Como mencioné anteriormente, peso 15 kg más que hace unos meses, lo que afecta a mi estilo rítmico, ya que estoy acostumbrado a moverme y contraatacar, pero ahora siento que mi cuerpo no se mueve como antes y mis brazos se sienten pesados, lo que ha afectado a mi técnica de boxeo. Mi oponente pesa 85 kg y mide 172 cm, y como pueden ver, apenas se movió porque sabía cómo conservar su energía y regular su respiración.

Mi corazón quería la guerra, parar y pelear con todo lo que tenía, pero mi mente me decía que aún no estoy en condiciones de pelear a este nivel. Los que saben de boxeo pueden entender que pelear con alguien de este peso es peligroso porque los golpes son mucho más fuertes. Nada es imposible, y seguiré entrenando hasta que sea imparable. Me gustó que compartieran con nosotros el pensamiento y la motivación que les impulsa a practicar este deporte y convertirlo en su forma de vida. Me identifico mucho con la ideología del parkour de ser fuerte para ser útil. Esto me llamó mucho la atención y me motivó aún más para seguir amando este deporte y descubriendo de lo que es capaz mi cuerpo.

I liked that they shared with us the thinking and motivation that drives them to practice this sport and make it their way of life. I really identify with the parkour ideology of being strong in order to be useful. This really caught my attention and motivated me even more to continue loving the sport and discovering what my body is capable of.

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Como mencioné anteriormente, he estado entrenando en ayuno durante las mañanas, aproveché que tengo esta semana libre y me levanto temprano para ir a entrenar, digo que es por esta semana ya que mi horario de clases en la universidad es en la mañana y por lo tanto no puedo entrenar. Esto lo hago para conseguir una mejor eficiencia energética, gracias a una mayor flexibilidad metabólica, a continuación les explicaré que es flexibilidad metabólica.

<p>Nuestro cuerpo necesita energía para funcionar, pero no todas las fuentes de energía son iguales. Afortunadamente, existe la “flexibilidad metabólica”, que nos permite mantener niveles de rendimiento que duran más tiempo consumiendo los diferentes sustratos de forma adecuada para asegurarnos de que la fatiga no se acerca demasiado.</p>

<p>Y es que el cuerpo puede procesar tres tipos de combustible: proteína, carbohidratos y grasa. Simplificando este complejo proceso, después de comer, el cuerpo debe decidir si utiliza o almacena los macronutrientes ingerides: la proteína se destina principalmente para fines estructurales (músculo), mientras que el carbohidrato se convierte en glucosa, un combustible fácilmente almacenable cómo glucógeno. En primer lugar, debemos decir que hacer ejercicio en ayunas mejora la calidad del músculo. Esto se debe a que se genera en ellos una clase de fibra muscular que contiene una gran cantidad de mitocondrias. Por lo mismo, se convierten en músculos más elásticos, potentes y resistentes.

<p>2.- El organismo se recupera antes de la actividad<br />
En segundo lugar, hay que hablar de la fase de recuperación al hacer ejercicio en ayunas. Se da un mejor metabolismo aeróbico de los músculos gracias a que hay menos niveles de ácido láctico e igualmente es más fácil su eliminación. Con ello, hay que señalar también que el nivel de las reservas de glucógeno muscular se recuperan antes.</p>
<h1></h1>
<p>3.- Mejora el rendimiento muscular aeróbico<br />
Como hemos dicho, uno de los beneficios de hacer deporte en ayunas consiste en que aumenta el rendimiento aeróbico muscular. Con ello, nuestros tejidos pueden oxigenarse mejor y obtener un mayor rendimiento.</p>

