<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Hola cómo están mis queridos amigos de HIVE y SWC, en el post de hoy vengo a traerles una rutina de empuje para que empiecen en la calistenia está rutina será para las personas que quieran empezar en la calistenia y que no tienen fuerza y resistencia para realizar ejercicios como los serían los fondos, flexiones y entre otros ejercicios que requiera fuerza, poco a poco iremos ganando esa fuerza y resistencia para así poder más adelante mejorar con los básicos estos ejercicios me ayudaron cuando empecé en la calistenia ya que no tenía fuerza para realizar fondos, flexiones, Bar dip, etc. Ya después fui mejorando mi fuerza y resistencia probando otros tipos de rutina,  espero le guste mucho está rutina que la verdad está muy buena y queria compartirla con ustedes. Esta rutina tambien les va a ayudar mucho a ganar más definición en ellos y así fluir en los básicos  ya que se necesita resistencia y fuerza en el abdomen para realizar entrenamiento de front lever, back lever y entre otro entrenamiento, está rutina será para niveles intermedio ya que hay ejercicios un poco difíciles pero no imposibles de realizar así que si más nada que decir empecemos con la rutina.</div>
