A última hora me salió un viaje de emergencia a otro estado de mi país, así que antes de poder viajar necesitaba dejar mi hogar abastecido en comida y productos de aseo personal y para el hogar, para que a mis hijos y mascotas no les faltará nada. Tenía muchísimos meses que no iba por la zona del centro de mi ciudad. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una rutina titulada "Tren Inferior en Silla". Antes que nada, quiero disculparme por mi ausencia reciente. He estado enfrentando algunos problemas personales que, lamentablemente, me han dejado con una sensación de debilidad física. Todo esto me llevo a consultar a mi especialista y luego de realizarme la evaluación física , su consejo fue que comenzara a hacer ejercicios nuevamente, ya que mi estilo de vida se había vuelto bastante sedentario debido a las circunstancias que he estado atravesando.

Así que me dije que era hora de tomar las riendas del bienestar de mi salud y retomar mis rutinas en casa para darle movilidad a mi cuerpo. Por eso, hoy les traigo esta rutina centrada en el tren inferior, diseñada para fortalecer y tonificar todos los músculos de nuestras piernas y glúteos. Acompáñenme en este viaje hacia una mejor salud física y emocional. ¡Llegó la hora de movernos y sentirnos bien!

Today I want to share with you a routine titled "Lower Body in Chair". First of all, I want to apologize for my recent absence. I have been facing some personal problems that, unfortunately, have left me feeling physically weak. All this led me to consult my specialist and after performing the physical evaluation , his advice was to start exercising again, as my lifestyle had become quite sedentary due to the circumstances I have been going through.

So I told myself it was time to take the reins of my health wellness and resume my routines at home to give my body mobility. So today I bring you this lower body focused routine designed to strengthen and tone all the muscles in our legs and glutes. Join me on this journey to better physical and emotional health, it's time to move and feel good!

Ahora los invito a disfrutar de esta rutina muy beneficiosa, la cual puedes realizar en cualquier espacio donde tengas apoyo de alguna silla. Iniciamos con un previo calentamiento, el cual lleva como nombre: Apertura alterna de piernas y apertura de brazos, todo esto por un lapso de 5 minutos.

Ahora empezamos con los ejercicios principales.

EJERCICIOS:

✓ #1: Sentadillas con apoyo de silla: apoyamos las manos con los codos extendidos sin bloquearlos completamente, piernas separadas al ancho de la cadera, realizamos la sentadilla y al llegar abajo quedamos en punta de pie. Aquí trabajaremos principalmente todos los músculos del tren inferior, en segundo plano, abdomen y brazos. Todo esto por un lapso de 15 repeticiones, 3 series.

✓ #2: Rodillas al abdomen con apoyo de silla: Manos apoyadas en la silla, con los codos extendidos; sin bloquear los codos, llevamos las rodillas al abdomen de forma alterna, dejándolas arriba durante 2 segundos. Aquí estaremos trabajando glúteos y abdomen. Todo esto por un lapso de 15 repeticiones, 3 series.

✓ #3: Pantorrilla más elevación lateral de piernas: Nos apoyamos del espaldar de la silla con los codos un poco flexionados en primer lugar, ejercemos presión en el abdomen y glúteos para luego elevar los talones quedando en esa posición por 2 segundos, bajamos los talones y elevamos las piernas lateralmente de forma alterna. Aquí trabajaremos en el tren inferior, en segundo plano, abdomen y brazos. Todo esto por 15 repeticiones en tres series

Al terminar, realicé un ejercicio de relajación para llevar a mi cuerpo a su estado inicial y así mantener los músculos activados; en esta ocasión ejecuté rodillas al abdomen en posición supira, respirando y exhalando por un lapso de cinco minutos.

EXERCISES:

✓#1: Squats with chair support: we support the hands with elbows extended without blocking them completely, legs apart at hip width, we perform the squat and when we get down we stay on our toes. ✓ #2: Knees to the abdomen with chair support: Hands resting on the chair, elbows extended; without locking the elbows, we bring the knees to the abdomen alternately, leaving them up for 2 seconds. Here we will be working gluteus and abdomen. All this for a span of 15 repetitions, 3 sets.

