Hello, I’m @lcampesina. This week I’m participating in this community with the theme “ Sacrifice,” inspired by the song of Antonio Monzón.

This song talks about the sacrifice of Jesus, whom I remember every day. My roots are Christian, and even though I don’t go to church, I carry my faith in my heart and practice what the Bible says: “Pray in silence so that God rewards you in public” and “Wherever two or more are gathered in my name, there I am.”

I’ve learned not to fear the rules of churches and have found a more sincere connection with God. Many times, people’s judgments seem spiritual, but true faith is lived in humility and love.

I’m grateful to my friends in this community for keeping this space for expression alive. Life itself is a daily sacrifice, teaching us to value what’s important and to keep moving forward with hope.

Hola, soy @lcampesina. Esta semana participo en esta comunidad con el tema “Sacrificio”, inspirado en la canción de Antonio Monzón.

Esta canción habla del sacrificio de Jesús, a quien recuerdo cada día. Mis raíces son cristianas y aunque no voy a la iglesia, llevo mi fe en el corazón y practico lo que dice la Biblia: “Ora en silencio para que Dios te recompense en público” y “Donde hay dos o más reunidos en mi nombre, allí estoy yo”.

He aprendido a no tener miedo de las reglas de las iglesias y he encontrado una conexión más sincera con Dios. Muchas veces, los juicios de las personas parecen espirituales, pero la verdadera fe se vive en humildad y amor.

Agradezco a mis amigos de esta comunidad por mantener este espacio de compartir música. La vida es un sacrificio diario, que nos enseña a valorar lo importante y seguir adelante con esperanza.

Hello everyone, I am Reina Flores, known as @lacampesina. On this occasion, I bring you a song that has always moved me deeply because it is an adoration to the Creator that was made a long time ago by the gentlemen: my father Antonio and my uncle Clemente, among the mountains of the Pago Zárate countryside, where we attended a small church called "La Hermosa."

I learned this song when I was just a child. It is more than a melody; it is a living memory of my family's faith. For a long time, I wanted to share it with the world, but it lacked that musical touch to accompany my voice. Finally, I managed to have some special arrangements made for me with a guitar, and thanks to the technology of an application called Moises, I was able to obtain the ideal accompaniment to present this version to you today.

For me, being here at the Colmena Open Mic is very pleasant. Being able to rescue a composition that was born in the silence of the mountains and bring it to this digital platform fills me with pride. It is incredible how music can travel from a small rural church to all of your ears without losing its spiritual essence.

Singing this song immediately reminds me of those green landscapes and the fresh air of my childhood. I hope that when you listen to it, you can feel a little bit of that peace and devotion with which it was originally written by my father and my uncle. I am immensely grateful for the community's support and the space to share my story.

Hola a todos, soy Reina Flores, conocida como @lacampesina. En esta oportunidad les traigo una canción que siempre me ha emocionado mucho porque es una adoración al Creador que fue hecha hace tiempo por los señores : mi papá Antonio y mi tío Clemente, entre las montañas del campo de Pao Zárate, donde asistíamos a una pequeña iglesia llamada "La Hermosa".

Esta canción la aprendí siendo apenas una niña. Es más que una melodía; es un recuerdo vivo y de la fe de mi familia. Durante mucho tiempo quise compartirla con el mundo, pero , le faltaba ese toque musical para acompañar mi voz. Finalmente, logré que me hicieran unos arreglos especiales con una guitarra y, gracias a la tecnología de una aplicación llamada Moises, pude obtener el acompañamiento ideal para presentarles esta versión hoy.

Para mí, estar aquí en el micrófono abierto de Colmena es muy agradable. Poder rescatar una composición que nació en el silencio de las montañas y traerla a esta plataforma digital me llena de orgullo. Es increíble cómo la música puede viajar desde una pequeña iglesia rural hasta los oídos de todos ustedes, sin perder su esencia espiritual .

Cantar esta canción. me recuerda de inmediato a esos paisajes verdes y al aire puro de mi infancia. Espero que, al escucharla, puedan sentir un poquito de esa paz y devoción con la que fue escrita originalmente por mi padre y mi tío. Agradezco enormemente el apoyo de la comunidad y el espacio para mostrar mi historia.

¡Hola, querida comunidad de Hive Music Festival ! Soy Reyna Flores, conocida por muchos como @lcampesina. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un pedacito de mi corazón y de la música que nos llena de emociones.

Como pocos saben, estoy aprendiendo a tocar el cuatro, un instrumento que me fascina. Pero mientras sigo haciendo prácticas con las cuerdas, he decidido acompañarme con mis maracas. ¡Porque el ritmo se lleva en la sangre y el aprendizaje no nos detiene!

