  Hola hola gente linda de HIVE y de esta bella comunidad de @lifestyle ya se viene la época más linda del año, una época dónde las personas solemos hacer bonitas cenas y reuniones navideñas y pues paso por acá a presentarles a ustedes mi primera gelatina navideña de este año 😍esto es un arte comestible que le puede dar un toque especial a cualquier reunión, espero les guste el video.

  En esta época del año me suelen pedir mucho este tipo de gelatinas para las reuniones, para cumpleaños y yo disfruto mucho de hacerlas porque son demasiado lindas, parecen un adorno de navidad, pero con la particularidad que se pueden comer y disfrutar porque son realmente deliciosas.

  Acá en este video les muestro un poco como elaboro este tipo de gelatinas, son flores de Navidad encapsuladas que se hacen inyectando gelatina de leche dentro de gelatina transparente, y el resultado es toda una obra de arte.

  Ya esta es mi décima tercera Navidad haciendo gelatinas y aún no pierdo la emoción por la época y por las hermosas creaciones en gelatina que suelen salir de cada Navidad como parte de mi trabajo.

  La gelatina que hoy acá les enseño la hice como patrocinio para un bingo a beneficio de mi iglesia, por acá les dejo una foto de la feliz ganadora, quien luego me contó que le encantó, que la compartió con sus amigas y probablemente me vengan pedidos de ellas por allí porque quedaron enamoradas.

  Yo de mi parte feliz de saber que les gustó y bueno esperando que esa colaboración sea una ventanita para nuevos clientes, para que está navidad se me sumen nuevos clientes y nuevos pedidos, para seguir activa en este lindo arte y que está navidad salgan muchas más gelatinas navideñas a celebrar la época y decorar de una forma deliciosa muchas mesas.

  At this time of year, I often get requests for this type of jelly for gatherings and birthdays, and I really enjoy making them because they are so pretty—they look like Christmas decorations, but with the added bonus that you can eat and enjoy them because they are truly delicious.

  In this video, I show you a little bit about how I make this type of gelatin. They are encapsulated Christmas flowers made by injecting milk gelatin into clear gelatin, and the result is a work of art.

  This is my thirteenth Christmas making gelatin desserts, and I still get excited about the season and the beautiful gelatin creations that I usually make every Christmas as part of my job.

  The gelatin I'm showing you today was made as a sponsorship for a charity bingo event for my church. Here's a photo of the happy winner, who later told me that she loved it, shared it with her friends, and that I'll probably get orders from them because they fell in love with it.

  Les cuento que está gelatina fue un pedido especial para una vecina que aunque la temática no era Merlina, sino todo muy dark estilo gótico yo sentí que combinaba con este personaje y como ese día luego que termine de hacer la gelatina llovió muy fuerte y tardaron en venir a buscarla yo aproveché para maquillarme rápido y veloz y hacerme algunas fotos y grabar un par de videos graciosos en Tiktok, acá les dejo el link de las fotos que tomo mi vecina que no es por nada pero quedaron super espectaculares porque ella es la esposa de mi fotógrafo y le hicieron una sesión fotográfica hermosa.

  En esta gelatina para la parte de boquillas utilice "Gelacream" un producto nuevo del cuál les hablé en un post hace algún tiempito ya, el cual nos permite trabajar la gelatina con boquillas, para mí está crema fue lo que le dió el toque más original a esta creación y les cuento que aunque se ve súper negra el sabor era delicioso, tanto de la crema como de la gelatina.

  Es que una de las características de trabajar con gelatina es que para lograr tonos oscuros no se requieren cantidades industriales de colorantes y el sabor de la gelatina se conserva tal cual como debe quedar, sin toques amargos ni nada desagradable.

  In this gelatin for the nozzles part I used “Gelacream” a new product which I told you about in a post some time ago, which allows us to work the gelatin with nozzles, for me this cream was what gave the most original touch to this creation and I tell you that although it looks super black the flavor was delicious, both the cream and the gelatin.

  One of the characteristics of working with gelatin is that in order to achieve dark tones, no industrial quantities of colorants are required and the flavor of the gelatin is preserved as it should be, without bitter touches or anything unpleasant.

