<p>¡Hola! comunidad de <a href="/search?q=3speak">#3speak</a>. Hoy les quiero platicar lo que hice el día de ayer y mostrarle un poco de los elementos que más me gustan en la calistenia. Primero un buen descanso, últimamente me ha dolido el tendón del codo, ya que después de un tiempo haciendo tantos entrenamientos de front lever me pasó factura.</p>
<p>El dolor comenzó el miércoles de la semana pasada, pensé que era solo molestia porque ya me había pasado antes con los entrenamiento de la stradde planche. Los estáticos básicamente involucran mucha tensión, por eso en los codos pueden llegar a hincharse un tendón por dentro de tanto entrenamientos de tensión.</p>
<p>Digamos que es la única desventaja de los estáticos, por eso es bueno calentar los ligamentos y estirar las articulaciones los manguitos rotadores para tratar y evitar lesiones, pero ya eso es inevitable lesionarse. Así que sin más hice un poco de los elementos que más me gustan en las calistenia, elementos como estáticos y ejercicios tales como la handstand, la stradde planche y el muscle-up que tengo que mejorar. El front lever one-arm y flexiones son algunos de los ejercicios que más me gustan y quiero mejorar  con el paso del tiempo.</p>

<p>Hello <a href="/search?q=3speak">#3speak</a> community. Today I want to tell you what I did yesterday and show you some of my favorite elements of calisthenics. First a good rest, lately my elbow tendon has been sore, since after a while doing so many front lever workouts it took its toll on me.</p>
<p>The pain started on Wednesday last week, I thought it was just discomfort because it had happened to me before with stradde planche workouts. Static basically involves a lot of tension, that's why the elbows can get a tendon swollen on the inside from so much tension training.</p>
<p>Let's say that is the only disadvantage of the static, so it is good to warm up the ligaments and stretch the joints and rotator cuffs to try and avoid injury, but it is inevitable to get injured. So without further ado I did some of the elements that I like the most in calisthenics, elements such as static and exercises such as the handstand, the stradde planche and the muscle-up that I have to improve. The front lever one-arm and push-ups are some of the exercises I like the most and want to improve over time.</p>

Bueno hicimos una rutina de jale para despejar un poco la mente de los problemas que tenemos todos los venezolanos, es algo triste lo que esta pasando pero cada quien aporta su granito de arena para poder mejorar este país tan lindo.</p>
<p>Desearía que las ganas con las que montan campañas fueran para elaborar parques, así los jóvenes como yo y muchos que están frustrados que desean salir adelante, puedan hacerlo y transmitirlo por el deporte como dijo el rapero <em>Canserbero</em> "nunca habrá revolución, sino evolución de conciencias". Volviendo al entrenamiento, decidimos entrenar temprano para no irnos tan de noche y evitar peligro en las calles.</p>

<p>Antes de todo es muy importante el calentamiento para no generar futuras lesiones. Realicé un estiramiento a lo tipo Goku, en la nave cuando va a luchar con freezer jajaja😂. Luego hice variaciones de parada de manos, para empezar e ir familiarizando la tensión en mi cuerpo, últimamente me he sentido un poco mejor en mis estáticos. Cabe resaltar que poco a poco le estoy metiendo más amor y empeño a mis estáticos.</p>

<p>¡Hola! Comunidad de <a href="/search?q=3speak">#3speak</a> y Hive Calisthenics. Hoy les quiero compartir lo que hice en mi cumpleaños. Fue un día muy importante para mí, un día lleno de retos y desafíos, ya que nosotros tenemos un reto que consiste en hacer repeticiones del ejercicio que más te guste por cada año que estés cumpliendo.</p>
<p>En mi caso quise intentar algo diferente, el reto consiste en hacer 21 handstand push-ups. Estuve practicando bastante este ejercicio, porque es mi ejercicio favorito y nunca había hecho tantas repeticiones seguidas, por eso estuve casi un mes practicándolo.</p>
<p>Fue un reto duro que con entrenamiento y esfuerzo lo pude lograr. Unos días atrás estuve con un dolor en la muñeca izquierda que me pareció raro, la verdad si me dolía bastante y me incomodaba al momento de hacer la parada de mano. Descansé 4 días para estar en la mejor condición para el reto, algunos hacen este reto haciendo Muscle-up, mientras que otros los varían haciendo dominadas, fondos con muscle-up, yo les muestro mi ejercicio favorito la cual es Handstand push-ups</p>

