<p>Hola amigos de Hive y de la comunidad de SWC, voy a mostrarles una rutina de ejercicios de abdominales en el suelo.</p>
<p>Antes de comenzar con esta rutina recuerden hacer un buen calentamiento para no tener molestias o lesiones durante el entrenamiento.</p>
<p>Los ejercicios que les mostraré nos ayudarán a ganar más fuerza y definicion en nuestro físico.</p>
<p>Los abdominales son muy importantes que los entrenemos porqué esto nos servirá para mejorar en los básicos o en los diferentes movimientos de estáticos.</p>
<p>La rutina la puedes realizar cómodamente en tu casa o en un parque, no es necesario tener ningún equipamiento.</p>

<p>Hola amigos de Hive y de la comunidad de SWC, voy a mostrarles los ejercicios principales que tienes que realizar para lograr dominar el front lever.</p>
<p>Cabe destacar que el front lever es un elemento de estático muy avanzado pero realizando estos ejercicios correctamente  lograremos dominarlo en poco tiempo.</p>
<p>Es sumamente importante que ya tengamos experiencia  con los básicos de calistenia, ya qué eso nos ayudará a ejecutar los siguientes ejercicios que mostraré en el vídeo.</p>
<p>Recuerden realizar los ejercicios con buena postura y ejecutarlo de la forma mas correcta posible para que el ejercicio sea efectivo.</p>
<p>Los músculos que se trabajarán con estos ejercicios son: la espalda, dorsal, bíceps y abdominales.</p>

<p>Cómo actualmente me encuentro trabajando, no me da suficiente tiempo para entrenar calistenia.</p>
<p>Así que todas las noches trato de hacer un entrenamiento de 30 minutos en mi casa para no bajar mi rendimiento.</p>
<p>Mi progreso se ha vuelto un poco lento debido a eso, pero la verdad sigo esforzándome para continuar con mi deporte y ser un gran atleta en la calistenia y street workout.</p>

<p>Hola amigos de Hice y de la comunidad de SWC, voy a mostrarles una rutina de pecho y tríceps.</p>
<p>Está rutina la realicé en el parque de Base Aragua y tiene mucha importancia para mí, ya que en este sitio se realizaron los primeros versus por categoría de SWC.</p>
<p>Al llegar al parque recordaba ese día que competí, logré quedar de 2 lugar en la categoría ameteur.</p>
<p>La rutina que realicé hoy nos ayudará a fortalecer nuestros músculos del pecho y tríceps, además de ganar fuerza y resistencia en cada uno de los ejercicios mostrados en el vídeo.</p>
<p>Estos ejercicios son importantes que los agreguen en sus entrenamientos si queremos progresar en la calistenia y street workout.</p>

<p>Hello friends of Hive and the SWC community, I am going to show you a chest and triceps routine that you can perform comfortably at home.</p>
<p>Before starting this routine, remember to warm up well so you don't have discomfort or injuries during training.</p>
<p>This routine will help us gain more strength and resistance to push, whether it's funds, push-ups, exercise variations and everything related to pushing.</p>
<p>These exercises are basic calisthenics that will also help us progress in our tension exercises, such as: handstand, stradell planche, impossible dip, among others.</p>
<p>At the moment of carrying out tension exercises we will feel stronger physically and mentally, since we come from a basic reinforcement training.</p>
<p>The muscle groups that will be worked with this exercise routine will be: the chest, triceps and a bit of the shoulder.</p>
<p>This routine is essential to add to your workouts if we want to progress in calisthenics and street workout.</p>

<p>Actualmente comencé a trabajar y no he tenido mucho tiempo de entrenar ni de grabar videos para el grupo de SWC.</p>
<p>He estado inactivo mientras me acostumbro al trabajó, pero no dejare de entrenar ni de subir contenido a Hive, ya que todo esto es algo que me gusta y me apasiona muchísimo.</p>
<p>A pesar del tiempo que tengo sin entrenar me ha venido de maravilla ya que he descansado mi cuerpo y tambien se me han aliviado los dolores musculares, esto me ha ayudado a poder realizar los movimientos de estaticos con mas facilidad, me siento hasta mucho mejor, si he bajado un poco de rendimiento pero aun así sigo estando fuerte.💪🏼</p>

