Hola queridos amigos, está es mi segunda receta en estilo video, y espero que sea de su agrado. Cómo les indique en la receta pasada el proceso paso a paso se los describiré en el vídeo blog, sin embargo, me gusta dar un preámbulo a la receta que quiero compartir. Y es que, en algunos hogares, para no decir algunas personas, les da miedo hacer este tipo de recetas, quizás por el proceso del amasado, el tiempo que demora realizar la receta o los ingredientes, pero, el hacer pan, en este caso pizza, es un proceso fácil, cuando se le toma confianza, paciencia, y se hace más seguido, es decir, con constancia se va mejorando, así que, no hay nada que temer.

Para hacer la receta más fácil, coloqué los ingredientes en tazas, vasos y cucharadas, de esa forma, son medidas que tenemos cualquiera en nuestros hogares, sin necesidad de tener una balanza.

El mundo del hacer pan o trabajar con masa es complejo y requiere saber medidas exactas, pero con paciencia vamos a ir entendiendo fórmulas, dependiendo de como nos guste la masa, teniendo en cuenta también factores como la temperatura y humedad del lugar donde estamos trabajando.

Sin más que agregar, para finalizar los dejo con la cantidad de ingredientes, y con el vídeo, en dónde con mucho cariño les describí el proceso y anexé detalles que me gustan cuando estoy amasando para hacer mi masa favorita y posterior deliciosa pizza.

Ingredientes:

2 tazas de harina de trigo
1 cda y media de levadura
2 cdas y media de mantequilla
1/2 cda de orégano
3 cdas de azúcar
1 cda de sal

Hola queridos amigos de esta comunidad, mi primera idea es compartirles un pequeño blog, con algunos videos que grabe de mi última ida a la playa, que en realidad fue un viaje con mi pareja y mi sobrina, en la época de semana santa. La verdad es que, tengo bastante contenido sobre esos días, y me dan muchas ganas mostrarles por videos que, a pesar de los problemas políticos, económicos y sociales, que presenta mi país, el hecho de vivir en la zona costera me da la oportunidad de viajar a la playa, y disfrutar de todas las cualidades que nos genera estar allí, cerca del mar.

Fuimos a la localidad de Guaracayal, ubicada en el Estado Sucre de Venezuela, que se define como una localidad turística, que queda aproximadamente a 15 minutos de la ciudad, con un mar de aguas tranquilas, y poco oleaje, además de no presentar medusas, que son muy características de esta época, en casi todas las localidades con playas. Esta playa tiene como particularidad, a parte de las ya expuestas que, es de aguas poco profundas, lo que genera comodidad a aquellos que piensan ir con niños o mascotas.

Al ser un poblado algo escondido, muy pocas son las personas que llegan hasta allá, por tal motivo, la serenidad y relajación que propone este lugar es increíble.

Sinceramente llegamos a este sitio por casualidad, ya que, no podíamos exponer al vehículo donde íbamos a subidas o bajadas muy empinadas, como para llegar a localidades, como ensenada honda, que era nuestra primera opción, sin embargo, conocíamos Guaracayal, y sabíamos que es un lugar seguro, cómodo, y de fácil acceso, por tal motivo, fue la elección de ese día.

En esta localidad hay presencia de entes policiales, personas que venden comida, como empanadas, cocteles de mariscos, incluso artículos como inflables, salvavidas y trajes de baño, que, a ciencia cierta, no sé si la cantidad de vendedores era producto de la fecha especial, y el conocimiento de que, la playa seria visitada por turistas. Me pareció un poco triste que, no haya un movimiento económico o turístico, en comparación de zonas como; playa San Luis, o Quetepe, en la que, te alquilan toldos, mesas y sillas para estar un poco más cómodo. Habiendo dicho esto, nos sentamos bajo un árbol de sombra en la arena, lo cual, aunque era incómodo, fue una opción excelente para concentrarse con la naturaleza, y jugar con la arena, al menos así pienso, o trato, ya que, quiero verle el lado positivo a todo.

Mi idea con el collage de videos es mostrarles de una forma más real, sin fondos, ni filtros como se encuentra la zona, por si en algún momento quisieran visitarla, además de mostrarles mi experiencia y expectativa de la localidad, y como es mi estado, el hecho de hacer sugerencias, o comparaciones con otras partes, es normal, y una muestra del amor a querer mejorar partes de mi estado, Sucre.

Honestly, we arrived at this spot by chance, as we couldn't take the vehicle we were traveling on steep climbs or descents to reach towns like Ensenada Honda, which was our first choice. However, we were familiar with Guaracayal and knew it was a safe, comfortable, and easily accessible place, so it was our choice that day.

