<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Este sera un super set de 7 ejercicios donde cada uno tendrá una duración de 30 segundos o 45 segundos dependiendo del nivel de cada persona ya que es una rutina adaptable para todos los niveles, este set de ejercicios sera de utilidad mas adelante debido a que el abdomen es uno de los músculos que mas solemos utilizar a lo largo del deporte.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">A pesar de haber tenido bastante semanas sin entrenar correctamente tuve un enfoque en el área de los estáticos ya que es mi punto débil, sin embargo el desempeño que tuve en esta competición me gusto mucho ya que de hace rato no participaba en ningún torneo, con al rededor de tres semanas entrenando recupere gran parte de mi nivel y estaba listo para competir. </div></div><div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-right">Despite having had quite a few weeks without training properly, I had a focus on the static area since it is my weak point, however I really liked the performance I had in this competition since I had not participated in any tournament for a while, with After about three weeks of training I recovered most of my level and was ready to compete.

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Me pareció un gran evento y aunque no estuve de acuerdo con la decisión de los jueces estuve feliz con mi desempeño, conoci una gran cantidad de atletas con los que solo hablaba por medio de redes sociales, participe en un reto haciendo dinamicos que gracias a mi habilidad en en ellos pude ganar, haciendo mas dobles 360, a pesar de estar en otro pais la energia que tenian las personas y los demas atletas era muy buen y en general me hizo feliz estar de vuelta.

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Uno de los mayores incentivos para regresar fueron mis amigos que día a día me estuvieron dando sus mensajes de apoyo y sus consejos sobre como entrenar y que cosas hacer a la hora de competir, ademas de eso la emoción de las competencias, las experiencias que se viven siempre me parecerán increíbles y tienen mucho valor para mi.