It was a very important day for me, a day full of challenges and challenges, since we have a challenge that consists of doing repetitions of the exercise that you like the most for each year that you are turning.</p>
<p>In my case I wanted to try something different, the challenge is to do 21 handstand push-ups. I have been practicing this exercise a lot, because it is my favorite exercise and I had never done so many repetitions in a row, so I spent almost a month practicing it.</p>
<p>It was a tough challenge but with training and effort I was able to achieve it. A few days ago I had a pain in my left wrist that seemed strange to me, the truth is that it hurt a lot and it made me uncomfortable when I did the handstand. I rested 4 days to be in the best condition for the challenge, some do this challenge doing Muscle-up, while others vary it doing pull-ups, pull-ups with muscle-up, I show you my favorite exercise which is Handstand push-ups.</p>

Les quiero compartir un video que hice el día de hoy con mi amigo <a href="/user/markworkout">@markworkout</a>, hoy me sentí un poco pesado y también adolorido por los entrenamientos cada vez entreno duro para alcanzar mis objetivos. Ultimamente me he sentido un poco frustrado 😖, ya que los resultados los estoy viendo muy tardados.</p>
<p>Por eso es muy importante la paciencia en este deporte tan lindo. Hace unos días tenía dolor en mi muñeca izquierda y hoy descansé, porque mañana tengo un reto que muy pronto verán y espero que les gusté.</p>
<p>Bueno hoy después de un buen estiramiento de muñecas y tensión, hice una rutina de abdominales que me beneficiaron muy bien, puesto que no hago mucho abdominales últimamente, y ya he agarro más condición en la parte del Core. En el video están todos los ejercicios, espero que los ayuden y les gusten.</p>

<p>¡Hola! comunidad de <a href="/search?q=swc">#SWC</a> hoy les quiero compartir lo que hice el día sábado con mis amigos <a href="/user/valecillos">@Valecillos</a> y mi amigo <a href="/user/edixo">@edixo</a>. Bueno, ellos en general hicieron front lever y yo hice Dominadas lastradas.</p>
<p>Hice unas variaciones de Dominadas. Dominadas abiertas, Dominadas neutras Dominadas en supino, Dominadas abiertas y fondos lastrado. El peso del lastre es de aproximadamente unos 12 kilogramos. Hoy estuve un poco mal con las Dominadas ya que el hale no es mi fuerte, pero tengo que mejorar para poder ser mejor. En los fondos me sentí un poco mejor ya que en el empuje me destacó un poco más.</p>
<p>Espero que le haya gustado este post. voy a estar subiendo más contenido para en la comunidad, porque estoy participando en el <a href="/search?q=retofortis">#RetoFortis</a>.</p>

<p>Hello <a href="/search?q=swc">#SWC</a> community, today I want to share with you what I did on Saturday with my friends <a href="/user/valecillos">@Valecillos</a> and my friend <a href="/user/edixo">@edixo</a>. Well, they in general did front lever and I did ballasted Lunges.</p>
<p>I did some variations of Pull-ups. Open Lunges, Neutral Lunges, Supine Lunges, Open Lunges and Weighted Pullups. The weight of the ballast is about 12 kilograms. Today I was a little bad with the Pull-ups as the hale is not my forte, but I have to improve to be better. In the bottoms I felt a little better as in the push I excelled a little more.</p>
