Debido a los inconvenientes con el tema de las protestas en el país, no tuve mas remedio que entrenar en casa, ciertamente estoy de lleno en el Streetlifting, pero actualmente no cuento con el equipo necesario en casa como para seguir mi programa de entrenamiento. Así que decidí entrenar un poco la fuerza isométrica con esta pequeña rutina básica para plancha, específicamente para Straddle Planche. Uno de mis objetivos secundarios son los elementos de tensión, pero actualmente estoy demasiado fiebruo con el Streetlifting, tomé la decisión de prepararme durante un año completo para lograr obtener marcas como para competir, así que en parte por eso también mi persistencia. <p><em>La Straddle Planche es un elemento nivel avanzado de la calistenia, ubicado en la zona de fuerza de empuje y palancas. El elemento mas deseado por los atletas que hacen vida en las competencias, su estética simplemente es super llamativa. Pero aun mas importante, nos deja a solo un paso de la aclamada Full Planche.</em></p>
<p><em>Consiste en colocar el cuerpo paralelo al suelo realizando una palanca de segundo grado. Físicamente hablando, es una locura. Se realiza en suelo, paralelas, barras fijas, anillas, tacos, donde sea. Los músculos implicados o los que mayor activación muestran son: Deltoides (hombros), serrato, Core (abdomen), Glúteos y algo de Gastrocnemios (pantorrillas) estos dos últimos por tema de estética y prevención de lesiones en lumbar, es importante trabajarlos.</em></p>

Mi gente, ya estamos levantando 50kg a repeticiones, recuerdo que cuando cerré el año pasado solo pude hacer una repetición y media. Ahora 7 meses después, con una lesión encima y dos meses perdidos, nuevamente estamos en sintonía, y lo mejor es que, solo llevo entrenando dos meses después de la lesión. Esto es evidencia de que la programación que estoy utilizando esta funcionando como era de esperarse. Al día que estoy subiendo el post, ha a pasado una semana desde este entrenamiento, lo que quiero decir con esto es que para la semana que le sigue seguramente esté levantando unos 55kg. Ya lo veremos, por ahora, vean esos poderosos 50kg.</em></p>

<p><em>El <strong><em>Streetlifting</em></strong> es una disciplina deportiva rama de la calistenia. En esta rama realizaremos ejercicios básicos de la calistenia como muscle ups, dominadas, fondos y sentadillas pero, con peso agregado (lastre). Además de eso, las técnicas de ejecución son muy diferentes a las que comúnmente conocemos, ya que al levantar peso debemos usar ciertas "ayudas" en las técnicas. Para estos levantamientos usaremos un cinturón para lastrar especial, estos cinturones cuentan con una cadena y dos mosquetones de seguridad, o en su defecto una cinta de neopreno super fuerte y sus mosquetones de seguridad.</em></p>

Ya estoy levantando los 32.5kg con mucha mas facilidad, sigo recuperando fuerza y desarrollando propiocepción. Además de eso, estoy retomando los Muscle Ups que los tenia abandonados. Esto para poder recuperar mi marca de +12kg en muscle up. Mi objetivo con estos entrenamientos es poder competir en algún momento, la programación que estoy llevando me ayuda a progresar semanalmente, aunque podría decir que diario incluso. Lo cierto es que, si funciona y va por buen camino. Solo sigan pasando por el blog y verán el progreso.</em></p>

<p><em>El <strong><em>Streetlifting</em></strong> es una disciplina deportiva rama de la calistenia. En esta rama realizaremos ejercicios básicos de la calistenia como muscle ups, dominadas, fondos y sentadillas pero, con peso agregado (lastre). Además de eso, las técnicas de ejecución son muy diferentes a las que comúnmente conocemos, ya que al levantar peso debemos usar ciertas "ayudas" en las técnicas. Para estos levantamientos usaremos un cinturón para lastrar especial, estos cinturones cuentan con una cadena y dos mosquetones de seguridad, o en su defecto una cinta de neopreno super fuerte y sus mosquetones de seguridad.</em></p>

