Playing Clone Hero on Linux with a ps2 Guitar Hero controller.

Been playing since I was a kid and decided it might be fun to share some videos.

I've been playing Clone Hero on my PC using a ps2 guitar and adapter.

Having a lot of fun with it, especially playing songs that were never in the games.

Will be sharing some of the harder ones soon. Recorded this a while ago.

I grew up playing all of the Guitar Hero games, but unfortunately all of my old equipment is gone.

When I learned about Clone Hero and how you could use almost any controller, I knew what had to be done.

I got myself a pair of Guitar Hero original guitars and went to town. The amount of songs and players are kinda wild.

This was the first time I've ever recorded myself playing and I haven't played in years so... it's not the best. Had fun though.

Playing on Linux using an original Guitar Hero SG controller and a cheap adapter from amazon.

The game itself is very fun, and I cannot wait to play the full version. Obviously, it's a demo and not a full game so there's not a lot to it. There's a ton of updates in the works including new monsters, game modes, and an improved combat system!

Portal Brawlers was created by Crystal Spider Games, which is lead by @simplegame. I encourage you to check out the website and play the demoes! This demo does not connect to Hive yet, so no leaderboard but I'm sure that will come with the full game release.

If you want to play on Linux, just download the EXE file for Windows and run it via Wine. I used an xbox series x controller, which required a special driver called xone. You can grab that here if you need it.