  Para las rosas de corazones utilice moldes de silicón, en el vídeo pueden observar el de la rosa que no es por nada pero se ha convertido en uno de mis favoritos 😍.

  A él cliente le había gustado un modelo que tenía el efecto tipo drip realizado con gelatina y así surgió este diseño.

  Está es una gelatina mosaico tradicional en la parte amarilla (gelatina de leche rellena con cuadritos de gelatina cítrica) y en la parte denlos cuadritos de colores es lo que llamamos mosaico tridimensional.

  ¿Sabían que cada 21 de septiembre se celebra el día de las flores amarillas? Es una costumbre bastante reciente que ha tomado bastante auge gracias a las redes sociales.

  Está celebración toma como referencia esta fecha porque el 21 de septiembre comienza la primavera en el emisferio sur, en los países de sudamerica celebran está fecha con la linda y bastante nueva costumbre de regalar flores amarillas.

  Está costumbre genera sobre todo en las chicas las ganas de no ser simples espectadoras y recibir sus respectivas flores amarillas, así que les recomiendo si tienen novia, pareja, alguna amiga o ser querido a quien quieran consentir les regalen flores amarillas o algún dulce que esté decorado con la temática de flores amarillas les aseguro que le alegraran mucho el día.

  Yo realicé está gelatina hace un poco más de un año para el cumpleaños de una vecina y como dato curioso, tal como les comenté en el vídeo les cuento que en mis más de 12 años haciendo gelatinas me he dado cuenta que los cambures dentro de la gelatina se conservan sorprendente bien, esto es con la ayuda del ácido que ayuda a conservarlos y porque la capa de gelatina al cuajar evita que la fruta tenga contacto con el oxígeno y así queda protegida y bien preservada, por horas y hasta días sin ponerse oscura.

  Está gelatina por ejemplo, yo sé la regalé a una vecina en su cumpleaños, el cual fue un día miércoles pero como la fiesta la iban a hacer el día sábado la guardaron, yo no supe nada hasta el día de la fiesta y me sorprendió mucho ver qué luego de varios días el cambur estaba intacto.

  En el mundo de la gastronomía y repostería, las gelatinas son un producto que en los últimos años ha evolucionado muchísimo, muchos reposteros y aficionados hemos ido transformando este postre que solía ser muy sencillo en auténticas obras de arte, son infinitas las cosas que podemos hacer con gelatina y uno de los tipos de creaciones más lindas y llamativas son las flores encapsuladas.

  En esta oportunidad organicé un curso especial de exclusivamente gelatinas florales, donde cada alumna elaboró sus propias creaciones y pudieron practicar las técnicas de forma directa con mi guía y acompañamiento.

  En este curso les enseñé a preparar los distintos tipos de mezclas, a calcular costos para las gelatinas para que hagan de este arte un negocio rentable, diferentes diseños de flores, se hizo una demostración del novedoso Gelacream, una mezcla que te permite trabajar gelatinas con boquillas y compartí con ellas muchos tips y opciones para que aprendieran a hacer bellas creaciones aun siendo principiantes, los resultados quedaron realmente hermosos y todas las chicas salieron contentas.

  In this course I taught them how to prepare the different types of mixtures, how to calculate costs for the gelatins so they can make this art a profitable business, different flower designs, a demonstration of the new Gelacream, a mixture that allows you to work gelatins with nozzles and I shared with them many tips and options so they could learn to make beautiful creations even being beginners, the results were really beautiful and all the girls were happy.

  Una anécdota curiosa que sucede en cada curso de gelatinas florales es la alegría y sorpresa que se lleva cada alumna al momento de desmoldar su gelatina, normalmente cuando se esta trabajando la técnica de inyectar flores por primera vez no se siente nada fácil, cuesta un poco agarrar soltura para mover la inyectadora, es similar a enseñar a un niño a escribir, les cuesta hasta agarrar el lápiz y pues en esos primeros intentos de hacer las flores siempre sentimos que no esta quedando del todo bonito, pero luego que se desmolda la realidad es otra, salen siempre resultados realmente sorprendentes y hermosos.