Seguimos trabajando mi gente. En esta oportunidad comparto el entrenamiento de fondos lastrados que realicé el martes de la semana pasada. Ese día me sentía fuerte, y con motivación, así que decidí subir la cantidad de kilos en el lastre, que en esta oportunidad fueron +45kg. Recuerdo que hace un tiempo, antes de la lesión solo podía hacer unas dos repeticiones con buena forma, pero en esta oportunidad hice.... bueno ya lo verán jaja. Me estoy familiarizando con las técnicas de ejecución cada día que pasa, lo cual es super importante ya que si no concientizamos bien, podríamos sufrir lesiones o molestias. Estoy pensando en compartir mis conocimientos sobre el Streetlifting de manera teórica, ya que he notado que hay desconocimiento o simplemente no hay mucho contenido al respecto. Esta rama de la calistenia debe ser conocida y reconocida como una de las mas complejas. Estaré publicando estos dias lo que fue parte de los entrenamientos de la semana pasada, ya sin mas que agregar, disfruten.</em></p>

<p><em>El <strong><em>Streetlifting</em></strong> es una disciplina deportiva rama de la calistenia. En esta rama realizaremos ejercicios básicos de la calistenia como muscle ups, dominadas, fondos y sentadillas pero, con peso agregado (lastre). Además de eso, las técnicas de ejecución son muy diferentes a las que comúnmente conocemos, ya que al levantar peso debemos usar ciertas "ayudas" en las técnicas. Para estos levantamientos usaremos un cinturón para lastrar especial, estos cinturones cuentan con una cadena y dos mosquetones de seguridad, o en su defecto una cinta de neopreno super fuerte y sus mosquetones de seguridad.</em></p>

Solo llevo tres días entrenando con lastre y ya recuperé gran parte del camino anterior. Claro, en esta oportunidad fallé un poco en las dominadas, pero teniendo en cuenta el tiempo perdido y la falta de fuerza que tenía, voy volando en términos estadísticos. Creo que recuperar mis antiguas marcas no va a ser tan complicado después de todo, solo debo seguir la periodización planteada tal como la vez pasada. Lo mas probable es que en un mes logre recuperar lo antes conseguido. Estaré publicando los entrenamientos de los tres días por ahora. Cuando esté al 100% nuevamente entrenaré los cinco días habituales en el parque.</em></p>

<p><em>El <strong><em>Streetlifting</em></strong> es una disciplina deportiva rama de la calistenia. En esta rama realizaremos ejercicios básicos de la calistenia como muscle ups, dominadas, fondos y sentadillas pero, con peso agregado (lastre). Además de eso, las técnicas de ejecución son muy diferentes a las que comúnmente conocemos, ya que al levantar peso debemos usar ciertas "ayudas" en las técnicas. Para estos levantamientos usaremos un cinturón para lastrar especial, estos cinturones cuentan con una cadena y dos mosquetones de seguridad, o en su defecto una cinta de neopreno super fuerte y sus mosquetones de seguridad.</em></p>

Como mencionaba en el post anterior, sufrí una lesión "grave" en el pie derecho, lo cual me había frenado los entrenamientos. Ya casi 4 meses después estoy retomando gradualmente los mismos, ya que aun estoy en recuperación y no puedo forzar mucho el pie. A la fecha de hoy ya llevo una semana entrenando, estoy subiendo tres días a las barras y dos entreno en casa. Esto para no cargar demasiado el pie.</em></p>
<p><em>Noté que perdí demasiada fuerza en la espalda y hombros, ya que venía entrenando Streetlifting con una buena periodización. Al perder tres semanas no pensé que mi fuerza disminuiría tanto, pero en esta ocasión si pasó, así que me toca recuperar nuevamente de a poco.</em></p>

Además de eso, las técnicas de ejecución son muy diferentes a las que comúnmente conocemos, ya que al levantar peso debemos usar ciertas "ayudas" en las técnicas. El motivo de mi inactividad es que hace un mes y tres semanas aproximadamente sufrí una fractura conminuta en el hueso del talón (calcáneo). Esto me inhabilitó por dos semanas, luego de eso comencé a entrenar en casa pero no estaba de animo como para grabar. Mi mente solo pensaba en recuperarme rápido. Ya el día lunes de esta semana comencé la rehabilitación y estaré subiendo parte del proceso, sin mas que decir, espero disfruten el video.</em></p>