Hoy les traigo una canción que es un himno del vallenato romántico: "¡Ay Ombe!". Esta hermosa melodía es interpretada por el gran Jorge Celedón, acompañado del acordeón de Jimmy Zambrano. Jorge no solo canta esta canción, sino que también es su compositor, mostrando su talento para tocar sentimientos con sus letras.

El tema de "¡Ay Ombe!" es el desamor puro. Habla de ese dolor profundo y la nostalgia que sentimos cuando una relación termina. Es un suspiro de resignación y tristeza que todos hemos vivido en algún momento. La expresión "¡Ay Ombe!" es muy caribeña y captura perfectamente ese sentimiento de pérdida.

Mi interpretación de esta canción será acompañada por mis maracas, ya que me permiten marcar el compás mientras le pongo todo el sentimiento a la letra. Hello everyone at Hive Open Mic! Here I am again, I am @lcampesina, Reina Flores, participating in week #306.

This time I wanted to sing focusing on the theme proposed by the community: masks. I chose a super famous song performed by Reina Lucero called "Son Mentiras."

Although it doesn't mention masks directly, for me it relates perfectly. Why? Because it talks about a lover who says he is going to die of love, expresses beautiful and sweet words... but in the end, he has another face! It's all a mask to convince. That's how I connected it to the theme.

Esta vez quise cantar fijándome en el tema que propuso la comunidad: las máscaras.

Elegí una canción super famosa interpretada por Reina Lucero, que se llama "Son Mentiras".

Aunque no menciona máscaras directamente, para mí se relaciona perfecto. ¿Por qué? Porque habla de un enamorado que dice que se va a morir de amor, suelta palabras hermosas y dulces... ¡pero al final tiene otra cara!

It occurred to me for this week to interpret with affection "I Am Rebel" by Janett. Since I was investigating what the heck that Epiphany is, and bam! It turns out that it is about a discovery, a liberation of the mind. I still don’t digest it well 💡

This song talks about life just as it has been, at least in my case: one being a peasant lives many injustices from people with more studies... but in the end you realize that the title and education are different things. Wisdom comes from the heart and the earth! I like this song very much and the way Janett sings it is truly a great inspiration 🌾✊

Se me ocurrió para esta semana interpretar con afecto "Soy Rebelde" de Janett. Ya que anduve investigando qué rayos es eso de la Epifanía, y ¡zas! Resulta que se trata de un descubrimiento, una liberación de la mente. Aún no lo digiero bien 💡

Esta canción habla de la vida tal como ha sido, al menos en mi caso: uno siendo campesino vive muchas injusticias de gente con más estudios... pero al final te das cuenta de que el título y la educación son cosas distintas. ¡La sabiduría viene del corazón y la tierra! Está canción me gusta mucho y la manera como la canto Janett es realmente una gran inspiración 🌾✊

Taking advantage of the holiday spirit, I recently learned the song "Faltan cinco para las 12" by composer Oswaldo Oropeza. After recording the video, I realized that this song has many versions, and I overlooked a detail in the lyrics. In fact, I asked the talented Heidi Ocampos, who is quite well-known, about the differences in the lyrics since I learned her version due to her female voice. I’m eager to see what she responds. That way, I’ll know if it was a mistake or if she knows another version.

Aprovechando que estamos en el ambiente navideño, me aprendí recientemente la canción "Faltan cinco para las 12", del compositor Oswaldo Oropeza. Luego de grabar el video, me di cuenta de que esta canción tiene muchas versiones y pase por alto un detalle en la letra. De hecho, le hice una pregunta a la talentosa Heidi Ocampos, que es bastante conocida y me aprendí su versión por el tono de voz femenina, le hice la pregunta sobre las diferencias en la letra. Estoy ansiosa por ver qué me responde. Así sabré si fue un error o ella conoce otra versión

Lo cierto es que "Faltan cinco para las 12" es una canción hermosa que suena especialmente después del 24 de diciembre. Siempre se escucha en muchas casas justo cuando se acerca la hora de celebrar el nuevo año. Para algunos, es un momento de lágrimas y nostalgia; para otros, pura alegría. Y hay quienes lo ven como un día más. Creo que eso refleja la diferencias de emociones que vivimos en esta época.

This week I set out to learn a song that fits perfectly with the theme: “Call Me.” It’s performed by Sonora Dinamita, a group I didn’t know before, but wow, what a catchy rhythm.

I loved their style from the very first day. I did my best to memorize it, practicing over and over, because I wanted to share it with you.

In my countryside, this style is called cumbia or sometimes “raspacanilla,” but what matters is that it’s pure joy—cheerful music that makes you move without even realizing it.
And look, in these December times, with the end of the year and the holidays near, this song is just perfect.

