Muy buenas a todos los amantes de la comida de Hive food, en esta ocasión quise preparar una torta de auyama (o calabaza) como quieran llamarle cada uno en su país.

La verdad no soy de los que se la pase filmando cosas y así mismo haciendo procesos de este índole, pero como igual debía elaborar un postre para un cumpleaños, decidí grabar de todos modos (pues he elaborado varias en otras fiestas familiares pero nunca filmo esto)

Cabe decir que no es un proceso al cual debe uno tenerle miedo, por ello te animo a que si tienes la oportunidad de hacerla con ingredientes que tengas en tu cocina, pues inténtalo.

I'm not really one to film things and do processes like this, but since I had to make a dessert for a birthday, I decided to record it anyway (I've made several for other family parties, but I never film it).

Y no es de exagerar actualmente donde estoy estos postres subieron desorbitadamente de precio, asi que una solución sana es hacerlo de forma casera y evitarte esos descalabros de bolsillo. “Giño, giño para esas pastelerías usureras que quieres por una torta de juguete más de 120 mil pesos colombianos.”

Ingredientes

• 2 libras de calabaza (1.000 gramos)
• 600 gramos de harina
• 320 gramos de azucar
• 300 gramos de mantequilla
• 6 huevos
• 2 cucharadas de polvo de hornear
• unas pasas
• 1 pizca de sal
• 250 ml de leche
• baticrema ó chantilly
• 200 gramos de chocolatina blanda

Ingredients

- 2 pounds of pumpkin (1,000 grams)
- 600 grams of flour
- 320 grams of sugar
- 300 grams of butter
- 6 eggs
- 2 tablespoons baking powder

Lo primero que debemos hacer es con una hoja de papel tamaño carta trazar la circunferencia sobre la hoja del molde de para torta, recortar la hoja haciendo el circulo.

Una vez obtenido esto, con un trozo de mantequilla vamos a encebar el contenido interno del molde de torta.
Hecho esto ponemos la hoja circular en el fondo de este y aplicamos un poco de aceite de cocina en el papel.

Se que es un detalle que todos omiten, pero un trozo de papel en el fondo ayudara muy facilmente a despegar la torta cuando ya este elaborada, asi que no esta de mas recalcar este crucial punto para evitarte este dolor de cabeza.

The first thing we need to do is use a sheet of paper to trace the circumference of the cake pan, then cut out the circle.

Once we have done this, we will grease the inside of the cake pan with a piece of butter.
Next, we place the circular sheet of paper in the bottom of the pan and apply a little cooking oil to the paper.

I know this is a detail that everyone overlooks, but a piece of paper on the bottom will make it very easy to remove the cake once it is baked, so it is worth emphasizing this crucial point to save you a headache.

Paso 2

Corta la calabaza en trozos pequeños y viértelos en la olla con poca agua, pon a hervir esto por unos 20 minutos hasta que su contenido este blando

Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and pour them into a pot with a little water. Boil for about 20 minutes until the contents are soft.

Paso 3

Retira el agua sobrante de la olla con la calabaza hervida, ahora debes hacerla puré con un elemento de macerar, o también puedes ponerlo en la licuadora (pero sin añadirle ni una gota de agua)

Remove the excess water from the pot with the boiled pumpkin. Now you must mash it with a masher, or you can also put it in a blender (but without adding a single drop of water).

Paso 4

Mientras el puré de calabaza se enfría a temperatura ambiente, vamos a encender el horno para que se vaya pre calentando por dentro.

While the pumpkin purée cools to room temperature, turn on the oven to preheat it. .

Paso 5

Ahora batiremos por varios minutos el contenido de los huevos, hasta obtener una consistencia espumosa.

Now beat the egg contents for several minutes until you obtain a foamy consistency.

Paso 6

Luego de eso introduciremos los 320 gramos de azúcar y volveremos a usar la batidora por otros minutos

Paso 7

Ahora añadimos la mantequilla sobrante (puedes optar por revanarla en trozos pequeños y licuarla ó ponerla a derretir en una olla pequeña hasta que quede como un aceite y vertirla a la mezcla)

seguiremos batiendo por unos pocos minutos mas.