<p>Hola amigos de Hive y de la comunidad de SWC, voy a mostrarles una rutina de pecho y tríceps que pueden realizar cómodamente en su casa.</p>
<p>Antes de comenzar con esta rutina recuerden hacer un buen calentamiento para no tener molestias o lesiones durante el entrenamiento.</p>
<p>esta rutina nos ayudará a ganar más fuerza y resistencia de empujé, ya sea en fondos, flexiones, variaciones de ejercicios y todo lo relacionado a empujé.</p>
<p>Estos ejercicios son básicos de calistenia que también nos ayudarán a progresar en nuestros ejercicios de tensión, como lo son: parada de manos, stradell planche, imposible dip, entre otros.</p>
<p>En el momento de realizar ejercicios de tensión nos sentiremos más fuertes físicamente y mentalmente, ya que venimos de un entrenamiento de reforzamiento de básicos.</p>
<p>los grupos musculares que se trabajarán con está rutina de ejercicios serán: el pecho, tríceps y un poco del hombro.</p>
<p>Esta rutina es fundamental que la agreguen en sus entrenamientos si queremos progresar en la calistenia y street workout.</p>

<p>Hello friends of Hive and the SWC community, I am going to show you a chest and triceps routine that you can perform comfortably at home.</p>
<p>Before starting this routine, remember to warm up well so you don't have discomfort or injuries during training.</p>
<p>This routine will help us gain more strength and resistance to push, whether it's funds, push-ups, exercise variations and everything related to pushing.</p>
<p>These exercises are basic calisthenics that will also help us progress in our tension exercises, such as: handstand, stradell planche, impossible dip, among others.</p>
<p>At the moment of carrying out tension exercises we will feel stronger physically and mentally, since we come from a basic reinforcement training.</p>

<p>Hola amigos de Hive y de la comunidad de SWC, voy a mostrarles una rutina de ejercicios que les ayudará para conseguir la straddle planche.</p>
<p>Antes de comenzar con está rutina recuerden hacer un buen calentamiento para no tener molestias o lesiones durante el entrenamiento y tambien es obligatorio el uso de las muñequeras ya que los ejercicios que haremos a continuación tendrán mucha sobrecarga en el tendón de la muñeca.</p>
<p>Estos ejercicios son eficaces para lograr conseguir la straddel planche, además tambien nos ayudará a ganar fuerza en nuestros hombros y dorsales.</p>
<p>Cabe destacar que tienen que ser muy constante y disciplinado con este estático, ya que la straddel planche es un ejercicio avanzado y deben de entrenarlo de manera constante y correcta para progresar.</p>
<p>Los grupos musculares que se trabajarán con estos ejercicios serán: hombro, dorsales y tríceps.</p>
<p>Esta rutina la puedes realizar en la semana los dias: Lunes, Miercoles y Viernes para tener un dia de descanso de por medio.</p>

<p>Hello friends of Hive and the SWC community, I am going to show you an exercise routine that will help you to achieve the straddle planche.</p>
<p>Before starting this routine, remember to do a good warm-up to avoid discomfort or injury during training and the use of wrist wraps is also mandatory since the exercises that we will do next will have a lot of overload on the wrist tendon.</p>
<p>These exercises are effective to achieve the straddel planche, in addition it will also help us to gain strength in our shoulders and dorsals.</p>
<p>It should be noted that they have to be very constant and disciplined with this static, since the straddel planche is an advanced exercise and they must train it constantly and correctly to progress.</p>
<p>The muscle groups that will be worked with these exercises will be: shoulder, dorsal and triceps.</p>
<p>You can do this routine during the week on the days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday to have a rest day in between.</p>

<p>Hola amigos de Hive y de la comunidad de SWC, voy a mostrarles un entrenamiento de cuerpo completo.</p>
<p>Para mí, esté entrenamiento me gustó mucho ya que realice los ejercicios en el parque de San Jacinto, ahí fue donde comencé a conocer el Street Workout hace 5 años.</p>
<p>Lamentablemente estaba solo en el parque y no tenía trípode ni contaba con alguna persona que me hiciera el favor de grabarme, así que algunos clips del vídeo estan un poquito mal grabados, disculpen por eso, trataré de mejorar mis habilidades de grabación cuando esté solo.</p>
<p>Antes de comenzar con la rutina de hoy, recuerden hacer un buen calentamiento para no tener molestias o lesiones durante el entrenamiento.</p>
<p>Los ejercicios que les enseñare a continuación les ayudará a ganar fuerza y resistencia en todo nuestro cuerpo, no sólamente trabajaremos la parte superior, sino que también trabajaremos la parte inferior de nuestro cuerpo.</p>
<p>Este entrenamiento nos viene súper bien si queremos ejercitar todo nuestro cuerpo en un solo día.</p>