In this town, there is a presence of police officers, people selling food, such as empanadas, seafood cocktails, and even items like inflatables, life jackets, and swimsuits. I don't know if the number of vendors was due to the special holiday and the knowledge that the beach would be visited by tourists. I found it a bit sad that there isn't much economic or tourist activity compared to areas like San Luis Beach or Quetepe, where they rent awnings, tables, and chairs to make you feel a little more comfortable. That being said, we sat under a shade tree on the sand, which, although uncomfortable, was an excellent way to connect with nature and play in the sand. At least that's what I think, or try to do, since I want to see the positive side of everything.

My idea with the video collage is to show you the area's condition in a more realistic way, without backgrounds or filters, in case you ever want to visit. It also shows you my experience and expectations of the area, and what my state is like. Las personas que se han tomado su tiempo para leerme, me han comentado que se ve una receta muy trabajosa, realmente hasta yo lo pensaba, el proceso de la masa, luego el pudin y además hacer en almíbar los duraznos es un proceso, pero, es un proceso rápido, nada tedioso, en el cual no me demoré ni 30 minutos haciéndolo, más los 40 minutos aproximadamente de horneado.

Las tartaletas se han convertido en mi fuerte, cada vez que un ser querido cumpleaños, o tiene algún tipo de celebración, no dudo en hacerle una tartaleta, quizás por eso me he vuelto muy buena haciéndolas.

Además he ido cambiando poco a poco la receta, cambiando los rellenos, pasé de hacer una crema pastelera de cero, a hacerlo más rápido y fácil con un pudin de cajita que sabe muy sabroso, y queda con mejor consistencia.

Hola queridos compañeros cantantes de Vibes. Es un gusto poder participar en la semana 9 de este concurso que a mí parecer ha revolucionado todo el esquema Vibes dentro de hiveblog.

Para comentarles un poco, escogí esta canción, porque siento que a las canciones en ingles con versiones en español les va mejor en esta comunidad, así que, siguiendo está lógica, encontré total eclipse del amor, que es la traducción al español de total eclipse of The heart de Bonnie Tyler, quien puso su voz en el año 1975 a esta música.

Grabando este video, me fijé en lo mucho que me conecte con la canción y que a su vez me sentí tan identificada que tuve que grabarlo varias veces porque las ganas de llorar hacia que parará varias veces. Hola queridos amigos, en esta última época me he adentrado al mundo de subir videos por medio de hiveblog, y la vergüenza ha disminuido, pues en previos post he comentado lo mucho que me apena prender la cámara y grabarme, sin embargo, al entrar a este nuevo mundo, me ha llamado la atención no solo ser la creadora de contenido por medio de la escritura, si no también por medio visual.

Está vez, tenía grabado un vídeo haciendo un maquillaje básico, y me surgió la idea que mi novio @chumis02 narrará mi rutina básica de maquillaje, resultando en esta obra maestra jeje. La verdad, nos divertimos muchísimo cuando le tocó grabar el voice over, y por eso mis risas al fondo, para no romper la originalidad decidí dejarlas en el vídeo. Hola amigos, quise compartirles este video, que a la vez cuenta con bloopers, ya que, es una mezcla de videos en dónde podrán observar como es mi proceso creativo a la hora de escoger, grabar y luego montar mi entrada aquí en hiveblog.

La verdad, no tiene mucha ciencia, me siento con un aro de luz, un poquito de maquillaje para no salir a cara lavada, o depende del momento, en el vídeo que les monté; quería lucir al natural, solo con blush y un labial rosa suave, en una esquina de mi cuarto, a luz apagada y frente a mi closet con pegatinas, y dato importante, yo sola, porque me da pena cantar o grabar delante de público, no me gusta, me avergüenza y me cohibo bastante. Entonces, trato de estar cómoda para poder hacerlo y que la voz pueda escucharse bien.

En mi vida estando de adolescente fue que tome un curso como por un par de meses sobre canto dentro de una agencia de baile en la que estaba y me gustó mucho , pero no seguí porque sentí que había mejores que yo, que no tenía buena voz. Ahora con estas comunidades en HIve volví a grabar videos de danza y canto y me gusta poder compartirlos con ustedes, incluso el detrás de camara.

In my life as a teenager I took a course for about a couple of months on singing within a dance agency I was in and I really liked it, but I didn't continue because I felt that there were better people than me, that I didn't have a good voice. .