  A curious anecdote that happens in each course of floral gelatine is the joy and surprise that each student takes when unmolding her gelatine, normally when you are working the technique of injecting flowers for the first time it does not feel easy, it is a little difficult to get the hang of moving the injector, It is similar to teaching a child to write, it is hard for them to grasp the pencil and in those first attempts to make the flowers we always feel that it is not looking very nice, but after unmolding the reality is different, the results are always really surprising and beautiful.

  Este curso no fue la excepción, de las 10 chicas que lo hicieron solo a dos se les hizo un poco más fácil dominar la inyectadora, es que cada ser humano tiene destrezas diferentes pero OJO esto no impide que podamos desarrollar todo aquello que queramos, si les soy sincera mis primeras creaciones no fueron nada bonitas pero a medida que fui practicando fui mejorando y acá estoy casi 13 años después enseñando a muchas chicas este bello arte con mucho amor y paciencia, y como resultado todas pudieron hacer gelatinas realmente hermosas.

  This course was no exception, of the 10 girls who did it, only two of them found it a little easier to master the injector, is that every human being has different skills but this does not prevent us from developing everything we want, if I'm honest my first creations were not pretty but as I practiced I improved and here I am almost 13 years later teaching many girls this beautiful art with love and patience, and as a result all were able to make really beautiful jellies.

  En mis cursos usualmente hago intercambios de publicidad con mis amigos emprendedores, ellos me dan obsequios para consentir a mis alumnas y yo es retribuyo con marketing en mis redes, esto convierte cada curso en una experiencia mucho mas satisfactoria porque se rifan regalitos y comparten cosas ricas, en esta oportunidad dos de los obsequios fueron dulces para compartir con el grupo y de parte de la casa mi mamá preparo un delicioso arroz chino, en mis cursos no solo se aprende sino que siempre se come rico es algo por lo que me esmero siempre, porque barriguita llena corazón contento.

  Por acá les comparto las fotitos de los patrocinios, cuando finalizamos el curso hicimos rifa de los regalitos y repartimos los dulcitos, la torta que nos obsequio uno de los patrocinantes la repartimos por su puesto con gelatina, en esta oportunidad picamos la gelatina que tenía Gelacream para que las chicas probaran esta deliciosa y novedosa mezcla. Todo estuvo delicioso y bonito.

  In my courses I usually do advertising exchanges with my entrepreneur friends, they give me gifts to pamper my students and I give them back with marketing in my networks, this makes each course a much more satisfying experience because they raffle gifts and share delicious things, this time two of the gifts were sweets to share with the group and on behalf of the house my mom prepared a delicious Chinese rice, in my courses not only learn but always eat well is something that I always strive for, because full belly happy heart.

  Una de las tradiciones más universales creo es celebrar los cumpleaños y en una celebración de cumpleaños aunque la torta es probablemente el postre más importante la gelatina es su acompañante más esperado, una deliciosa gelatina siempre es bien recibida a la hora de picar la torta y cuando no hay se siente un vacío en el plato, o al menos eso siento yo cuando no me dan gelatina, por eso me esfuerzo para que mis clientes tengan bellas y deliciosas gelatinas que mantengan esa tradición de unir estos dos postres en las celebraciones.

  Sin embargo no todos se acuerdan de la gelatina con tiempo y cuando me contactan me toca escoger si les ayudo o no, no siempre puedo, y en el caso de clientes especiales a veces hago excepciones, esta gelatina me hizo hacer un sacrificio, fue uno de esos pedidos de última hora y coincidió con el cumpleaños de mi hermano, pensé iba a poder con todo pero entre el tiempo que requiere hacer una gelatina y la energía que me quita quede sin tiempo y sin fuerzas para hacerle torta a mi hermano ese día, primera vez que no le hago torta.

  Ese fin de semana el cumpleaños de hermano coincidió con que yo estaba colapsada de pedidos y no conforme con esto me comprometí con una más, por tratarse de una clienta muy fiel a la que no quería dejar sin su tradicional gelatina, la cual valió la pena totalmente realizar porque era de una temática poco usual, el diseño fue totalmente nuevo y me encantó el resultado.

