HIVE Tiende Su Mano A Cumanacoa. El pasado 2 de julio 2024, nuestro país Venezuela fue víctima del paso arrasador del Huracán Beryl, haciendo estragos específicamente en la población de Cumanacoa, municipio Montes de nuestro estado Sucre. Fueron muchas las familias afectadas que perdieron todo, menos las ganas de volverse a levantar. En consecuencia, de inmediato todo el pueblo de Sucre se puso a la disposición, con la instalación de múltiples centros de acopio; ésto con el objeto de recolectar la mayor cantidad de insumos necesarios para ser entregados a nuestros hermanos de Cumanacoa.

Y en este caso el equipo de @hivesucre hizo lo propio, porque la movilización fue perfecta y se hizo posible la obtención de alimentos no perecederos, ropa, comida preparada, insumos de aseo personal, tapabocas, entre otros. Insumos que en conjunto con @holasupercenter, en una primera oleada fueron entregados el día 5 de julio, apenas habían pasado 3 días de la tragedia; y una cosa es ver fotos y otra estar presente en el lugar de los hechos.

On July 2, 2024, our country Venezuela was victim of the devastating passage of Hurricane Beryl, wreaking havoc specifically in the town of Cumanacoa, Montes municipality of our state of Sucre. In a first wave, these supplies were delivered on July 5, in conjunction with @holasupercenter, barely 3 days after the tragedy; and it is one thing to see photos and another to be present at the scene.

Cada día que pasaba, los hermanos de Cumanacoa necesitaban más y más ayuda, por lo que @hivesucre en coordinación con IMATUR y @holasupercenter, ejecutó una rápida planificación para realizar una dotación de insumos a la mayor cantidad de familias posibles. En esta oportunidad se obtuvieron alimentos no perecederos, comida preparada (elaborada en la sede de IMATUR), agua potable, colchonetas, pañales, alcohol, jabón, toallas sanitarias, tapabocas, y todo el amor de nuestro equipo. En tal sentido, el día 11 de julio se realizó la entrega de estos insumos; la partida se llevó a cabo desde dos puntos, en primer lugar desde la sede de IMATUR, donde nos esperaba el autobús y parte de los requerimientos a entregar, así como el personal que nos acompañó.

Luego, nos trasladarnos a @holasupercenter donde nos esperaba el resto del equipo de @hivesucre y lógicamente más insumos necesarios para Cumanacoa. Al realizar la carga de los mismos, emprendimos el viaje con mucha emotividad porque sabíamos que íbamos a brindar un poco de alegría dentro de tanta desgracia. Sabemos que lo ofrecido es poco en comparación a lo que ellos han perdido; sin embargo, la idea era la brindar una luz que les hiciera devolverles la esperanza; también sabemos que aunque sea difícil, lo material se recupera, pero la pérdida de una vida es irreparable. Por ello, cuando las familias recibían sus insumos, el alma se nos alegraba al escuchar; "Que Dios les multiplique a todos ustedes y a Hive, todo el apoyo que nos han ofrecido".

Every day that passed, the brothers and sisters of Cumanacoa needed more and more help, so @hivesucre in coordination with IMATUR and @holasupercenter, executed a quick planning to provide supplies to as many families as possible. We know that what we offered is little in comparison to what they have lost; however, the idea was to bring a light that would give them back hope; we also know that although it is difficult, material things can be recovered, but the loss of a life is irreparable. Therefore, when the families received their supplies, our souls rejoiced when we heard: "May God multiply to all of you and to Hive, all the support you have offered us".

En esta nueva visita al poblado de Cumanacoa nos enfocamos en atender a las comunidades afectadas de: La Peña, Maturincito, Los Guzmán, El central azucarero, La calle Ayacucho, La calle Moedanos, La avenida Pichincha y varios sectores que transitamos para llevar el suministro a muchas familias afectadas. Tratamos de llegar a la comunidad de "La Fragua" pero por cuestiones de lluvia, el acceso a esta zona afectada se vio limitado y no pudimos accesar. Es válido mencionar, que fuimos dotados de botas de goma para transitar por las zonas afectadas, las cuáles en gran parte cedimos a los pobladores, así como también ofrecimos guantes de carnaza para el uso de herramientas como picos y palas que están usando para sacar el lodo de sus hogares.