Now add the remaining butter (you can choose to chop it into small pieces and blend it, or melt it in a small saucepan until it becomes like oil and pour it into the mixture).

Continue beating for a few more minutes.

Paso 8

Ya con la base casi completa, añadiremos el pure de calabaza que anteriormente aplastamos y lo batiremos al contenido

With the base almost complete, add the pumpkin purée that you previously mashed and beat it into the mixture.

Paso 9

Ahora añadiremos poco a poco los 600 gramos de harina usando un colador en la mitad, empezaremos a sacudirlo para que la harina se vuelva más fina y no tenga grumos o pelotas en esta.

Añadiremos también el contenido del polvo para hornear y una pizca de sal, y seguiremos batiendo.

Now we will gradually add the 600 grams of flour using a sieve in the middle, and begin to shake it so that the flour becomes finer and there are no lumps or clumps in it.

We will also add the baking powder and a pinch of salt, and continue beating.

Procedemos a usar la batidora con la velocidad 1, la mas lenta y gradualmente subiremos la marcha de esta para no salpicar nada fuera.
Este proceso de batir debe ser por varios minutos hasta que obtengas una consistencia suave y cremosa y libre de grumos.

Start by using the mixer on speed 1, the slowest setting, and gradually increase the speed so that nothing splatters out.
This mixing process should take several minutes until you obtain a smooth, creamy consistency free of lumps.

Paso 10

Ahora ponemos el molde que anteriormente encebamos y aplicamos el contenido.
Hay que recordar que al ser un producto que gana volumen al cocinarse (como todo pan), es recomendable no llenarlo todo, así debemos dejar un margen para que el ponqué no se desborde cuando este en el horno y se derrame dentro de este.

Now place the previously greased mold and pour in the mixture.
Remember that since this product expands when baked (like all bread), it is advisable not to fill the mold completely. Leave some space so that the cake does not overflow in the oven and spill inside.

Paso 11

Añadimos por encima de la superficie las uvas pasas, recuerda hundirlas un poco con una cuchara o con tu dedo para que esta se adhiera a la torta.

Add the raisins on top of the surface, remembering to press them in a little with a spoon or your finger so that they stick to the cake.

Paso 12

Colocamos el producto dentro del horno a una temperatura 180°C por unos 45 minutos.
Recuerda que la altura de la parrilla “donde se pone el molde dentro del horno influye”, si la pusiste en la parte baja, media o alta dentro de este horno.
Supervisa visualmente su proceso, a los primeros 30 minutos y a los 45 minutos.

Place the product in the oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes.
Remember that the height of the rack where you place the mold in the oven matters, whether you put it on the lower, middle, or upper rack.
Check on it visually after the first 30 minutes and again after 45 minutes.

Paso 13

Para verificar que el contenido interno de la torta ya esta en su punto, debemos abrir el horno momentáneamente en estos tiempos descritos y clavar un cuchillo. Si al retirarlo este sale con masa cruda, significa que debemos dejar otros 10 o 15 minutos más el horno cerrado y aun funcionando para que se cocine.
Acá puedes optar por disminuir un poco el volumen del calor del horno, moviendo la perilla del piloto.

To check that the inside of the cake is cooked through, open the oven briefly at the times indicated above and insert a knife. If the knife comes out with raw dough on it, leave the cake in the oven for another 10 to 15 minutes with the oven door closed and the oven still on.
You can also reduce the oven temperature slightly by turning down the knob.

Repetimos el proceso en el segundo tiempo hasta que el cuchillo salga sin masa cruda.

También puedes optar con dejarla con un poco de contenido semi-crudo, ya que al refrigerarse en la nevera de un día para otro este se solidificara, pero lo ideal es que el cuchillo no salga con tanta masa cruda viva.

Repeat the process in the second half until the knife comes out without any raw dough.

