books and coffee, with a single desire, to share the pleasure of reading. Each story is a bridge that unites us, and in reading, friendship comes together today. Between laughter and guffaws, we read without stopping, always walking fearlessly in God's hands. I wish you all a day full of blessings."

Asimismo, teníamos que llevar accesorios o vestuarios de "hora loca", tales como sombreros de hadas o de brujas, pelucas, lentes, bufandas, pañoletas, collares, entre otros. Yo me puse un sombrerito de muñeca muy tierno y un adorno hawaiano, de esta manera me uní a la diversión.

Anunciaban su llegada, victorioso.

En Ali Primera, su pasión encendió,
En Amparo Monroy, su huella dejó.
Con paciencia y amor, sus mentes nutrió,

Maestro Tony: My hero from El Samán Street

On the corner of Esperanza Street and El Samán Street.
My hero lived in the Ali Primera community.
He didn't wear a cape or have superpowers,
But his heart beat with a strength
That illuminated everyone with its greatness.

His smile was like a shining sun.
Lucio Antonio Figueroa, that's what they called him.
Maestro Tony, my guide, my mentor,
His name was synonymous with light, trust, and honor.

He rode his bike, he was a faithful companion.
Four chimes, a melodious whistle,
Announced his arrival, victorious.
And in my heart, an overflowing joy,
An eternal love, always beating.

In Ali Primera, his passion ignited,
In Amparo Monroy, he left his mark.
With patience and love, he nurtured their minds,
A workshop of dreams, where life blossomed.
Plumbing, electricity, a gift he shared,
Making reality what the heart desired.
Sowing in their souls the seed of goodness,
Inspiring many to grow and believe.

An expert draftsman, a voice broadcaster,
Blue his color, horses his passion.
By day he taught, by night he studied,

A la hora de elaborar estos recursos, tomo en consideración las necesidades educativas especiales, los ritmos, procesos y estilos de aprendizaje de mis estudiantes, por lo que me gusta investigar para crear y hoy traigo para ustedes un Circuito Lógico Matemático, una propuesta didáctica que considero una innovación educativa para el desarrollo integral de nuestros estudiantes, donde se aprecia la utilización de ciertos elementos manipulativos ( material concreto) que estimulan la curiosidad, los sentidos, habilidades socioemocionales, motoras y cognitivas . Es oportuno mencionar que dicho circuito se puede adaptar de acuerdo a las edades, niveles y modalidades, es decir, que es recurso inclusivo, integrador que propicia la participación activa de los educandos. También se pueden anexar en el circuito otras estaciones con intencionalidad lúdico-pedagógica, que propicien el cuidado del medio ambiente, fomentando el reciclaje.

When developing these resources, I take into consideration the special educational needs, rhythms, processes and learning styles of my students, so I like to investigate to create and today I bring to you a Mathematical Logic Circuit, a didactic proposal that I consider an educational innovation for the integral development of our students, where the use of certain manipulative elements (concrete material) that stimulate curiosity, senses, socioemotional, motor and cognitive skills is appreciated. It is worth mentioning that this circuit can be adapted according to ages, levels and modalities, that is, it is an inclusive, integrating resource that encourages the active participation of students. Other stations can also be added to the circuit with a ludic-pedagogic intention, which promote environmental care, encouraging recycling.

Hoy 22 de julio se celebró el “Día Mundial del Cerebro•, una fecha para tomar acción en el cuidado de este órgano extraordinario, fue proclamada por la Federación Mundial de Neurología para recordarnos la importancia de nuestro cerebro, además de la necesidad de mantenerlo sano y activo, ya que en ocasiones nos vemos estresados por diversos factores e incluso agobiados por los diferentes desafío que afrontamos a diarios , sin darnos cuenta liberamos grande dosis de cortisol, por lo que hoy te invito a rediseñar los planos de tu mente, que significa transformar tu forma de pensar, dejando a un lado los pensamientos negativos, adoptando una nueva perspectiva positiva, creativa y optimista.
Desde mis experiencias rediseñar los planos mentales están relacionando con una mente abierta que te permitirá transformar cada situación en una oportunidad de aprendizaje, con el fin de materializar nuestros sueños, logrando cada meta con perseverancia, afrontando con resiliencia los desafíos que se puedan presentar a lo largo del camino, donde es fundamental una actitud positiva.
Sabías que durante nuestra niñez el cerebro se desarrolla a un ritmo acelerado absorbiendo información tras información, formando nuevas conexiones neuronales, además nuestro cerebro tiene una magnífica capacidad de adaptación, esto se debe a la neuroplasticidad , y aún en la adultez seguimos aprendiendo. Gracias por apreciar mi contenido, hasta la próxima aventura, un fuerte abrazo, éxitos y bendiciones.

Did you know that during our childhood the brain develops at an accelerated pace absorbing information after information, forming new neural connections, also our brain has a magnificent capacity for adaptation, this is due to neuroplasticity, and even in adulthood we continue learning.