It fills us with enthusiasm, it makes us feel full of good energy!
It’s one of those songs that brings a big smile to your face and makes you want to dance, even if only in your mind.

¡Queridos amigos de la comunidad Open Mic de #Hive #Blockchain! Soy Reyna usuario @lcampesina, y vengo con toda la alegría para esta semana 297.

Esta semana me propuse aprenderme una canción que encaja perfectamente con el tema: "Llámame". La interpreta la Sonora Dinamita, un grupo que no conocía, pero , qué ritmo tan pegajoso.

Me encantó su estilo desde el primer día. Hice lo posible por memorizarla, practicando una y otra vez, porque quería compartirla con ustedes.

En mi campo, a este estilo le dicen cumbia o por ahí "raspacanilla", pero lo importante es que es puro gozo, música alegre que te hace mover sin darte cuenta.
Y miren que en estos tiempos de diciembre, con el fin de año y las fiestas cerca, esta canción cae como anillo al dedo.

¡Nos pone en entusiasmo, nos hace sentir con buena energía!
Es de esas que te sacan una sonrisa grande y te dan ganas de bailar, aunque sea solo en la mente.

Here I am again with much affection, in week 296 of this lovely space. I’m @lcampesina and, as always, it fills me with joy to be part of this community that every week encourages me to learn something new.

This time I bring you a song that I’ve liked: “Volver, Volver”, a Mexican ranchera that speaks of a love one doesn’t want to lose, of that desire to return to the arms of someone you love.
And it’s that when it comes to matters of the heart, nothing is written… sometimes one leaves, but the soul stays attached.

This song was written in 1972 by Fernando Z. Maldonado, a Mexican composer who knew how to put feelings into words. But it was Vicente Fernández, the beloved “Chente,” who made it famous with his powerful and unmistakable voice.
He sang it with so much feeling that one couldn’t help but feel the heartbreak in their chest.

They say Vicente wanted to be buried with this song… and I’m not surprised, because it’s a hymn to love, to that kind of love that hurts but is never forgotten.

Today I leave you my humble performance, made with much effort.

Nuevamente estoy por aquí con mucho cariño, en la semana 296 de este espacio tan bonito . Soy @lcampesina y como siempre, me llena de alegría formar parte de esta comunidad que cada semana me anima a aprender algo nuevo.

Esta vez les traigo una canción que me a gustado: “Volver, Volver”, una ranchera mexicana que habla del amor que no se quiere perder, de ese deseo de regresar a los brazos de alguien que se ama.
.Y es que en cuestiones del corazón, nada está escrito… a veces uno se va, pero el alma se queda pegada.

Esta canción fue escrita en 1972 por Fernando Z. Maldonado, un compositor mexicano que sabía cómo ponerle letra al sentimiento. Pero fue Vicente Fernández, el querido “Chente”, quien la hizo famosa con su voz poderosa inconfundible.
Él la cantaba con tanto sentimiento que uno no podía evitar sentir el despecho en el pecho.

Dicen que Vicente quería que lo enterraran con esta canción… y no me extraña, porque es un himno del amor, de ese que duele pero no se olvida.

Hoy les dejo mi humilde interpretación, hecha con mucho esfuerzo .

Hola a todos, ¡soy Reina Flores! Mi usuario en la plataforma #Hive es @lcampesina.

Creo que esta es la primera vez que voy a participar en la comunidad de @musiczone. Hasta ahora no había podido porque no tenía un instrumento para acompañarme, y además, las maracas enredaban para cantar al mismo tiempo.

Para mí es una gran alegría poder cantarles gracias a la plataforma de #video #3speak. He practicado tanto el joropo como la parranda, ¡y por fin lo logré!

Aprovechando el tiempo de Diciembre, quise participar en la Semana 165 de la Ronda 3 del Hive Music Festival.
Me encantó la canción que traigo. Aunque no me sabía la letra, la he escuchado desde niña en las radios y me parece muy bonita y alegre. Esto es muy importante en estos tiempos tan difíciles, donde quizás nunca habíamos visto tanta gente sufriendo por la escasez.

Así que, señores de esta comunidad tan hermosa, ¡hay que alegrarse y cantar!

Hello everyone, I’m Reina Flores! My username on the #Hive platform is @lcampesina.

I think this is the first time I’m going to participate in the @musiczone community. Until now, I hadn’t been able to because I didn’t have an instrument to accompany me, and besides, the maracas got in the way of singing at the same time.

It’s a great joy for me to be able to sing for you. I have practiced both the joropo and the parranda, and I finally did it!

