I hope you like my skipping videos. I personally want to encourage people to do skipping rope as it's beneficial to our body. I am hopeful to meet people with the same passion for jumping rope. We aim to create a safe and healthy space on the internet through various activities that everyone is willing to take part in.

Skipping has truly helped me lose weight and overcame challenging moments in my life. Whenever I am stressed, I often run into skipping to get endorphins. I am still a beginner at this but I am learning everytime.