<p>4.- Metabolizan mejor las grasas<br />
Otro de los beneficios de hacer ejercicio en ayunas es que se metabolizan mejor las grasas. La razón está en que nuestro organismo activa una serie de mecanismos hormonales con los que emplea sus reservas de grasa para producir energía. En gran parte, podemos decir que este proceso es fruto de las hormonas que el organismo pone en nuestro torrente sanguíneo. En concreto, se trataría del cortisol. Esta es una hormona que generalmente se asocia al estrés, y que puede aparecer en diferentes situaciones.</p>
<p>Entre ellas están, por ejemplo, las de un entrenamiento intenso. Sin embargo, están también la de los periodos de ayuno. Es precisamente esta hormona la que pone inicio al proceso de movilización de grasas. Este proceso incluye al de las grasas que están almacenadas que, gracias a dicha hormona, se ponen a disposición de los músculos con el fin de degradar los aminoácidos y hacer que nuestros músculos dispongan de energía.</p>
<h1></h1>
<p>5.- No produce molestias en el sistema digestivo<br />
Otro de los puntos beneficiosos a la hora de hacer deporte en ayunas que no podemos pasar por alto tiene que ver con el propio proceso digestivo. En efecto, son muchas las personas que a la hora de practicar deporte sienten malestar o náuseas como consecuencia de tener alimento en su sistema digestivo. Aunque pueden evitarse haciendo comidas moderadas junto con bebidas isotónicas, lo ideal consistiría precisamente en no ingerir nada antes.</p>
<p>La razón está en que a la hora de ingerir alimento estamos dedicando sangre a nuestros músculos y, al mismo tiempo, a nuestro estómago. Con ello impedimos que ninguno de ellos realice correctamente sus funciones, por no hacerse la digestión a una velocidad recomendable. .</p>

Para aquellas personas que estén iniciando igual que yo en el mundo de los estáticos quiero compartir con vosotros algunos ejercicios que me han ayudado para avanzar con la Stradle, ¡espero y les sea de ayuda!.

For those people who are just starting out like me in the world of statics, I want to share with you some exercises that have helped me advance with the Stradle, I hope they are helpful to you!

Es una variación avanzada de la planche, en la que la posición de la manos se separa hacia los lados, como si hicieras una pose similar a la de la letra A, con la posición de las manos en un ángulo abierto. Es una postura muy avanzada que requiere mucha fuerza y estabilidad.
<h1></h1>
<p>La straddle planche, también conocida como planche abierta, es una variación muy avanzada de la planche normal, en la que se mantiene la misma posición de las manos en el suelo, pero abiertas hacia los lados del cuerpo. Esto hace que sea más difícil de mantener la posición, ya que hay más inestabilidad y más fuerza y control es necesario para mantenerse.</p>

Hoy quiero compartir con todos vosotros lo que fue mi participación en el primer versus por aleatoriedad llevado a cabo en el parque El Ejército "Las Ballenas". Para mi esta fue una de las competencias mas complicadas para mi ya que participaron atletas con gran nivel y con mas experiencia que yo así que tuve que esforzarme para poder clasificar.
<h1></h1>
<p>El límite de atletas era de 32 participantes pero llegamos a 26 atletas inscritos para competir, de los cuales solo falsificarían 12, tuve que empezar con todo lo que tenia, tener la mayor pulcritud en los estáticos y aguantar los segundos que se requieren para que el jurado tome en lo tome en cuenta y alcanzar una buena puntuación. La ronda clasificatoria era de un minuto y treinta segundos, lo cuan no estoy acostumbrado a tener esa duración en una competencia, me exigí y trate de dar lo mejor que pude. Empecé con Front Lever para sumar el mayor puntaje posible, debo admitir que esto me canso muy rápido ya que dure 15segundos en este estático y al momento de hacer los dinámicos estaba con la espalda cansada pero aún así logre realizar la combinación de dinámicos con exito.</p>

<p>Conseguí calificar con 6.5 puntos de octavo lugar, esto me sorprendió ya que muchos atleta lo hicieron genial y pensé que tal vez no lo iba a lograr pero mi esfuerzo se noto y conseguí calificar con éxito.</p>

Today I want to share with all of you what my participation was in the first random versus held in the El Ejercito "Las Ballenas" park. For me, this was one of the most complicated competitions for me since athletes with a high level and more experience than me participated, so I had to work hard to qualify.
<h1></h1>
<p>The limit of athletes was 32 participants but we reached 26 athletes registered to compete, of which only 12 would falsify, I had to start with everything I had, have the greatest neatness in the statics and endure the seconds required for the jury take it into account and achieve a good score. The qualifying round was one minute and thirty seconds, which I am not used to having that length in a competition, I pushed myself and tried to give the best I could. I started with Front Lever to score the highest possible score. I must admit that this tired me very quickly since I lasted 15 seconds in this static and at the time of doing the dynamic ones my back was tired but I still managed to perform the dynamic combination successfully.</p>

<p>I managed to qualify with 6.5 points of eighth place, this surprised me since many athletes did great and I thought that maybe I was not going to achieve it but my effort was noticed and I managed to qualify successfully.</p>

