I'm saddened to learn of the illness of our beloved and well-respected community member @Lecumberre. The entry for this week is dedicated to him; I'll be doing a cover of "Left Me Up" by Rihanna. @Lecumberre, don't feel isolated. We're all here to help and to offer prayers for a speedy recovery for you.

I decided to sing this song since Rihanna sang it with a lot of emotion in memory of Chadwick Boseman, who lost his life with colon cancer in 2020. However, after listening to this song multiple times, I realized that praying for our loved ones and helping them out when they're in need can help them get through challenging periods in life. For this reason, I find that this music has a very deep meaning for me.

One of the all-time favorites was Michael Jackson. Michael was a kind, gentle, loving, and caring person. Michael donated thousands of dollars to hospitals treating ailing youngsters.

The song is about "We," which refers to all of us; we are accountable to one another and we are unable to rely on anyone or anything else to improve the world.

"We" need to quit acting as though we don't know and instead begin lending, loving, and caring for one another.

We are all stewards of our brothers. The lesson still holds true today.

We have "Time" as our theme this week, which was selected by our community's recent Spotlight Artist, @superjavi. I'm delighted to be here this week and hope everyone is doing well.

So for this week i will be doing a cover of a song Titled Never Took The Time by Akon.

Akon was raised primarily in Senegal, a country in West Africa, but he was born in the United States. He picked up five new instruments there, including as the drums, guitar, and djembe.

I've known AKON since I heard his song "Lonely" on the radio. His other songs became well-known during my teenage years, and "Don't Matter" is one of my favorites. I love almost every song he sings; his voice is quite good and sounds real.

I decided to sing this Akon song for this week's theme because it reminds me of my previous relationships with my ex. Despite my best efforts, all of my efforts to make our relationships work out were in vain. Time was going by, and I realized that our relationship wouldn't last. therefore I would advise others not to try to fix things they knew won't work out because doing so will only make the time pass.

Since I joined the Hive Open Mic Music Community, I have become familiar with a lot of songs that I never would have imagined myself performing.

In addition, Rihanna sang this song in memory of Nollywood actor Chadwick Boseman, who passed away tragically.

The song "We need light, we need love" emphasizes the importance of seeking assistance when needed rather than striving to resolve problems on your own.

The song is a direct ode to the late great actor Chadwick Boseman. He played the lead role in the Black Panther movie franchise and touched a lot of people within and outside of Hollywood. Naturally, his passing came as a shock (as he had been hiding his illness for the longest time) and devastation for colleagues and fans all around the world.
“Lift Me Up” captures these gloomy memories perfectly, as Rihanna attempts to help all of us recover from this loss.
When you lose someone you love, you cannot help but feel that they are watching you from above. One cannot help but feel they are protecting you somehow.

This song also make me remember my father. My father was a pastor who have help so many people both spiritually and physically but the way he dia still surprise me he has been battling for this sickness called apendiss he was trying to battle this sickness on his own without letting people he pray for and people around him know what he was going true. After a long talk I told him dad you have to speak out and tell people about what you're going true. After a long talk he finally spoke to one of his member and letter gave my dad money to go get the surgery operated but my dad actually used half of the money to build his church use the rest to solt family issues

When I asked him if he had completed the operation, he claimed not to have. I asked him about it, and he told me that he had used some of the money for home maintenance and the rest for church repairs. I told him that his health came first. To cut a long story short, my father died.

I eventually learned whether or not the apendiss contributed to his demise, but I also discovered that he had been dealing with other problems that he didn't want to discuss with anyone.

In my own opinion, let try to communicate with friends and family about what is happening to us. I know how things are, but let's try to express it.
