Este es un grupo de personas que se dedican a promover la buena salud a través del cuidado de nuestro cuerpo con prácticas de rutinas como ejercicios de respiración, danza, resistencia, kinboxing y la que más me gusta que es la bailo terapia. Este fin de semana estuvieron de aniversario por lo que nos regalaron una sesión de todos y cada uno de sus servicios, esto tuvo lugar en El Monumento, atractivo turístico por excelencia en la ciudad, donde podemos disfrutar los atardeceres más hermosos del mundo.

This is a group of people who are dedicated to promoting good health through the care of our body with routines such as breathing exercises, dance, resistance, kinboxing and the one I like the most, which is dance therapy. Se dio inicio a la actividad comenzando con la presentación de grupos de baile todos muy hermosos para luego pasar al calentamiento, el kinboxing y finalizamos con una espectacular bailoterapia. Fueron dos horas y media de mucho sudor y disfrute con una participación muy grande de personas, por lo que fue un éxito total. Para mí el café es de suma importancia en casa y cuando se acaba todos entramos en crisis jajaja así que le pedí a mi esposo que nos fuéramos a @econoquesos ya que allí venden el café que me gusta, hecho en Cumaná y es de los mejores del mundo y el precio es de los mejores, aproveché de comprar una masa para empanadas para usar en el desayuno cuando el tiempo es corto y por su puesto dos variedades de queso muy buenos que hacen honor al nombre del comercio. Me habían hablado de un lugar llamado La Tintorera donde la atención es muy buena, por lo que allí nos ubicamos y de inmediato una de las encargadas nos ofreció su amable atención, nos ubicamos en el único toldo que quedaba y aunque nos pareció pequeño terminó siendo ideal.