<p>For me, I liked this training a lot since I did the exercises in the San Jacinto park, that's where I started learning about Street Workout 5 years ago.</p>
<p>Unfortunately I was alone in the park and I didn't have a tripod and I didn't have someone to do me a favor to record me, so some clips of the video are a little badly recorded, sorry for that, I'll try to improve my recording skills when I'm alone.</p>

<p>Tambien realicé movimientos de estáticos como lo son: la parada de manos a un brazo y el V sit.</p>

<p>Hola amigos de Hive y de la comunidad de SWC, voy a mostrarles algunas variaciones de flexiones para no aburrirse en sus entrenamientos de básicos.</p>
<p>Muchas veces nos pasa que ya las flexiones normales nos aburren o simplemente sentimos que no progresamos lo suficiente debido a qué nuestros músculos ya estan acostumbrados a este ejercicio.</p>
<p>Las variaciones que les enseñaré requieren de mayor fuerza que una flexión normal, pero el resultado sera satisfactorio ya que no solamente progresaremos en las diferentes flexiones sino también tendremos mas control corporal.</p>
<p>Los músculos que se trabajarán con estas variaciones de flexiones serán: el pecho, tríceps y el hombro.</p>

<p>Hola amigos de Hive y de la comunidad de SWC, voy a mostrarles mi día de entrenamiento de combos de freestyle y estáticos.</p>
<p>Personalmente soy un atleta que le gusta muchísimo los elementos de estáticos pero en ocasiones práctico dinámicos y combinaciones para tener un mejor desempeñó en competencias o eventos.</p>
<p>En mi entrenamiento pude darme cuenta que he bajado rendimiento en los estáticos, ya que debería aguantarlos mínimo 3 segundos para que sea válido, y visualizando mi vídeo  pude notar que no aguantaba casi nada.</p>
<p>Los dinámicos siguen estando bien, aún sigo teniendo mi combo fluido, pero también debería de enfocarme en sacar más dinámicos para que mi combo se vea mucho más profesional.</p>
<p>Este entrenamiento me ayudo para analizarme a mi mismo y darme cuenta de cuáles son  mis fortalezas y mis debilidades actualmente.</p>

<p>Hello friends of Hive and the SWC community, I am going to show you my training day of freestyle and static combos.</p>
<p>Personally I am an athlete who really likes static elements but sometimes I practice dynamics and combinations to have a better performance in competitions or events.</p>
<p>In my training I was able to realize that I have lowered my performance in the static, since I should hold them for at least 3 seconds to be valid, and viewing my video I could see that I could not hold almost nothing.</p>
<p>The dynamics are still good, I still have my combo fluid, but I should also focus on putting out more dynamics so that my combo looks much more professional.</p>
<p>This training helped me to analyze myself and realize what my current strengths and weaknesses are.</p>

<p>Hola amigos de Hive y de la comunidad de SWC, voy a mostrarles una rutina de ejercicios de nivel avanzado para espalda y bíceps.</p>
<p>Antes de comenzar con esta rutina recuerden hacer un buen calentamiento para no tener molestias o lesiones durante el entrenamiento.</p>
<p>Los ejercicios que les mostraré requieren de una mayor fuerza en dominadas, asi que debemos de fortalecer primeramente las dominadas normales para lograr hacer esta rutina.</p>
<p>Esta rutina nos ayudará a ganar más fuerza y resistencia de jale, ya sea en dominadas pronas, supinas, muscle up, variaciones de ejercicios y todo lo relacionado a jale.</p>
<p>Estos ejercicios son básicos de calistenia que también nos ayudarán a progresar en nuestros ejercicios de tensión, como lo son: front lever, human flag, victorian, entre otros.</p>
<p>En el momento de realizar ejercicios de tensión nos sentiremos más fuertes física y mentalmente, debido a que venimos de un entrenamiento de reforzamiento de básicos.</p>
<p>Los grupos musculares que se trabajarán con esta rutina de ejercicios son: la espalda, bíceps y dorsales.</p>
<p>Esta rutina es fundamental que la agreguen en sus entrenamientos si queremos progresar en la calistenia y street workout.</p>