Soy @lcampesina, mi nombre es Reina Flores, y esta semana me animé a compartir con ustedes una canción que me parece muy especial. Se llama “Protege al hombre bueno”, y va muy de la mano con el tema de esta semana 295. El cual se refiere a un mundo diferente.

Esta cancion me lo compuso mi amigo Diego López, mejor conocido aquí como @encuentro, quien ha sido un gran apoyo para mí desde que llegué a esta plataforma. Él me explicó que esta canción busca hacernos pensar un poquito sobre lo que pasa en el mundo, sobre cómo a veces la gente buena no recibe lo que merece, y cómo todos, en el fondo, queremos que las cosas cambien para mejor.

Yo la canto con ese estilo sencillo y natural que traigo del campo, como lo hacíamos hace años, cuando la vida era más tranquila y se valoraban otras cosas como importante. Hoy en día todo ha cambiado, pero uno sigue con la esperanza de que Dios nos dé fuerza para seguir adelante, para cuidar lo que tenemos y no perder la alegría lo bonito que aún queda.

Les dejo esta canción con mucho cariño, esperando que ustedes la escuchen con calma, como cuando uno se sienta en la puerta de la casa a tomar cafécito y ver pasar la tarde. Gracias por estar siempre ahí, por apoyar, por escuchar, por compartir. Esta comunidad es un regalo.

Greetings, my dear people of #Hive Open Mic!
I’m @lcampesina, my name is Reina Flores, and this week I felt inspired to share with you a song that I find very special. It’s called “Protect the Good Man,” and it fits perfectly with the theme of this week 295, which is about a different world.

This song was written for me by my friend Diego López, better known here as @encuentro, who has been a great support since I joined this platform. He explained to me that this song is meant to make us reflect a little on what’s happening in the world, how sometimes good people don’t get what they deserve, and how deep down, we all want things to change for the better.

I sing it with that simple and natural style I bring from the countryside, like we used to do years ago, when life was calmer and other things were valued as important. Nowadays, everything has changed, but we still hold on to the hope that God gives us strength to keep going, to take care of what we have, and not lose the joy and beauty that still remains.

Soy Reyna Flores (@lcampesina) les comparto hoy con mucho cariño mi participación para esta semana 293 de Open Mic. El tema que elegí esta vez es “Cuando no estás conmigo”, interpretado por Camilo Séptimo. La canción tiene varios compositores, los cuales les mencionaré en la parte donde comparto la letra.

Para ser sincera, no la había escuchado nunca antes, pero me animé a interpretarla porque menciona el mar, el tema de esta semana . Aunque es una canción de amor con un estilo suave, no fue fácil de cantar. Me di cuenta de que requiere ciertas técnicas vocales que aún debo aprender y practicar.

Lo que más me sorprendió fue que logré cantarla en el mismo tono que Camilo Séptimo. No sé gran cosa en teoría musical, pero eso me pareció un pequeño detalle interesante acerca de la altura de las voces masculina y femenina. Fue un reto que me gustó mucho, y aunque me hubiera gustado hacerlo mejor, estoy feliz de compartirlo con ustedes.

I’m Reyna Flores (@lcampesina) and today I warmly share with you my entry for this week 293 of Open Mic. The theme I chose this time is “Cuando no estás conmigo,” performed by Camilo Séptimo. The song has several composers, whom I will mention in the part where I share the lyrics.

To be honest, I had never heard it before, but I was encouraged to interpret it because it mentions the sea, which is the theme of this week. Although it is a love song with a soft style, it was not easy to sing. I realized that it requires certain vocal techniques that I still need to learn and practice.

What surprised me the most was that I managed to sing it in the same key as Camilo Séptimo. I don’t know much about music theory, but that seemed like an interesting little detail to me about the pitch of male and female voices. It was a challenge that I really enjoyed, and although I would have liked to do it better, I’m happy to share it with you.

Esta semana me presento con el corazón en la mano, compartiendo una canción que me ha tocado profundamente porque ya pasé por eso una vez. Su autor es mi estimado Diego López, y yo, como intérprete, me siento honrada de darle voz a estas palabras que nacen del alma.

La canción que les traigo se titula “El otoño del amor”, y habla de esos duros momentos en la vida en los que el amor, por más fuerte que haya sido, comienza a desvanecerse como las hojas que caen del arbol en otoño. Es una situación sincera, dolorosa y hermosa sobre aceptar lo inevitable, sobre dejar ir lo que ya no puede florecer.

“Hoy me toca vivir lo que nunca imaginaba que dentro de mi vida llegase a suceder…”

Así comienza esta historia, con una confesión que seguro muchos hemos sentido alguna vez.