You can also choose to leave it slightly undercooked, as it will solidify when refrigerated overnight, but ideally the knife should not come out with any raw dough on it.

Apenas elijas el término de cocción, saca de inmediato el molde del horno.
No optes por apagarlo y dejarlo aun adentro, pues el calor interno seguirá actuando y destruirá todo lo que hiciste.
Ten cuidado usando elementos de seguridad, como guantes para horno y pues una superficie donde poner el molde caliente, como una base de madera natural.

As soon as you choose the cooking time, immediately remove the pan from the oven.
Do not turn it off and leave it inside, as the internal heat will continue to act and destroy everything you have done.
Be careful when using safety equipment, such as oven gloves and a surface on which to place the hot pan, such as a natural wood base.

Paso 14

Una vez dejemos enfriar unos 15 minutos el molde fuera del horno, procedemos a despegar la torta, el método es usar un cuchillo y por el borde de la torta empezar a avanzar (sin cortar la masa hecha).

Ponemos un plato sobre este, giramos y damos unos pequeños golpes al reverso del molde para despegarlo por completo.

Quitamos el papel que usamos en el fondo del molde que se adhirió y volvemos a voltear la torta a su estado inicial.

Once we have let the mold cool for about 15 minutes outside the oven, we proceed to remove the cake. The method is to use a knife and start working around the edge of the cake (without cutting the dough).

We place a plate on top, turn it over, and tap the back of the mold a few times to remove it completely.

Remove the paper that was stuck to the bottom of the pan and turn the cake back to its original position.

Paso 15

Para la parte superior de la torta usaremos el producto de baticrema o chantillí con un poco de leche, la batimos bien sea dentro de un vaso de licuadora o con la batidora. Una vez obtenga una consistencia espumosa, dejamos reposar la mezcla de leche dentro de la nevera por unos 10 minutos en el congelador para que esta se vuelva un poco más sólida.

Recuerda dejar enfriar aún más la torta, pues si aplicas la mezcla de leche esta se derretirá haciendo un lindo charco desperdiciando el producto, no está de más advertir.

For the top of the cake, we will use whipped cream or chantilly cream with a little milk, beating it well either in a blender or with a mixer. Once you have a foamy consistency, let the milk mixture rest in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes in the freezer so that it becomes a little more solid.

Remember to let the cake cool even more, because if you apply the milk mixture, it will melt, creating a nice puddle and wasting the product. It's worth noting.

Paso 16

Ahora usaremos la chocolatina blanda con el rayador para obtener el segundo producto que esparciremos sobre la capa de leche .

Now we will use the soft chocolate bar with the grater to obtain the second product, which we will spread over the milk layer.

En este punto puedes optar por consumirla de una vez, pero si es para una ocasión que se celebrara en un par de horas más adelante, pon la torta dentro de la nevera pues la base de leche sigue siendo batido que necesita refrigerarse.

Cuanto más dure la torta dentro de la nevera, mas solida se pondrá, así que si tu idea es que quede la masa esponjosa, pues has el último paso (elaborar el decorado ya a pocos minutos de la celebración), dejando mientras tanto la torta al aire libre sin decorar.

At this point, you can choose to eat it right away, but if it's for an occasion that will take place in a couple of hours, put the cake in the refrigerator, as the milk base is still a batter that needs to be refrigerated.

The longer the cake stays in the refrigerator, the firmer it will become, so if you want the dough to remain fluffy, do the last step (decorating the cake a few minutes before the celebration), leaving the cake undecorated at room temperature in the meantime.

Añado que son muy pocos los casos donde el remake esta a la altura de la obra clasica, destaco por ejemplo shaman king y sailor moon cristal. Asi que tener fé es este anuncio de Ranma 1 /2 pude ser que llegue a cumplir algún logro.

Partiendo de este hecho se me hace difícil que Netflix con su maña de sacar series de 10 capítulos o de 22 en total , cubra la serie antigua mas los capitulos del manga sin animar, asi que dudo que a ciencia cierta puedan narrar toda la serie de forma continua.