  En el vídeo pueden observar un poco de la parte del proceso de elaboración de esta gelatina, el diseño superior de la pared de ladrillos y el cielo fue pintando a mano para esto utilicé gelatina de leche con colorante rojo y negro, y luego que desmolde la gelatina le pinte a los lados también una pared de ladrillos, está si la pinte directamente con colorante negro, había dejado el fondo rojo con una capa de gelatina de leche roja, y luego de desmoldar solo pinte las líneas de los ladrillos, y le pegue unas nubes, está parte no la grabé por las carreras del día.

  Con esta gelatina me pasó algo muy curioso, me gustó mucho más su versión sencilla 😍 que la versión final con el muñequito, siento que el efecto del mar en la gelatina quedó demasiado lindo, y el colocarle el muñeco tapó el arte, por eso le tome fotos antes de "decorar" porque sentía que estaba demasiado lindo así sin el muñeco.

  With this jelly something very curious happened to me, I liked the simple version much more 😍 than the final version with the doll, I feel that the effect of the sea in the jelly was too cute, and placing the doll covered the art, so I took pictures before “decorating” because I felt it was too cute without the doll.

  Para la realización de esta gelatina me ayude de moldes marinos, y busque que se pareciera lo más posible a la foto que me envió el cliente, aunque, la foto del cliente no era una gelatina gelatina, era una especie de cheesecake decorada con gelatina y a mi me tocó adaptarla en 100% gelatina con el muñequito realizado en Toppers.

  For the realization of this gelatin I used marine molds, and I tried to make it look as similar as possible to the photo that the customer sent me, although, the customer's photo was not a gelatin gelatin, it was a kind of cheesecake decorated with gelatin and I had to adapt it in 100% gelatin with the doll made in Toppers.

  El cliente me solicitó que hiciera la tabla de surf en gelatina y que tuviera el muñeco encima de pie, me envió una foto de referencia donde el muñeco aparecía con la tabla de surf y como cosa curiosa cuando me entregaron el toppers estaba tal cual la imagen con todo y tabla y me tocó picar a tijera para eliminar la tabla(la persona no captó la idea del cliente)estaba bonito pero no era lo solicitado.

  The client asked me to make the surfboard in gelatin and to have the doll standing on it, he sent me a reference photo where the doll appeared with the surfboard and as a curious thing when I got the toppers it was just like the image with everything and board and I had to cut it with scissors to remove the board (the person did not get the client's idea) it was nice but it was not what was requested.

  Y así fue como quedó la gelatina luego de la modificación del topper y tratando de hacer lo solicitado por el cliente, me gustó mucho este modelito, con y sin muñeco lucía hermosa 😍 pero los detalles del fondo marino eran algo que merecía ser mostrado 😍 antes de tapar con los demás detalles ¿verdad?   Para hacer esta gelatina luego de tener preparadas mis mezclas lo primero que hice fue poner a cuajar gelatina de leche de varios colores para picar las figuras de allí.

  Luego que tenía mis gelatinas de colores listas, pique las figuras redondas con cortadores, con los retazos hice una gelatina pequeña para colocar en el centro y me dispuse a armar la gelatina como pueden ver en el vídeo.

  Antes de comenzar a colocar las luces las lave con agua y les pase también un algodón con alcohol, estás luces que utilice las llaman "luces de hadas" el material del que estan hechas es una especie de cobre diseñado para poderse sumergir en agua y que no oxida ni suelta residuos con facilidad.

  After I had my colored jellies ready, I cut the round shapes with cutters, with the scraps I made a small jelly to place in the center and I set out to assemble the jelly as you can see in the video.

  Before starting to place the lights wash them with water and also pass them a cotton with alcohol, these lights that I use are called “fairy lights” the material they are made of is a kind of copper designed to be submerged in water and does not oxidize or release residues easily.

  Para la parte de la decoración externa realicé esferas también con gelatina de colores, me fuese gustado colocarle esferas doradas y creo fuese quedado más linda así pero la clienta me pasó una foto de un modelo que yo hice de intensamente que tenía esferas de colores, me dijo que lo quería similar pero sin los muñequitos y lo intente hacer lo más similar posible.

  For the external decoration I also made spheres with colored gelatin, I would have liked to put golden spheres and I think it would have been prettier like that but the client gave me a picture of a model I made of inside-out that had colored spheres, she told me she wanted it similar but without the little dolls and I tried to make it as similar as possible.

