Nos dirigimos al cerro “El Elefante”. Se trata de una hermosa montaña que se encuentra a 790 metros sobre el nivel del mar y está ubicada en las faldas del Parque Nacional Terepaima. Iniciaremos nuestro recorrido desde el centro de recreación en la casa de nuestro amigo Félix tomando el camino largo el cual nos lleva a lo más alto del cerro, para luego volver nuevamente a nuestro punto de partida. Además de muchos otros beneficios físicos y psicológicos, esta actividad nos servirá para fortalecer las piernas, endurecer los glúteos y mejorar la salud cardiovascular.

This is the second video of our tour to “El Elefante” Hill in Terepaima National Park; If you don't know how we got here, I invite you to watch the previous video, where I tell you where this incredible place is and how to get there.

We headed to the hill “The Elephant”. It is a beautiful mountain that is 790 meters above sea level and is located in the foothills of the Terepaima National Park. We will start our tour from the recreation center in the house of our friend Felix, taking the long way which takes us to the top of the hill, and then back to our starting point. In addition to many other physical and psychological benefits, this activity will serve to strengthen our legs, harden our buttocks and improve our cardiovascular health.

Venezuela's national parks are areas and territories that are home to ecosystems that must be protected from alteration by exploitation or human occupation. Recreational, tourist and educational activities, as well as scientific research, are allowed in these areas.

Después de pasar por la casa del Sr. Boraure, quien es un personaje reconocido de esta montaña, nos encontramos con la grata sorpresa de poder visualizar el estadio Metropolitano de Lara, lo que nos dio una idea de todo lo que hemos caminado hasta ese momento. 🚶🌄🐘

En este punto de la caminata ya podemos ver el cerro “El Elefante” a nuestro lado, por si aún no lo has notado, este cerro es llamado de esta manera por tener la forma de un gran paquidermo durmiendo de costado. A pocos metros de alcanzar lo más alto de esta colina podemos divisar gran parte de las poblaciones de Cabudare, Barquisimeto y algo de Yaritagua.

Recordemos conservar estos lugares tal como los encontramos y retornar los desechos y la basura de nuevo a su lugar de origen.

Este sitio es uno de los muchos recorridos del hermoso Parque Nacional Terepaima en el estado Lara. Desde aquí, podemos visualizar otros caminos que nos conducen a más lugares maravillosos que me gustaría poder explorar juntos en otra ocasión.

Los resultados de la actividad del día de hoy fueron los siguientes: 2.84 km recorridos con un desnivel positivo de 112 m y una cadencia promedio de 108 pasos por minuto.

After passing Mr. Boraure's house, we found ourselves with the pleasant surprise of being able to visualize the Metropolitano de Lara stadium, which gave us an idea of everything we have walked up to that moment. 🚶🌄🐘
At this point of the hike we can already see the hill “El Elefante” next to us, in case you haven't noticed it yet, this hill is called this way because it has the shape of a big pachyderm sleeping on its side. A few meters from reaching the top of this hill we can see a large part of the towns of Cabudare, Barquisimeto and some of Yaritagua.

This site is one of the many trails in the beautiful Terepaima National Park in Lara State. From here, we can visualize other trails that lead us to more wonderful places that I wish we could explore together another time.

Previo calentamiento, nuestro punto de partida fue el Parque Residencial Los Bucares, del sector la Mora en Cabudare.

Iniciamos nuestro recorrido cerca de las 10 de la mañana y ya en pocos minutos nos encontramos en uno de los tantos asentamientos campesinos de la zona: El Asentamiento Campesino La Mora. El recorrido que haremos hoy es un recorrido nivel intermedio muy recomendado para todas las personas que desean hacer caminata y senderismo. Es muy importante mantenerse hidratado, usar ropa fresca y venir acompañado preferiblemente; el terreno es bastante pedregoso, así que sí o sí debes practicar esta caminata con calzado deportivo, de preferencia botas o botines que te protejan los tobillos. No olvides amarrarlos muy bien antes de iniciar la caminata.

El asentamiento campesino La Mora es una comunidad rural que sirve de antesala para muchos deportistas, caminantes, ciclistas y excursionistas que recorren esta arcillosa ruta con el fin de practicar una sana actividad, alejarse de la rutina de la ciudad y desintoxicar los pulmones respirando el aire puro que le ofrecen las montañas.

Hoy me apoyaré en la aplicación Strava. Es una buena app que ofrece datos interesantes y útiles durante y después del recorrido los cuales estaré analizando al final del video. Además de la aplicación, me guiaré por una brújula sencilla, manteniendo nuestro rumbo con destino hacia el Sur.

Los resultados de nuestra actividad del día de hoy fueron 2,55 km recorridos, alcanzando un desnivel positivo de 196m con una cadencia promedio de 104 pasos por minuto. Nada mal para empezar.

Me ubiqué en la tribuna Este y desde que llegue me contagié del entusiasmo de la fanaticada presente en el estadio Metropolitano. El ritmo del juego fue muy rápido. Ambos equipos salieron a buscar el triunfo desde el inicio. Y qué golazo nos regaló el "Tutti" Andrade. ¡Una verdadera joya! Aunque Chile se llevó los tres puntos, nuestra Vinotinto demostró un gran nivel de juego, especialmente considerando que era su primer partido en el torneo.

La consigna de "Mano tengo Fe" y "Vinotinto deporvida" (haciendo referencia al Deportivo Lara) fueron las más llamativas durante el encuentro. ¡Sin duda somos una afición fiel y apasionada!

I was located in the East stand and from the moment I arrived I was infected by the enthusiasm of the fans present at the Metropolitano stadium. The pace of the game was very fast. Hoy analizaremos un dispositivo que se ha convertido en una solución esencial para los frecuentes cortes eléctricos. Específicamente me refiero a un mini UPS, un sistema de alimentación ininterrumpida que garantiza que tus dispositivos electrónicos sigan funcionando en caso de un corte de energía.

Mi opinión:

Luego de probar la placa XH-A232 mi opinión personal es que este pequeño amplificador es muy útil si deseas amplificar el sonido de tu PC o celular a la hora de escuchar el audio de tu música o videos en una habitación grande o pequeña. El tamaño es lo mejor, literalmente este amplificador puede caber en un bolso pequeño, cosa que personalmente se me hace muy conveniente.

Los materiales utilizados en esta placa son de muy buena calidad y pude soldar en un par de oportunidades los conectores del plug. El chip, condensadores y demás componentes los encuentro muy bien soldados, además a diferencia de otros modelos similares en esta placa el chip TPA3110 incluye un disipador de calor que resulta muy util.