También, el equipo de trabajo de Hive Sucre tuvo la oportunidad de escuchar de la voz de los afectados lo sucedido en la población, muchos padres y madres aún lloran a sus hijos hasta hoy desaparecidos, así como también lloran a los fallecidos en esta tragedia que enluta a la población de Cumanacoa. Sencillamente, lo que verán en este video demuestra todo lo que se ha descrito, la esperanza sigue viva y todavía falta mucho por hacer en Cumanacoa; vamos todos y no los dejemos solos. Por otra parte, queremos agradecer inmensamente a @guiltyparties y @valueplan por todo el apoyo ofrecido, de verdad que son muy valiosos cuando alguien los necesita.

Otra situación que vivió todo el país sin excepción, fue lo ocurrido en diciembre del año 1999, cuando por causas de lluvias sumamente torrenciales, también fuimos víctimas vulnerables ante tal hecho y aunque todo esto se vivió en todo el país; a partir de allí se conoce lo que fue la tragedia de Vargas, lo que hoy vendría a ser el estado La Guaira; esa situación también produjo la pérdida de muchos hermanos, sin contar con la inmensa cantidad de pérdidas materiales.

Pero esto no quedó allí, porque actualmente nuestro estado Sucre fue víctima nuevamente del paso de un nuevo huracán, cuya acción fue sentida de forma terrorífica en la localidad de Cumanacoa municipio Montes; y digo nuevamente, porque en el año 2012 éstos hermanos a causa de las constantes lluvias causadas por la tormenta Isaac, sufrieron la crecida inclemente del Río Manzanares que acabó con todo; literalmente las calles de la localidad estaban a merced de las aguas del referido Río, mucho daño, mucha tristeza y mucha impotencia sintieron sus pobladores, porque todo ocurrió en horas de la madrugada, todo esto lo sabemos porque vivimos muy cerca del pueblo y tenemos conocimiento de lo ocurrido; además, las imágenes son aterradoras.

Ahora, desde el día sábado 29 de junio el Instituto Nacional de Meteorología e Hidrología INAMEH, alertaba sobre la cercanía de la Tormenta Tropical Beryl; tormenta cuya trayectoria estaba en curso desde la zona noreste de nuestro país, por lo que según los expertos llegaría en horas de la madrugada del 1 de julio; todo esto sin saber que la tormenta se convertiría en huracán de categoría 5. Los pronósticos fueron ciertos, porque el 2 de julio nuestros hermanos de Cumanacoa sufrieron los embates de este huracán y los daños fueron peores que los ocurridos en el años 2012; 12 años después nuestros hermanos vuelven al terror y en esta oportunidad se contabilizan hasta el momento 3 personas fallecidas y más de 8 mil viviendas afectadas, nuestra gente lo perdió todo; nuevamente de forma literal las calles se convirtieron en el cauce arrasador del Rio Manzanares, caseríos completos fueron destruidos, esto nos deja sin palabras. Es comprensible que las cosas no se pueden solucionar de la noche a la mañana; sin embargo, el corazón venezolano y en especial el sucrense es sumamente hermoso, porque de inmediato se iniciaron las instalaciones de centros de acopio para recopilar toda la ayuda posible y @hivesucre inició una campaña informativa a través de sus redes web2. Nuestra gente necesita agua potable, alimentos no perecederos, medicinas, ropa en buen estado, si es posible pueden suministrar comida preparada y sobre todo mucho amor para todos ellos. Es importante resaltar que el equipo de @hivesucre está de pie y de frente para brindar todo el apoyo necesario; de hecho, se realizaron acciones para recibir de parte de sus miembros todo lo que puedan donar; además, los lideres comunitarios @edmundochauran y @aksurevm89, luego de adquirir todo el material y víveres necesarios emprenderán su viaje de amor hacia Cumanacoa para ofrecer todo lo donado.

En tal sentido, en primera instancia el equipo de @hivesucre ha recibido donativos consientes en ropa, alimentos y artículos de aseo personal, para que lleguen con todo el amor del mundo a las manos de los hermanos necesitados. Por otra parte, queremos agradecer a los aliados HBD, por ser centros de acopio y por enviar la ayuda a las familias necesitadas; y por si fuera poco, la ayuda también va dirigida a todas las mascotas que también sufren. De verdad, que esta grandiosa comunidad es una familia que tiende su mano cuando alguien lo necesita. Realmente es impresionante la gran cantidad de hermanos en las calles; ciertamente las aguas han bajado, pero solo ha quedado destrucción, desolación y tristeza; sencillamente los hermanos de Cumanacoa lo han perdido todo, pero la esperanza siempre está latente.

Se puede ofrecer ayuda y palabras de aliento, pero lo que Cumanacoa ha vivido y continúa viviendo es horrible, las imágenes hablan por si solas; una cosa es verlo y otra vivirlo, porque toda esta gente ha sentido el terror en sus vidas.