✓ #3: Calf plus lateral leg raises: We lean on the back of the chair with the elbows a little bent first, we exert pressure on the abdomen and buttocks and then raise the heels staying in that position for 2 seconds, lower the heels and raise the legs laterally alternately. Here we will work on the lower body, in the background, abdomen and arms. All this for 15 repetitions in three series

At the end, I performed a relaxation exercise to bring my body to its initial state and thus keep the muscles activated; this time I performed knees to abdomen in supira position, breathing and exhaling for a period of five minutes.

Uno de los aliados comerciales que más visito es @hatogrill, principalmente porque está muy cerca de mi casa, a solo unos minutos en bus. Estaba en casa pensando en qué preparar para el almuerzo, un dilema diario en nuestra familia, ya que debo cocinar dos platillos dietéticos y otra comida normal. ¡Nada fácil, ¿verdad?! El objetivo es mantenernos más activos y saludables. Esta rutina, "Activando Cuerpo Completo", es ideal para fortalecer nuestro cuerpo y aumentar la resistencia física. En esta serie de ejercicios nos enfocaremos en diversos grupos musculares, incluyendo brazos, hombros, trapecio, y también activaremos el núcleo, sin olvidar el tren inferior. Además, es esencial recordar que al realizar actividades físicas estimulamos la circulación sanguínea; de paso esto contribuye a mantener una salud mental equilibrada.

Today I present to you a routine titled "Activating Full Body". It is critical to understand what we are working on and how these exercise routines benefit us. The goal is to keep us more active and healthy. This routine, "Activating Full Body", is ideal for strengthening our body and increasing physical endurance. In this series of exercises we will focus on various muscle groups, including arms, shoulders, trapezius, and also activate the core, without forgetting the lower body. In addition, it is essential to remember that by performing physical activities we stimulate blood circulation; incidentally this contributes to maintaining a balanced mental health.

Ahora los invito a disfrutar de esta rutina muy beneficiosa, la cual puedes realizar en cualquier lugar donde tengas apoyo de algún banco, gavera o algo similar. Iniciamos con un previo calentamiento, el cual lleva como nombre: salto de cuerdas, todo esto por un lapso de 5 minutos.

Ahora empezamos con los ejercicios principales👇

EJERCICIOS:

✓#1: Plancha inclinada con toque alterno de hombro; nos colocaremos en posición de plancha colocando las manos encima de la gavera, seguidamente tocamos los hombros con las manos de forma alterna. Aquí estaremos trabajando brazos, hombros, y trapecio. en segundo plano se trabaja abdomen y tren inferior. Todo esto por un lapso de 15 repeticiones, 3 series.

✓#2: Escalador cruzado inclinado: iniciamos en posición de plancha colocando las manos en la gavera quedando en forma inclinada; seguidamente, iniciamos con rodillazos cruzados en forma alterna, incrementando poco a poco la intensidad. En este ejercicio se trabajará todo el cuerpo, haciendo énfasis en el núcleo y el resto de los músculos en el tren inferior. Todo esto por un lapso de 15 repeticiones, 3 series.

✓#3: rodillazos en elevación con apoyo de pies en gavera: Iniciamos el ejercicio colocando un pies en la gavera y con el otro pies que queda lo apoyamos en el piso; luego propinamos los rodillazos en elevación. Aquí estaremos trabajando el núcleo y tren inferior todo esto por 15 repeticiones en tres series

Al terminar, realicé un ejercicio de relajación para llevar a mi cuerpo a su estado inicial y así mantener los músculos activados; en esta ocasión ejecuté la flexión cobra por un lapso de cinco minutos.

EXERCISES:

✓#1: Incline plank with alternating shoulder touch; we will place ourselves in plank position placing our hands on top of the skull, then we touch our shoulders with our hands alternately. Here we will be working arms, shoulders, and trapezius. In the background we will be working abdomen and lower body. All this for a span of 15 repetitions, 3 sets.

✓#2: Incline cross climber: we start in plank position by placing the hands on the skull in an inclined position; then, we start with alternating crossed knees, increasing the intensity little by little. In this exercise we will work the whole body, emphasizing the core and the rest of the muscles in the lower body. All this for a span of 15 repetitions, 3 sets.

✓#3: Kneeling raises with feet on the skull: We start the exercise by placing one foot on the skull and with the other foot that remains we rest it on the floor; then we propel the knees in elevation. Here we will be working the core and lower body for 15 repetitions in three sets.

At the end, I performed a relaxation exercise to bring my body back to its initial state and thus keep the muscles activated; this time I performed the cobra push-up for a period of five minutes.
