<p>Hola comunidad, aqui les muestro un poco de mi entrenamiento de pectorales, un dia en el que no movi mucho peso, compensando con un volumen moderado, ya que por unos detalles tecnicos, que en los mismo videos vi, hay que corregir bastante cosas, sobre todo para generar el estimulo correcto y distribuir bien las cargas, pronto traere un trabajo mas fuerte.</p>

<p>hola comunidad espero se encuentren muy bien, aqui les traigo un poco de lo que fue un una de mis preparaciones de la semana, como ya saben soy un atleta hibrido y estoy preparandome para una competencia nacional que se dara en mayo en el estado Falcón, he tenido varios incovenientes por el tema de las clases en la universidad y el trabajo para cubrir gastos básicos que necesito para poder rendir en las disciplinas de potencia, ha sido costoso pero lo estoy logrando, de una u otra manera siempre estare aqui, haciendo lo que este a mi alcance para ganarme a mi a diario buscando poder costearme mi alimentación que no ha sido fácil por algunas condiciones patologicas, en fin he aqui mi primer entrenamiento de chequeo readaptadome a las cargas de competición, centrandome mucho en la técnica del levantamiento.</p>

<p>Quiero compartirles un día de entrenamiento de mi planificación haciendo potencia de empuje, usualmente trabajo con mucha calma de a una repetición por serie para pulir, en esta edición pruebo un poco más allá de mi zona de confort y pulcritud, fue una sesión bastante divertida con mis compañeros de entrenamiento, tenía guardado este video hace un mes, no lo había podido subir por problemas de conexión, pero aquí estoy de nuevo, estaré subiendo parte de mis entrenamientos, tanto de calistenia como de powerlifting, con muchas cosas en mente para este año, no ha sido fácil este comienzo de año, sin embargo así vale mucho más el esfuerzo de las cosas que estoy por cumplir.</p>