  Arme la gelatina siguiendo el estilo solicitado y este fue el resultado, la verdad me encantó, y el toque de las luces la hace mucho más llamativa aún 😍 ¿Ya habían visto este tipo de gelatinas? ¿Que les parece está idea?   Este modelito de torta fue solicitado por petición de una clienta, ella incluso me pasó un video para que viera como hicieron la torta y de allí me guíe para hacerla, se mantiene en la moda de las glitter cakes pero con el toque romántico de las rosas, realme el resultado fue hermoso, y aunque no soy muy partidaria de las flores naturales en las tortas, al cliente se le da lo que pide y debo admitir que el resultado me encantó.

  This little cake model was requested by a client, she even gave me a video to see how they made the cake and from there I was guided to make it, it keeps in the fashion of glitter cakes but with the romantic touch of roses, realme the result was beautiful, and although I am not very supportive of natural flowers in cakes, the customer is given what he asks for and I must admit that I loved the result.

  La torta era de 17 cm de diámetro, la decoré con un total de dos rosas, las cuales alcanzaron en la raya para cubrirla completa, yo pensé que me iban a vender rosas más grandes y cuando me llegaron ví que el tamaño no era el esperado pero por suerte me alcanzó.

  The cake was 17 cm in diameter, I decorated it with a total of two roses, which were enough in the stripe to cover it completely, I thought they were going to sell me bigger roses and when they arrived I saw that the size was not what I expected but luckily it was enough for me.

  Antes de ponerme a hacer el merengue y decorar la torta me dispuse a lavar muy bien los pétalos de las rosas, los sumergí en agua, les enjuague dos veces, le retiré el exceso de agua y puse a secar en un trapo limpio, me fuese gustado ponerles un toque de vinagre para limpiarlos aún mejor pero cuando busquen no tenía y pues tocó lavarlos sólo con agua.

  Before making the meringue and decorating the cake I washed the rose petals very well, I soaked them in water, rinsed them twice, removed the excess water and put them to dry on a clean cloth, I would have liked to put a touch of vinegar to clean them even better but when I looked I didn't have any and so I had to wash them only with water.

  Mientras los pétalos se terminaban de secar me dispuse a preparar mi merengue italiano, el cual ya les compartí la receta en un post.

  While the petals finished drying I prepared my Italian meringue, which I already shared the recipe in a post.

  Para obtener ese tono rojo intenso utilicé colorante en polvo rojo de la marca colombiana colorisa, una vez listo el merengue italiano cubri y alise la torta para luego proceder a colocar los pétalos y el resto de la decoración.

  To obtain that intense red tone I used red powder coloring from the Colombian brand colorisa, once the Italian meringue was ready I covered and smoothed the cake and then proceeded to place the petals and the rest of the decoration.

  Hola hola gente linda de HIVE el día de ayer compartí un post con el paso de la realización de una hermosa gelatina de Winnie Pooh, pero el día de hoy quiero enseñarles como usar los moldes estrella de esa creación.

  Hello hello beautiful people of HIVE yesterday I shared a post with the step by step of making a beautiful Winnie Pooh jelly, but today I want to show you how to use the star molds of that creation.

  Para hacer estás bellas figuras de abejitas y panal utilicé los moldes de silicón que pueden apreciar en el vídeo y para huir un poco de ponerme a pintar a mano alzada todos los detalles de las figuras opte por hacerlas de una vez con gelatina de colores.

  To make these beautiful bee and honeycomb figures I used the silicone molds that you can see in the video and to avoid painting freehand all the details of the figures I chose to make them all at once with colored gelatin.

  Para las abejitas utilicé gelatina de leche color blanco, y luego gelatina amarilla en estás si tuve que pintar luego a mano las rayitas negras. Como el espacio de las alas es un orificio bastante pequeño me ayude de una jeringa para poder colocar las alitas blancas sin llenar de blanco todo el molde, luego finalicé con gelatina amarilla, unos minutos en la nevera, desmolde, hice las rayitas y obtuve muchas lindas abejitas.

