hola amigos desde hace tiempo que estoy de cacería de maratones , y actividades deportivas aquí en la ciudad de lima o cerca.

1. Bicicleteada "séptima bicicleteada todos por Palestina" 3 kilómetros de recorrido en apoyo a la paz en Palestina, organizado por la embajada de Palestina.

yo decidí la Bicicleteada el lugar era mas accesible para mi y la hora me favorecía.
llego el día y todo estaba listo y planificado saldría a las 7 de la mañana para llegar antes de las 10 a San Luis , alquilar mi bicicleta y pasar por mi registro para confirmar mi participación.

no sabia que iban a aparecer una serie de antagonistas desde mi documento de identidad hasta un fiero y aterrador perro , pero también obtuve un aliado ( la señora Odeth ) la cual me acompañaría en la ruta a la meta.

fue una gran experiencia y la primera de muchas actividades deportivas que espero participar las cuales esta organizando los gobiernos distritales de la ciudad de Lima.

lo que mas me gusto fue el Baile y subir a al escenario y bailar con el grupo de baile tambien me parecio muy divertido que en varias ocasiones algunas personas me confundieron y me hablaban en Arabe . los dejo con el video de mi experiencia en esta séptima bicicleteada todos por palestina. espero lo disfrute cuentenme en los comentarios

I found a store called Resinas y Moldes. I asked the owner if they held workshops, and she said they did and that they would have one on how to work with resins on Saturday, so I signed up. On the day of the workshop, they talked about the types of resin we would be working with, which are crystal polyester resin, general-purpose polyester resin, and epoxy resin. The difference is that polyester resin needs a catalyst, and epoxy resin does not. Epoxy resin is divided into two parts: A and B. To work with epoxy resin, these two parts must be joined together: B over A. The projects we worked on in class were a tray, glasses, and this pyramid with encapsulated decoration, which is what I will share with you in this post.

Hola amigos como están el día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes parte de lo que fue el paseo nocturno de Sócrates el cual por ser verano no lo que querido sacar durante el día primero para evitar problemas con otros perros que le gusta molestarlo y segundo porque el sol esta muy fuerte y eso genera que la calle este caliente y podría quemarse las patas por ello espere que fuera de noche para sacarlo a caminar un rato. es un pero bastante inquieto y le encanta correr a demás que entiende muy bien cuando le digo que va a salir . se pone muy contento y hasta va en busca de su correa. y me sigue a donde yo vaya ladrándome hasta que lo saque. no me deja prácticamente hacer mas nada si busco las llaves me sigue para asegurarse que no me vaya a ir sin el . si quiero ir un momento al baño antes de salir se acostara fuera de la puerta a esperar y se lanzara encima de mi cuando salga. ya estando afuera le encanta olor todo los postes de los las plantas y arboles,
cuando esta afuera se olvida de jugar a buscar la pelota o cualquier cosa incluso si estoy comiendo algo y le ofrezco me va a ignorar por completo. me imagino que sabrá que mas tarde podrá comer pero no correr como lo esta haciendo en ese momento quizás por ello me ignora.
después de correr volvemos y se le ve bastante contento en la casa también duerme con las patas hacia arriba en ocasiones patalea como si estuviera corriendo, como si soñara que corre y pareciera que sonriera.
creo que después de estar todo el día encerrado duerme contesto porque ha hecho lo que mas le gusta corre, corre y olfatear todo lo que encuentra a su paso así que sin mas les dejo para que por medio de este video puedan ver parte del paseo nocturno de Sócrates hasta la próxima oportunidad.