Yo tenía muchísimo tiempo sin entrenar el tren inferior así que mis piernas se cansaron muy rápido, pero aún así avance y continúe con el reto. Muchas veces pensé en cortar el vídeo y abandonar pero mi mente no me lo permitió, mis piernas ya no aguantaban pero mi mente quería superar este reto. Espero y les haya gustado y que les sea de inspiración a querer superarse, aunque sientas que no puedas, aunque tú cuerpo quiera abandonar, debes tener una mente inquebrantable, debes resistir y terminar lo que empezaste. El día de hoy les comparto con todos ustedes, la superación de uno de mis bloques que he tenido con el 360°. Éste no es la primera vez que me sucede, varias veces he tenido bloqueos con éste dinámico y hoy decidí compartir con todos la manera en que lo he vuelto a girar de manera eficiente. Vamos con el post!.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Cómo mencioné anteriormente, esta no es la primera vez que me bloqueo con éste dinámico. Los dinámicos más complejos como el 540°, los logro girar con facilidad, la técnica las tengo muy aprendidas, pero este dinámico ( 360° ) la técnica la he modificado mucho para conseguir girarlo como deseo y es por esa razón por la cuál se me complica girar el 360° aveces. Conseguí girar el 360° de nuevo y en el vídeo les muestro con más detalles como fue el proceso. Sé que debo aprenderme y aplicarme ésta técnica para no tener estás complicaciones y que la técnica de mi giro no sufra otra modificación.</div>

<p>Un gran saludo a la comunidad de <a href="/search?q=hive">#HIVE</a> y <a href="/search?q=swc">#SWC</a>. El día de hoy comparto con todos ustedes unos pasos y recomendaciones para girar el 540°. En una ocasión hice una publicación sobre este mismo tema, pero por algunas fallas en mi post no se podían visualizar los pass que les sugería para girar este dinámico. Sin más nada que decir, empecemos!.</p>

<p>El 540° es un dinámico compuesto, está compuesto por dos giros, unos de ellos es el más básico y es el : 180°, el otro es un dinámico más completo y es el: 360°. Estos dos dinámicos Unidos conforman al 540°.</p>

<p>Lo primero que debemos saber que, el 540° al principio tiene más técnica que velocidad, es decir; si ers una persona que apenas está aprendiendo a girar el 540° debes saber y memorizar-te la técnica primero y pulirla, luego lo harás con más confianza y luego lo giraras con la fuerza y velocidad que desees.</p>

<p><center><strong>Pasos para girar el 540°</strong></center><center><strong>Steps to turn the 540</strong></center></p>
<hr />

<p>•<strong>El Impulso:</strong><br />
Es muy importante saber que si el impulso no es el suficiente, no tendrás mucha altura para girar. Si el impulso es demasiado, podrías elevarte de más y/o salir volando hacia otro lado y lastimarte.</p>
<p>• <strong>La Patada:</strong><br />
La patada es importante en este dinámico, porque nos da más velocidad de giro.</p>
<p>• <strong>Cadereo:</strong><br />
El Cadereo es un movimiento que se hace en conjunto con la patada, esto hace que nuestro tronco gire junto con la parte superior de nuestro cuerpo ( de ahí viene la técnica ).</p>
<p>• <strong>180°:</strong><br />
El 180° es un medio giro, al hacerlo debemos quedar frente a la barra. Es muy importante controlar este primer giro, porqué este es el que determinará el giro y la calidad del 540°.</p>
<p>• <strong>360°:</strong><br />
Este es un giro completo en el que se debe dar la vuelta completamente y quedar nuevamente de frente a la barra.</p>

<p>•<strong>Momentum:</strong><br />
It is very important to know that if the momentum is not enough, you will not have much height to turn. If the momentum is too much, you could rise too high and/or fly off the other side and injure yourself.</p>
</blockquote>
<p>• <strong>The kick:</strong><br />
The kick is important in this dynamic, because it gives us more spin speed.</p>
<p>• <strong>Hip:</strong><br />
The Hip is a movement that is done in conjunction with the kick, this makes our trunk rotate along with the upper part of our body (that's where the technique comes from).</p>
<p>• <strong>180°:</strong><br />
The 180° is a half turn, when doing so we must stay in front of the bar. It is very important to control this first turn, because this is the one that will determine the turn and the quality of the 540°.</p>
<p>• <strong>360°:</strong><br />
This is a full turn where you turn completely around and face the bar again..</p>

<p>Este evento estuvo increíble, cómo siempre <strong>SWC</strong> siendo original y único en cada evento que se organiza, el evento fue libre, osea que cualquier atleta podía participar y hacer freestyle junto con nosotros, la pase genial y como siempre, obtuve una gran experiencia.