In this branch we will perform basic calisthenics exercises such as muscle ups, pull-ups, dips and squats but with added weight (ballast). In addition to that, the execution techniques are very different from those we commonly know, since when lifting weight we must use certain "aids" in the techniques. For these lifts we will use a special weight belt, these belts have a chain and two safety carabiners, or failing that a super strong neoprene tape and its safety carabiners.</em></p>

Actualmente no me gusta entrenar en mi casa, por la sencilla razón de que no cuento con el equipo necesario como para entrenar Streetlifting. Por eso como pueden ver en el video, tuve que hacer algo de Tensión específicamente Plancha. Me noté un poco pesado debido a que como he entrenado hipertrofia y fuerza con el streetlifting, he subido algo de peso, no es sorpresa. Esta rama de la calistenia esta pensada para eso. Ya sin mas que agregar, sigan viendo.</em></p>

Vamos ya por el segundo día levantando +32.5kg, no son exactos pero mas o menos esa es la cantidad, tal vez es mas, luego lo sabremos. Tengo que replantearme algunas cosas con respecto al entrenamiento con lastre debido a que ya pronto necesitaré mas peso para agregar y no dispongo del mismo. No quiero entrenar en un gym así que trabajaré para comprar mi material. Al día que estoy subiendo el post ya estoy levantando +37kg aproximadamente. Pronto cambiaré un poco la forma de editar y transmitir mi conocimiento mediante esta web, creo que de esa manera también podré practicar para seguir progresando en mi trabajo.</em></p>

<p><em>El <strong><em>Streetlifting</em></strong> es una disciplina deportiva rama de la calistenia. En esta rama realizaremos ejercicios básicos de la calistenia como muscle ups, dominadas, fondos y sentadillas pero, con peso agregado (lastre). Además de eso, las técnicas de ejecución son muy diferentes a las que comúnmente conocemos, ya que al levantar peso debemos usar ciertas "ayudas" en las técnicas. Para estos levantamientos usaremos un cinturón para lastrar especial, estos cinturones cuentan con una cadena y dos mosquetones de seguridad, o en su defecto una cinta de neopreno super fuerte y sus mosquetones de seguridad.</em></p>

Esta es la segunda semana se la periodización, ya tocan +32.5kg que no seran del todo exactos, tal ves un poco mas, pero no tengo el equipo necesario aún. Estoy pensando seriamente inscribirme en un Gym solo por los discos 🤣🤣 porque de verdad, siento que estoy levantando mas de los 30kg. Solo puedo decir que para este día tenia algo de fatiga muscular y mental debido a lo ajetreada que fue la semana, por ello no rendí del todo, solo espero les guste el post.</em></p>

<p><em>El <strong><em>Streetlifting</em></strong> es una disciplina deportiva rama de la calistenia. En esta rama realizaremos ejercicios básicos de la calistenia como muscle ups, dominadas, fondos y sentadillas pero, con peso agregado (lastre). Además de eso, las técnicas de ejecución son muy diferentes a las que comúnmente conocemos, ya que al levantar peso debemos usar ciertas "ayudas" en las técnicas. Para estos levantamientos usaremos un cinturón para lastrar especial, estos cinturones cuentan con una cadena y dos mosquetones de seguridad, o en su defecto una cinta de neopreno super fuerte y sus mosquetones de seguridad.</em></p>

Bueno mi gente, ya estamos con el segundo día de dominadas y fondos lastrados. En esta oportunidad sentí un poco mas pesados esos 30kg pero es porque el cuerpo se esta adaptando nuevamente a el. No decidí bajar el peso, así que, son 30kg para arriba. No tengo mucho que decir por ahora, solo que si es de su agrado, comiencen a entrenar esta rama de la calistenia, es increíble, manda a los del Gym pa' su casa 🤣🤣 y esto si es verdad. Luego cuando hacemos la transferencia de fuerza, levantamos pesos de Gym relajados. Animo.</em></p>