No exagero, si Netflix decidiera hacer un repaso del primer episodio y del ultimo de la serie vieja y partiera con nuevos episodios del manga pues la verdad no tendría ninguna queja ya que son capítulos de estreno e inéditos, pero en contexto dudo que plasmen la serie clasica mas lo que nos quedaron debiendo por animar en solo 1 o 2 temporadas de 12 capítulos cada uno modo Netflix.

Pasando a planos de contexto la verdad he visto pocos videojuegos de peleas de Ranma que plasmen al personaje, escasamente hay unos en supernintendo pero poco o nada reflejan la esencia de Ranma.

With that said I made the hand drawings of the storyboard concept of what Ranma's character would look like in M.U.G.E.N. mode, which is a graphic engine to create characters.

At the moment they are only sketches made by hand in sheet and pen, but the idea is to capture my version of Ranma according to what I saw in the series and to my taste as drawings.

Ya con lo dicho hice los dibujos a mano del concepto de storyboard de lo que tendria el personaje Ranma en modo M.U.G.E.N que es un motor grafico para crear personajes.

De momento solo son bocetos hechos a mano en hoja y lapicero, pero la idea es plasmar mi version de Ranma segun lo qye vi en la serie y a mi gusto como dibujos.

La verdad al ver la carta de referencia no se el porque exactamente sentí que la raza no es acorde con el personaje, así que para ello hice una versión de guerrera enana alejándome de los rasgos humanoides o élficos de la tarjeta.

For this I thought of square shapes to give better strength to the face, also with greater muscle mass, but a more reduced physique to refer to dwarfs of great strength.

Para ello pense en formas cuadradas para dar mejor fortaleza al rostro, asi mismo con mayor masa muscular, pero un físico mas reducido para referirse a enanos de gran fuerza.

In the video I felt I ran out of space for the sketch, so I expanded the canvas with another 2 sheets of notebook paper.

En el video sentí que me quede sin espacio para el boceto, así que amplié el lienzo con otras 2 hojas de cuaderno.

Being a dwarf warrior I automatically thought that her hair color should be red, so the sword on the back should have a different tone that highlights and focuses attention on the warrior's face, something like a special metal sword that shines when approaching the enemy in jade color, like the lord of the rings.

Al ser una guerrera de raza enana pensé automáticamente en que su color de cabello debía ser pelirroja, asi que la espada de atrás debía tener un tono distinto que resalte y centre la atención en el rostro de la guerrera, algo así como una espada de metal especial que brilla al acercarse en enemigo en color jade, como el señor de los anillos.

The result is a warrior of strong features with square structures that reflect character and fierceness, she may not differ much from the reference image in concept, but now she is a dwarf race, XD.

Al despertar de nuestra cámara lo primero que se me vino a la mente fue las mecánicas de Fable 3, donde el narrador (en este caso la voz de la princesa Zelda), nos va dando pautas de que hacer y cosas sobre la trama. (lo que Teresa es para Fable 3).

Ya en modo exploración, esta mecánica de recoger objetos tiene mucho parecido a Tomb Raider de xbox one

Honestamente el pc con windows 7 de 32 bites y 3 de memoria ram, pues solo sirve para navegar pero no para entrar a redes sociales.
Me explico 1 giga se traga el sistema operativo, otros 800 Mb un antivirus, y si instalaste programas como word y demás otro tanto de 700 Mb

Y si aclaro que entrar a google consume otro 600 mb...osea que unas 3 gigas largas solo para entrar a navegar... ni que hablar de entrar a abrir 2 paginas de youtube.

Pasemos a datos reales que afectan a usuarios de Hive con pc retro:

Como es bien sabido la aplicación de acceder a Hive, llamada keychain, regularmente se actualiza cada semana, asi que al comienzo no fue tan grave el asunto, pero luego de finales de Marzo de 2024 el llavero Key chain solo acepta Los últimos navegadores actuales y disponibles.

