Using Moving Averages and the secret of the 300 daily EMA

Today Babaji reveals his TA secret which is the use of Moving Averages, the exponential or EMA averages on the daily chart. My current neighbor recently found a large balck and gold puff adder just a few meters from my door, since I'm currently living beside a vast indigenous forest, on the beautiful south coast of Africa. I sometimes see deer and regularly see signs of other little mammals. It's an indigenous fynbos forest paradise.

So I get to see snakes like this puff adder every few years, but this was quite a big one. And to think that it was living just meters away from me, I can understand why the neighbor would kill it. He says they try to snare them but if unsuccessful then they have to kill it because it comes back to the same place repeatedly.

The head was cut off and the neighbor brought the decapitated snake to show me. Bizarrely, it still writhed around a bit, despite having no head. In fact it did this for many minutes as the carcass lay there, headless. Aparently the nervous sstem is still functioning somehow in this primitive species.

I used a finger to gently prod the smooth snake body and feel it for the first time in my life. Siddenly the writhing snake front half lifted up as if to strike towrds my hand near its tail. But without a head it just fell back and writhed a bit more. I got a fright of course and pulled back instinctively. Somehow the snake was still defending itself on auto-pilot, like me, and I still had my head on.

This snake action was quite an eye opener. But what was even more eye opening was when the neighbor who killed the snake then proceeded to slice it all the way from top to tail, down the underside. I was able to see all the insides, like an anatomy lesson. Still it writhed slightly. How truly propfound this primitve nervous system is.

As if that was not bizzarre enough, this lady then began to strip the skin right off the snake body with her hands from top to tail. It took some effort but the skin pulled off the body neatly in one long piece. It stuck fast at the tail, very tough, so had to finally be cut off there.

What a sight to behold, an old lady skinning this snake with her bare hands, as if it was a daily chore. She must have learned it in her distant youth as a child growing up on a farm.

Aftert hat the skin was salted and laid out to dry for a few days, until it came out as a fine trophy for the collection. Now that i ssomething you don't experience every day, maybe one in a lifetime in my case.

I've encountered these deadly puff adders live on different occastions over the years raoming the bush or even in the garden of houses, but this is the first time i've seen one skinned. Now you can see it too.

I was able to climb down to this desolate stretch of the shoreline and found a cave just out to sea. It’s a little bit too far for anyone to reach without swimming in the ferocious waves that a crashing up against the rocks. It certainly made for a powerful and dramatic natural scene, which I’m keen to share with you here today.

You can really see and feel the dramatic and powerful energy of the waves as they smash against the rocky African continental shelf. There is also a nice rock pool for swimming, though today the waves were so high that they crashed right intot he usually calm and protected rock pool. The scene varies from day to day, depending on the tide and the swell on the day.

If it’s close to new moon or full moon, the setting might be more churned up and excited. On any day, however, it is impossible to reach the cave that you can see in the video clip. It remains out of reach. So chances are that there is some pirate treasure buried on this cave, waiting to be rediscovered.

Let’s see who is brave enough to venture into the ocean and swim towards the cave to look for the buried pirate treasure. After all, the pirates like Captain Kidd sailed past these shores in the heyday of Brittania ruling the waves. It is very possible that some of Captain Kidd’s massive treasure trove is hidden along these shores. Treasure awaits the intrepid explorer.

Either way, today’s epic location is just ideal for tapping in to the treasure house of natural energy and vitality available here at the coastline on the southern shores of Africa. Feel inspired to come for a visit if you ever get the opportunity. It is well worth the endevour.

This is the perfect place to get away from the onslaughts of the world and find your own peaceful hideaway. As you can see in the video clip, this place is deserted and seldom seen by anyone at all. At most you might find one or two fishermen foraging for bait or throwing a line for their subsistence.

Other than that, you can have the entire cove for yourself. And I have found just the cave for you if you’re not ready to head to the Himalayas just yet, but still want a meditation retreat where you won’t be disturbed by anyone. After all, that’s what life is meant for, at the end of the day. When the kids have grown up and we are ready to retire, then a peaceful and temperate zone like the Garden Route coastline here in this remote stretch of the southern African coastline is just the place to find yourself once more.

Life can be hectic for all of us, with gains and losses along the way, friends and family coming and going with time. In the end we have to leave it all behind anyway, so the idea is to do it consciously and with a happy heart. And that peace of mind and content heart can be found when we let go of all the things we cling to. We can do this by finding a peaceful meditation cave to sit in for a few hours at a time, allowing the mind to become calm and still, as we remain receptive to the unending rhythmic sound of waves crashing against the shore.

In this type of setting, it’s possible to remember our true natures, realign our assemblage point, and tap in to the healing power of the natural surroundings. Also there is less electromagnetic pollution and one can feel really grounded once more.

There are plenty of caves for the aspiring yogi or meditator along these epic shores at the southern coast of Africa. This is yet another of the several I have encountered along my hikes and explorations of this stretch. The air is clear and fresh, while remaining warm and temperate all year long. This place is life supporting and truly uplifting to the mood and state of mind.

You will find this cave if you look deeply enough. Very few folks actually make it to this remote and deserted little stretch of beach on the Cape south coast of Africa. It’s located past Keurbooms beach, on the way further east, toward Nature’s Valley, in a region of the south coast called the Garden Route.

Wherever you are on the planet, this place is one of the most beautiful. I have been to the lovely islands of Thailand and this stretch of African coastline compares favorably and is equally as attractive. The Indian ocean water is warm, even if not as warm as that of Thailand. And the little beaches are more deserted and slightly wilder, with rough rocky stretches as well as pristine clean white sandy beach.

As a wondering itinerant beach babaji, I have found my self. I have found my purpose in life and am here and now, living the dream, every day of the year. Years have gone by and still the beaches remain and my place on them is sustainable and ever fresh. Such is the quality of the environment and natural surroundings. Life could not be better. All my time to meditate in this little cave, without a concern for what goes on throughout the rest of the planet.

Life has always been one of birth, disease, old age, and death. Nothing changes, even if the war just moves from one nation to another. But here at tmy meditation cave, I see nothing of that. I do, however, continue to pray for the well-being of all sentient beings who may be less fortunate and who may be struggling in the hard struggle for existence.

As a result it is possible to relax, feel rejuvenated and find yourself in the calm, still center once again. That is, after all, the real goal of life. So situate yourself where you can remember your true nature and reconnect with your potential, which is unlimited, or so vast that the limit is yet to be discovered.

This little beach is just east of the beautiful tourist holiday resort called Plettenebrg Bay. It’s easy to find on the map and this beach is one of the hidden gems, known to very few. Even the locals hardly venture here. They have perfectly suitable beaches right at the town, so only the adventurous few, like myself, actually bother to explore a little further off the beaten track.