<p>Before starting this routine, remember to warm up well so you don't have discomfort or injuries during training.</p>
<p>The exercises that I will show you require greater strength in pull-ups, so we must first strengthen the normal pull-ups to be able to do this routine.</p>
<p>This routine will help us gain more strength and pull resistance, be it in prone pull-ups, supine pull-ups, muscle ups, exercise variations, and everything related to pulling.</p>
<p>These exercises are basic calisthenics that will also help us progress in our tension exercises, such as: front lever, human flag, victorian, among others.</p>
<p>At the time of performing tension exercises we will feel stronger physically and mentally, because we come from basic reinforcement training.</p>
<p>The muscle groups that will be worked with this exercise routine are: the back, biceps and lats.</p>
<p>This routine is essential to add to your workouts if we want to progress in calisthenics and street workout.</p>

<p>Hola amigos de Hive y de la comunidad de SWC, les mostrare mi experiencia en la competencia de Street Workout Duals Battles – 2° Edición.</p>
<p>El evento se iba a realizar en el Centro Comercial Parque Los Aviadores.</p>
<p>Hace un año estuve presente en la 1° Edición de esta competencia, pero como espectador en el público.</p>
<p>Llegando al sitio del evento estaba emocionado de poder participar en esta 2° Edición, para mí, es un sueño hecho realidad.</p>
<p>Luego de que llegue y salude a todos mis amigos procedimos todos los atletas a sentarnos y a esperar a que nos dieran las indicaciones para inscribirnos con nuestro dúo.</p>
<p>Ese momento fue un poquito estresante porque mi dúo no llegaba al sitio del evento y yo estaba pensando que íbamos a quedar fuera de la competencia por no inscribirnos a tiempo.</p>
<p>Luego de un rato llego mi dúo y nos inscribimos a tiempo posteriormente dieron las palabras de bienvenida al evento de Duals Battles.</p>
<p>Después de las palabras de bienvenida comenzamos el calentamiento con David Cubillos y Camilo Yanquen, luego hicimos estiramientos con nuestras fisioterapias, todo esto para evitar lesiones o molestias durante el evento.</p>
<p>Posteriormente tuvimos 5 minutos para calentar nuestros elementos de freestyle o estáticos en las barras y luego comenzar con el evento.</p>
<p>Hice mi ronda clasificatoria con mi amigo y dúo <a href="/user/castillo-sw">@castillo-sw</a>, no acumulamos los suficientes puntos para pasar a la siguiente ronda, pero tengo que admitir que me encanto participar y me divertí muchísimo.</p>
<p>La verdad me siento muy feliz y orgulloso de haber podido participar en este grandioso evento, muchas gracias a Hive y a Street Workout Community por permitirme vivir este sueño.</p>

<p>Hello friends of Hive and the SWC community, I will show you my experience in the Street Workout Duals Battles – 2nd Edition competition.</p>
<p>The event was to be held at the Parque Los Aviadores Shopping Center.</p>
<p>A year ago I was present at the 1st Edition of this competition, but as a spectator in the public.</p>
<p>Arriving at the event site, I was excited to be able to participate in this 2nd Edition, for me, it is a dream come true.</p>
<p>After I arrived and greeted all my friends, all the athletes proceeded to sit down and wait for them to give us the instructions to register with our duo.</p>
<p>That moment was a little stressful because my duo did not arrive at the event site and I was thinking that we were going to be left out of the competition for not registering on time.</p>
<p>After a while my duo arrived and we signed up on time later they gave the welcome words to the Duals Battles event.</p>
<p>After the welcome words, we began the warm-up with David Cubillos and Camilo Yanquen, then we stretched with our physiotherapy, all this to avoid injuries or discomfort during the event.</p>
<p>Later we had 5 minutes to warm up our freestyle or static elements on the bars and then start the event.</p>
<p>I did my qualifying round with my friend and duo <a href="/user/castillo-sw">@castillo-sw</a>, we didn't accumulate enough points to go to the next round, but I have to admit that I loved participating and had a lot of fun.</p>
<p>I really feel very happy and proud to have been able to participate in this great event, many thanks to Hive and the Street Workout Community for allowing me to live this dream.</p>
