Como todos saben, son fan de todo lo que hace @caribayarte, tanto que cada vez que saca algo veo trato de adquirir alguno de sus diseños.

In this opportunity, the garment that I have, was a gift that she gave me on my birthday, I really liked how she placed the colors in the assembly of the flannel. I also liked the pockets, they stand out a lot and are very functional for storing things.

En esta oportunidad, la indumentaria que tengo, fue un regalo que ella me dio en mi cumpleaños, me gusto mucho como ubico los colores en el armado de la franela. También los bolsillos me agradaron, resaltan mucho y son muy funcionales para guardas cosas.

When I got it I didn't know which pants to wear, I think it should be between black or gray, in this case I wore gray pants.

Cuando me la dieron no sabía con qué pantalón colarme, creo que debería ser entre negro o gris, en este caso me coloque un pantalón gris.

Something that I really like about the clothes designed by de Caribay, is that they are very comfortable, it is interesting how the designed clothing is made to be a perfect part of your walk. Not something that is on top of you that goes against you, as sometimes happens.

Algo que me agrada mucho de la ropa diseñada por de Caribay, es que es muy cómoda, es interesante como la indumentaria diseñada está hecha para que sea parte perfecto de tu andar. Nones algo que está encima de ti que va en contra de ti, como a veces suele pasar.

En el día de hoy estaba evaluando qué ejercicios realizar, ya que ando activándome otra vez con la actividad física, buscando de huir de la quietud que brinda la labor del cine, como es la escritura, la planificación y la edición de videos.

Acepto que la Danza contemporánea me ayuda mucho psicológicamente, dreno muchos procesos a través del movimiento, por otro lado, es maravilloso los beneficios de moverse a través de la danza, personalmente creo que es la técnica perfecta para rejuvenecer los músculos, el alma y el espíritu.

Antes de Bailar estire mucho, calenté, me moví bastante, trate de estudiar mucho como está mi cuerpo, su equilibrio el sobre peso, tanto detalles que trate de fijarme antes de grabar. También baile varias canciones dentro del espacio que grabaría para que mi cuerpo reconociera el espacio. Por supuesto que no esperaba la mejor danza, pero no está demás reconocer el espacio para evitar cualquier accidente.

La improvisación es algo interesante, ya que mientras bailas se generan muchos pensamientos, como dudas, preguntas, y prevención del próximo movimiento. Aunque no lo creas es muy importante que tu mente pueda ver el próximo movimiento ante sé que finalices la transición del impulso, esto puede ayudar mucho no cortar la continuidad del movimiento, aunque costarla no es malo cuando lo haces a conciencia.

Algo que me llamo mucho la atención es la importancia de las plantas de los pies, me recuerdo al maestro Ronny en una clase de estiramiento, comentando la importancia de los pies para generar el moviendo.

Ahora que veo el video puedo observar detalles que llevo una vida sin corregir como flexionar mas las rodillas. Aunque después de tanto tiempo sin bailar, mi objetivo era disfrutar y drenar a través de esta improvisación.

Today I was evaluating what exercises to do, since I'm activating myself again with physical activity, looking to escape from the stillness that the work of film provides, such as writing, planning and editing videos.

I accept that contemporary dance helps me a lot psychologically, I drain many processes through movement, on the other hand, it is wonderful the benefits of moving through dance, personally I think it is the perfect technique to rejuvenate the muscles, soul and spirit.

Before dancing I stretched a lot, I warmed up, I moved a lot, I tried to study a lot how my body is, its balance, the overweight, so many details that I tried to notice before recording. I also danced several songs inside the space that I would record so that my body would recognize the space. Of course I didn't expect the best dance, but it's important to recognize the space to avoid any accidents.

Improvisation is something interesting, because while you dance you generate many thoughts, such as doubts, questions, and prevention of the next movement. Believe it or not it is very important that your mind can see the next movement before you finish the transition of the impulse, this can help a lot not to cut the continuity of the movement, although costing it is not bad when you do it consciously.

Something that caught my attention is the importance of the soles of the feet, I remember the teacher Ronny in a stretching class, commenting on the importance of the feet to generate the movement.

Now that I see the video I can observe details that I have been doing for a lifetime without correcting, such as bending my knees more. Although after such a long time without dancing, my goal was to enjoy and drain through this improvisation.

The objective of this event is to bring together all the cultural groups in this great stadium and to celebrate with different presentations brought from each region of the country.

The photos were taken in the towers of central park in Bellas Artes, the model is a fellow UNEARTE, called Ocran who agreed to support me in the photos.

As you can see I analyzed the chromatic circle to see what colors would help me to highlight the shirt, so I chose a yellow background color. Let's say that we did not find an abundant yellow, but we achieved that yellow line that helps us to focus the model and highlight the shirt.

Como pueden ver analice el círculo cromático para ver qué colores me ayudarían a resaltar la camisa, por lo cual se optó por un color amarillo de fondo. Digamos que no encontramos un amarillo abundante, pero se logró esa línea amarilla que nos ayuda a centrar al modelo y resaltar a la camisa.

Working with this friend was very interesting, as he was interested in getting the photos right. Many times the model is not interested in what is being developed, so the product doesn't end up coming out the same way.

Reconozco que estaba muy nervioso, primera vez que compito en este tipo de carreras, por lo cual trata de respirar mucho, mientras calentaba, estaba consciente que mi única meta era responder a base de mis capacidades, compararse estaba de más, por lo cual tendría que trabajar mucho en la concentración de energía y su distribución por el espacio.

Aquí podemos ver como comenzó esta maravillosa carera, como le comente a @vandres cometí el error de salir junto al grupo y no salir a mi propio ritmo, situación que me paso factura llegando al kilómetro 2, por lo cual decidí bajar el ritmo hasta el kilómetro 4 donde volví agarrar un ritmo un poco más rápido, tomando en cuenta que mi interés era dar todo mi potencial en los últimos metros del kilómetro 4.

It was a pleasure to be able to run for this great team, my personal time was 00:29:07, in the image below you can see the two cut off times that were made in the race.