En este caso Google crhome, Mozilla y Brave.

Asi que la gente que usa PC viejos con navegadores de versiones anteriores, pues simplemente la aplicación dejara de funcionar "de un dia para otro" y perderá el acceso a dar Login a HIVE.

Ojo que esta anécdota es real, yo salte de navegador en navegador en windows 7 hasta que finalmente keychain te manda a adquirir el ultimo navegador oficial actualizado, sumado al ultimo Windows.

Se muy bien que esto es por razones de seguridad para los usuarios, osea mantener todo al dia e incrementar escudos, pero lógicamente poco a poco esto barrera con usuarios con pocos recursos o crisis de su personales de su país.

Indudablemente es una grata sorpresa ver que la gente sigue creando juegos nuevos para una consola retro como la Nes de 8 bites

Y si, literalmente hablando video juegos nuevos de nes.

Cabe aclarar que son juegos indi hecho por personas independientes pero obviamente no son nada juegos para despreciables, pues se ven hasta mejor elaborados que en la Nes de aquel entonces.

Sin mas preámbulos el juego se llama Spacegulls

La mecánica que aunque parece sencilla, es algo mas compleja de lo que deja ver a simple vista.

¿pero que hace el ave exactamente?

Pues volar obviamente, XD.

Desde mi experiencia jugandolo aclaro que el ave tiene un peso de gravedad muy elevado, es decir, podremos flotar con ella oprimiendo repetidas veces el botos, pero cuando dejemos de oprimirlo, esta caerá con bastante peso de gravedad (tal cual como una roca), así que en ese aspecto el titulo presenta un cierto nivel de reto pues no es tan fácil de maniobrar como uno piensa inicialmente.

Lo mas complicado de este juego es logicamente el sistema de laberintos y de trampas, es decir, la mayoria de enemigos podremos aniquilarlos con caerles 2 veces seguidas sobre sus cabezas, algunas veces puede que hasta 5 veces o mas.

Pero hay ocasiones en cuando mueres por poca vitalidad y sales desde un punto de grabado (save), los enemigos no sera tan pacientes de flotar sobre su mismo sitio e irán a buscarte moviéndose hasta donde tu estés, entregando cierto nivel de factor impredecible ya que aumenta la dificultad de un momento a otro.

Muchas trampas como elementos filosos tanto en el techo como a nivel de suelo serán tu sentencia de muerte, pues una vez aplastemos la cabeza del enemigo, inevitablemente rebotaremos hacia el techo con las trampas filosas, asi que tu contador de vitalidad disminuirá como marcador de batalla de yugi oh (con un ataque directo).

En si el juego presenta bastante nivel de reto por el modo de laberinto que debemos explorar, así como los diversos enemigos a eliminar para ir abriendo mas compuertas de acceso al nivel para seguir avanzando, así que en conclusión, este juego te mantendrá concentrado y jugandolo por un buen rato para superar los obstáculos propuestos por cada área.

para correr estos juegos es necesario usar una version del emulador de Nes conque el creador del juego lo elaboro y testeo, asi que añado del nombre del que use para dicho proposito

I am a fan of farm emulator games, since Harvest moon of super nintendo, playstation 1, ps2, Nintendo Ds and Nintendo wii, but I haven't played the Nintendo Switch one yet.

So starting from that fact I gave myself the task of playing it, and my analysis will be from the approach of my experience seeing what things are good or not so good in this game called Stardew Valley.

Undeniably the initial space of the farm that gives us this game is huge, has very large dimensions, although it is somewhat invaded by trees, but it is assumed that they are for that (to cut them and get wood).

A super favorable data is the player's energy, as it has enough and not easily fatigued, and it is also unlocked from the beginning "the thermal baths", where we can easily replenish energy before exploring the mines.

Another positive point is that we can advance walking on our crops... and yes, compared to harvest moon (we always lost a central square because we could not access to irrigate them with water), so in this aspect we can cultivate large spaces without losing vegetables.