  For the little bees I used white milk gelatin, and then yellow gelatin in these if I had to paint the little black stripes by hand. As the space of the wings is a quite small hole, I used a syringe to place the white wings without filling the whole mold with white, then I finished with yellow gelatin, a few minutes in the fridge, unmolded, made the stripes and I got a lot of nice little bees.

  Para el panal también me ayudé de la inyectadora, quería tuviera un efecto de mezcla de colores entonces rellene primero con un tono naranja intenso en la parte de los bordes y luego le agregué gelatina color amarillo.

  For the honeycomb I also used the injector, I wanted it to have a mixed color effect so I filled it first with an intense orange tone on the edges and then I added yellow gelatin.

  Este tipo de moldes puede ser usado para otros materiales, como chocolate, fondant, masa flexible, velas, jabones hay infinitos modelos y diseños tantos que nos hace convertirnos en compradoras compulsivas.

  This type of molds can be used for other materials, such as chocolate, fondant, flexible dough, candles, soaps, there are so many models and designs that make us become compulsive buyers.

  En esta oportunidad la temática de la gelatina fue de un personaje de esos clásicos que nunca pasan de moda, Winnie Pooh 😍 ¿Quien no conoce este tierno personaje? Este bello osito definitivamente ha acompañado a muchas generaciones y hoy les presento este bello diseño de gelatina 3D inspirado en él.

  Para la realización de la imagen del personaje utilicé transferencias con tinta vegetal para gelatina, imprimí en hoja normal (papel bond). Dejé la figura pegada en un lamina de gelatina blanca durante aproximadamente unos 40 minutos para que la imagen quedara nítida y con bastante color.

  This time the theme of the jelly was one of those classic characters that never go out of fashion, Winnie Pooh 😍 Who doesn't know this cute character? This cute little bear has definitely accompanied many generations and today I present you this beautiful 3D jelly design inspired by him.

  For the realization of the image of the character I used transfers with vegetable ink for gelatin, printed on a normal sheet (bond paper). I left the figure stuck on a white gelatin sheet for about 40 minutes so that the image would be clear and with enough color.

  Para realzar la belleza de mis gelatinas siempre suelo ayudarme con el uso de moldes, para esta temática se destacan en particular un par de moldes, el de abejitas y el de panal, estos los consideré especiales para esta temática, quienes conocemos a Winnie sabemos su especial debilidad por la miel.

  Les voy a dejar por acá una foto de los moldes que utilice por si desean buscarlos, el molde de abejitas en particular me encantó demasiado, las alas se ven demasiado espectaculares.

  To enhance the beauty of my gelatins I always help myself with the use of molds, for this theme a couple of molds stand out in particular, the bee mold and the honeycomb mold, I considered them special for this theme, those of us who know Winnie know her special weakness for honey.

  Las gelatinas 3D es un arte donde la creatividad es el límite y no hacen falta herramientas de la NASA para hacer cosas hermosas, por ejemplo: la figura del árbol, el cielo, la grama.

  Para hacer el paisaje o fondo de esta gelatina necesitamos sólo gelatina, pinceles, colores y cualquier molde que tengas en tu cocina. Las gelatinas son para mi como un lienzo donde plasmó un arte totalmente comestible y delicioso.

  All the details of the making of this gelatin can be seen in the video, it may seem like magic or something extremely difficult but believe me, like everything in life it is a matter of daring, love, patience and I assure you that you will obtain beautiful results.

  3D gelatins is an art where creativity is the limit and you don't need NASA tools to make beautiful things, for example: the figure of the tree, the sky, the grass.

  To make the landscape or background of this gelatin we only need gelatin, brushes, colors and any mold you have in your kitchen. For me, gelatins are like a canvas where I create a totally edible and delicious art.

  Bueno realmente fue un 2x1 que hice para el cumpleaños de mi sobrino, la primera fue totalmente de último momento para que mi sobrino no pasará su cumpleaños sin celebrar y menos teniendo una tía repostera, esos días estábamos sin presupuesto, sin materiales y pues cuando ya llegó el día se logró organizar algo de último momento para que compartiera con sus compañeros en el fútbol.

