(Los descansos entre sets serán máximo de 2 minuto para todos los ejercicios).<center><h1></h1></center></div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Está es mi más reciente rutina de abdomen, la cual he venido Armando con respecto a lo que me quiero enfocar en este comienzo de año, debo mencionar que  he mejorado bastante mi fortaleza abdominal, y cada vez trato de mejor aun más y eso forma parte de mi mentalidad al entrenar, el llegar a dominar tu cuerpo y mente ante cada reto que te propongas.<center><h1></h1></center></div>

Así mismo, como siempre busco trabajar alguna progresión antes de iniciar la rutina base, esto para aprovechar que estoy fresco y así poder hacer los ejercicios de la mejor forma posible.<center><h1></h1></center></div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Si te animas a realizar esta rutina te recomiendo hacerla en el mismo orden expuesto, trabajando primero las progresiones y luego la rutina base, así de esta forma estarás atacando lo más difícil primero, y en ese sentido van a poder realizar las progresiones con buena técnica y de la mejor forma posible. Yo particularmente cada vez que inicio con un nuevo ejercicio me enfoco en trabajarlos bien, así realice pocas repeticiones, ya que como es bien sabido lo importante es realizarlas bien, mejor calidad que cantidad. (Los descansos entre sets serán máximo de 2 minuto para todos los ejercicios).<center><h1></h1></center></div>