It is worth mentioning that the effect of using the scythe "only applies to pastures", so in this game we will not have any problem for accidentally cutting our crops.

Negative aspects:

Undoubtedly the first dilemma is that everything is excessively EXPENSIVE, that is, the seeds and products needed for the farm, ie literally worth an arm and a leg (starting in the game)
P.S. They think you are swimming in money when you start the game and they want to rip you off, XD.

Another rather annoying aspect is the excess of decorative real estate items for sale, which is literally a spam of items we don't want, because we are focused on buying the seeds and upgrading our tools and nothing else.

Another negative point is walking blindly in the dark inside the mines and on the way back home after sunset.

And it's no exaggeration, at the beginning as we don't have memorized the map from the village to the farm, walking at night is a total pain as we have to zigzag a long stretch of road blindly.

I should point out that when we can finally build a torch from inventory, we are really disappointed because it is an object that we throw on the ground and not something that we can carry in the Indiana Jones style exploring caves.

P.S.: after going down about 120 levels in the mine "is when we finally get a ring of light", which allows us to slightly illuminate the character, but as always "it is an item too late" that brings little or nothing after suffering all the time walking blindly.

And yes, I know it is labor exploitation but you must do it, because going to sleep at 7 PM is a total waste of game and materials that you must necessarily accumulate to manufacture items later.

For the improvements you will need 5 copper ingots, and for each ingot you need 5 pieces of copper, little by little they will change the material and each time it will go up in price, which makes the game somewhat monotonous, because 90% of your day will be digging rock in the mines and the other 10% watering your small crop in your farm in the mornings.

Once you have upgraded your pickaxe tool to "metal or gold" material, you must start doing the same by repeating the process of making the ingots and money for the next tool which is the axe. For 90% of the things you will make require (wood), so you must now cut down as many trees as you can both within your farm and in the surrounding areas of the game.

Let's move on to more serious topics

How can I fish in this game?

Well in comparison this is the wall that 99% of Stardew Valley players will face...and I clarify that not overcoming this bump can make you give up playing it, so to overcome it, you must completely forget about your initial rod and go quickly to the port area and buy a training rod for 25 money.

I must be direct in saying that the first rod is too sensitive, but this one (the training rod) that you acquire will allow you to have better control and gain points.

It also influences a lot that before going out to fish, you look at your TV in your cabin (the luck that the fortune teller predicts), "if it is favorable, they will bite faster" and if it is not, then the fish will flee.

Another important fact is that no matter if you caught garbage while fishing, you must add the items you caught in the basket of products in your farm to sell them, so that at the end of the day you get more points for fishing. So do not save neither the garbage, nor the fish, because you must quickly raise these skills to unlock more items so that the fish do not struggle so much.

To fish you need to chase your target without letting it escape from the small green rectangular area where the fish is, (on the left side), no matter if you are at the bottom or in the middle of the depth.

And wait until the green bar on the (right) side rises completely.

To do this you must make a continuous pressure as if you were typing morse code, that is to say, to chase the fish that goes up "press 2 to 3 times continuously"... (to retain it inside the green rectangle that is the zone of the fish, you must maintain pressed without releasing the screen), if the fish sinks to the bottom, do not press anything and waits until the (rectangle arrives to the bottom of the well by itself), once the fish is again in the zone of capture, press 3 times quickly to follow it...and if it is in the zone of catch, maintain held are to release.

I must say that in my case, being someone more analytical and with experience in farm games, the truth is that Stardew Valley seemed to me super monotonous, because as I said, you must be more in the mines than in the farm (it is mandatory), especially also at the end, when you go "to the skull cave" in the desert, because there is no elevator to return and try another day later. Well, you must create a ladder with (99 pieces of rocks), so if you go down 100 levels, multiply this and you will know that you must carry more than 10,000 rocks to pass the mission.

That's why I think it should have had a title instead of farmer, something about miner. Since unfortunately you are forced to mine rock for everything and for the whole game.

Well, this is my general criticism, but if you like the game as you are playing it, then enjoy it.