  La segunda que hice fue para una celebración ya un poco más planeada, para hacerla en familia, con sus primitos y abuelos, después que no había para cumpleaños pudimos celebrarle doble jejeje gracias a Dios porque a él le encanta celebrar su cumpleaños y compartir en familia.

  Well, it was really a 2x1 I made for my nephew's birthday, the first one was totally last minute so that my nephew would not spend his birthday without celebrating and even less having a baker aunt, those days we were without budget, without materials and when the day arrived we managed to organize something last minute for him to share with his classmates in soccer.

  The second one I did was for a celebration that was a little more planned, to do it as a family, with his cousins and grandparents, after there was no birthday we were able to celebrate him double hehehehe thanks God because he loves to celebrate his birthday and share with his family.

Preparando la torta de cupcakes

  Para la preparación de los cupcakes seguí la receta que les compartí anteriormente acá en mi blog, de hecho me la copié desde acá de HIVE porque no me la sé de memoria, pero en esta oportunidad preparé la mitad de la receta, la cuya cuál mágicamente me rinde para 24 ponquesitos en capacillo #11 y cuadra perfectamente para armar esta bella torta de cupcakes.

  For the preparation of the cupcakes I followed the recipe that I shared previously here on my blog, in fact I copied it from HIVE because I don't know it by heart, but this time I prepared half of the recipe, which magically yields for 24 cupcakes in cupcake tin #11 and fits perfectly to make this beautiful cupcake cake.

  Para armar la torta colocamos los cupcakes en una bandeja rectangular, recorrimos medio Anaco con el tiempo montando encima buscando una bandeja y como no conseguimos tocó hacerla en casa, la que utilicé la fabricó la mamá de mi sobrino quien por suerte estaba conmigo y me ayudó para poder hacer las cosas más rápido 🙏 y para la segunda torta de cupcakes la reciclamos para usarla de nuevo por eso en vídeo pueden ver restos de silicón.

  To assemble the cake we placed the cupcakes in a rectangular tray, we went through half of Anaco looking for a tray and as we couldn't find one we had to make it at home, the one I used was made by my nephew's mom who luckily was with me and helped me to make things faster 🙏 and for the second cupcake cake we recycled it to use it again so in the video you can see silicone leftovers.

  Por cierto los ponquesitos los pegué a la bandeja con silicón por recomendación de una amiga repostera que me contó que ella lo hacía así, sin embargo también pueden pegarlos con glucosa si quieren que sea totalmente comestible, yo use la vía rápida, de todas formas el silicón se queda pegado e la bandeja al despegar el ponquesito.

  Para la decoración utilice merengue italiano el cuál también les compartí hace un tiempo en mi blog la receta.

  El propio día de su cumpleaños mi sobrino pudo soplar velitas y celebrar con sus compañeros del fútbol, valió realmente la pena todo el esfuerzo, luego de la práctica cantaron cumpleaños y siguieron jugando y echando broma un rato, la paso muy bien en su escuela de futbol con sus compañeros de equipo y no paso su día especial en blanco.

First celebration:

  On his own birthday my nephew was able to blow out candles and celebrate with his soccer teammates, it was really worth all the effort, after practice they sang birthday songs and continued playing and joking around for a while, he had a great time at his soccer school with his teammates and didn't spend his special day in white.

La segunda celebración:

  En esta oportunidad celebramos en familia con sus abuelos y primitos, llevamos la torta de cupcakes y unas gelatinas de vasitos a un parque de mi ciudad llamando "las ballenas" dónde los niños pasaron una tarde súper divertida jugando pelota y corriendo con total libertad.

  Aproveché de tomar unas fotos bonitas de mi trabajo al aire libre, al primito más chiquito de la camada que estaba también por cumplir su primer añito, y por supuesto a todo lo que pude, ya les dejo por acá un poquito del spam fotográfico de ese día que la pasamos súper bien en familia.

The second celebration:

  This time we celebrated as a family with their grandparents and little cousins, we took the cupcake cake and some cup jellies to a park in my city called “the whales” where the kids had a super fun afternoon playing ball and running around freely.

  I took the opportunity to take some nice pictures of my work outdoors, the youngest cousin of the litter who was also about to celebrate his first birthday, and of course everything I could and I leave here a little bit of the photographic spam of that day that we had a great time as a family.
