Movilidad articular: Incluye ejercicios dinámicos que trabajen todas las articulaciones principales del cuerpo, como círculos de brazos, giros de cadera y flexiones de tobillos. Esto ayuda a aumentar la circulación sanguínea y mejorar la amplitud de movimiento, preparando las articulaciones para el movimiento durante el entrenamiento. 
<p>Activación muscular: ejercicios específicos que activen los músculos que se utilizarán durante el entrenamiento. Por ejemplo, bandas de resistencia para activar los músculos principales y sinergistas.</p>
<p>Cardio ligero: Realiza una breve sesión de ejercicio cardiovascular de baja intensidad, como trotar suavemente en el lugar, saltar la cuerda o hacer ciclismo estático. Esto aumentará la frecuencia cardíaca y la temperatura corporal, preparando el cuerpo para el esfuerzo físico que viene después.</p>
<p>Estiramientos dinámicos: Realiza estiramientos dinámicos que imiten los movimientos que harás durante el entrenamiento. Por ejemplo, estocadas con giro para estirar los músculos de las piernas y la parte baja de la espalda, o balanceos de brazos para estirar los músculos del hombro y el pecho.</p>
<p>Práctica de movimientos específicos: Antes de comenzar con el entrenamiento principal, dedica unos minutos a practicar los movimientos o ejercicios específicos que realizarás durante la sesión. Esto ayuda a mejorar la técnica y la coordinación, preparando el cuerpo y la mente para el trabajo más intenso.</p>

<p>Joint mobility: Includes dynamic exercises that work all the major joints in the body, such as arm circles, hip twists, and ankle curls. This helps increase blood circulation and improve range of motion, preparing your joints for movement during training.<br />
Muscle activation: specific exercises that activate the muscles that will be used during training. For example, resistance bands to activate core and synergist muscles.<br />
Light cardio: Do ​​a short session of low-intensity cardiovascular exercise, such as gentle jogging in place, jumping rope, or stationary cycling. This will increase heart rate and body temperature, preparing the body for the physical exertion that follows.<br />
Dynamic stretches: Perform dynamic stretches that mimic the movements you will do during training. For example, twist lunges to stretch your leg and lower back muscles, or arm swings to stretch your shoulder and chest muscles.<br />

<p>Este entrenamiento consiste en fortalecer y aumentar el equilibrio en nuestro handstand, fortalecer las progresiones que dominamos haciendo series donde podamos pasar de 5sg en adelante, y las que no dominemos con liga, tratando de no sobrecargar el manguito rotador.</p>

También realizamos hefesto con banda elástica, quitando intensidad al ejercicio, pero con un volumen elevado, también haremos negativas de hefesto con banda elástica para reforzar el movimiento.</p>

<div class="text-justify">Los primeros ejercicios constan en realizarlos de manera explosiva para rápidamente llegar a un agotamiento muscular controlado y así poder desde un principio comenzar a romper la mayor cantidad de fibras musculares y llegar a la hipertrofia muscular.
<p>Los siguientes ejercicios constan en ejecutarlos de manera controlada para obtener la mayor activación muscular y reclutar o activar la mayor cantidad de fibras musculares y los últimos ejercicios son para trabajar los músculos de las piernas de manera dinámica y aislando algunos músculos en específicos.<br />
Como serían las elevaciones de pantorrilla donde aislaríamos las pantorrillas o los músculos(gastrocnemio), y las sentadillas zumo donde trabajamos los femorales y glúteos.</p>

<p>Entrenar las variaciones de agarres en la dominada es muy importante, ya que algunos agarres sirven para poder aislar algunos músculos en específico de la espalda. Como sería las dominadas con agarre abierto prono que aislaríamos solo a los músculos laterales como el redondo mayor y menor y a su vez el dorsal ancho, tendríamos a las dominadas con agarre comando que aislaríamos en mayoría a los dorsales, las dominadas supinas cerradas que trabajaríamos solo los bíceps y por último tendríamos a las dominadas con agarre neutro y retracción escapular que aislaríamos en gran mayoría los trapecios y la cabeza del hombro posterior o deltoides posterior.</p>
