Agarre brazos extensidos 4 rondas de 1 minuto.</p>
<p>Calisthenics and Functional Crossfit routine to strengthen upper body and core explosiveness.<br />
Exercises:<br />
Strict pull-ups 4 rounds x 10 reps.<br />
Supine Lunges 4 rounds x 10 repetitions<br />
