Muchas gracias a todos por hacer posible el tercer año de Zombie Awards.

El sábado nueve de diciembre tuvimos cita a las 13:00 horas en el Foro Cultural Azcapotzalco, más de mil personas se congregaron para nuestra gala.

Tuvimos entre nuestras filas demonios, vampiros, monstruos, zombies y humanos.

Bebidas refrescantes de regalo de nuestros amigos de Cassava Roots, fotografías especiales para el outfit de la noche, todos desfilaron para la premiación.

Treinta y cuatro categorías, premios especiales, reconocimientos por trayectoria, un gran show de medio tiempo y todo el ambiente de los seguidores de los nominados.

Zombiemania, Henry Bedwell, Doctor Sadismo, Sonoterror, Fepo Aponte, Chumoy Zombie Master, Malika Queen, Albertho Fabelá, LUCIFERia, Fairuza Escritora, la Taquería de Wesker, Maria Corleone, Terror en Tlatelolco, Vadir Sotelo, son algunos de los ganadores.

Rafa Monster, Carlos Camaleón, Erick Hawaz y Fabián Rosales fueron sorprendidos por un premio por trayectoria.

Sandra Becerril fue la ganadora del premio de la noche, el zombie awards 2023, premio que recibieron con anterioridad Luis Ramos y Jesús Gallardo.

Reconocemos el trabajo de cada uno de los nominados y queremos felicitarlos.

Gracias por contribuir a la cultura del horror y de los zombies.

Thank you very much to everyone for making possible the third year of Zombie Awards.

On Saturday December 9th we had an appointment at 13:00 hours at the Azcapotzalco Cultural Forum, more than a thousand people gathered for our gala.

We had among our ranks demons, vampires, monsters, zombies and humans.

Refreshing drinks as a gift from our friends from Cassava Roots, special pictures for the outfit of the night, all paraded for the awards.

Thirty-four categories, special awards, lifetime achievement awards, a great halftime show and all the ambiance of the nominees' fans.

Zombiemania, Henry Bedwell, Doctor Sadismo, Sonoterror, Fepo Aponte, Chumoy Zombie Master, Malika Queen, Albertho Fabelá, LUCIFERia, Fairuza Escritora, la Taquería de Wesker, Maria Corleone, Terror en Tlatelolco, Vadir Sotelo, are some of the winners.

Rafa Monster, Carlos Camaleón, Erick Hawaz and Fabián Rosales were surprised by a lifetime achievement award.

Sandra Becerril was the winner of the award of the night, the zombie awards 2023, an award previously received by Luis Ramos and Jesús Gallardo.

Somos diferentes, pareciera que estamos siempre ocultos en las sombras, amamos lo que muchos temen, nos asombra lo desconocido, disfrutamos de la inquietante cultura del terror, y es que la oscuridad es necesaria para apreciar la belleza de quienes somos, por eso estamos agradecidos de que seas parte de los Oscars del Horror, los Zombie Awards.

En noviembre de 2019 Jhoan Miranda crea un proyecto llamado Zombie Awards

La idea era sencilla: darle un reconocimiento a todos los líderes, artistas y emprendedores en el rubro de los zombies. Dedicar un espacio para ellos como lo hubiera deseado durante toda su carrera. Se formaron más de 30 categorías en diferentes ramas artísticas, donde nadie quedó fuera.

Mejor Escritor, mejor producción, mejor banda, mejor evento, mejor cortometraje, entre otras que son parte de lo que ahora conocemos como los premios Oscar del Horror, apodo cariñoso que nos otorgaron desde la primera rueda de prensa.

La primera edición se llevó a cabo el 29 de febrero de 2020 en Cinemex de
Galería plaza de las estrellas.
Con un total de 450 invitados, la ceremonia fue todo un éxito. Invitados, nominados y asistentes desfilaron por nuestra versión de alfombra roja.

Que parió!, Carlos Camaleón, Álvaro Cueva, Legión Zombie, Marcha Zombie México, Invasion Zombie Ixtapaluca y la película mexicana Some Be fueron algunos de nuestros ganadores de esta edición.

El ganador de la presea más importante el ¨El Zombie Awards 2020¨ fue Luis Ramos de Legión Zombie.

Todos nuestros asistentes se divirtieron por horas durante el After en dónde se forjaron nuevos lazos de amistad.

Para nuestra segunda edición, fue toda una hazaña: la pandemia nos detuvo dos años, en dónde toda la comunidad le costó recuperarse de las secuelas tanto personales como laborales.
La pesadilla de una invasión por enfermedad se hizo real, y no de la forma en que pensábamos sería; ningún manual de supervivencia nos había preparado para ver caer a nuestros seres cercanos uno por uno, todo lo retratado en la televisión y el cine, se quedó corto en cuanto a lo que vivimos. Esta pandemia se llevó a muchos de la comunidad, mismos que llevamos dentro.
Nos unimos en su dolor… Zombie Awards es por aquellos que ya no nos pueden acompañar de forma física, pero están presentes en nuestros corazones.

En agosto de 2022 retomamos las actividades y la rueda de prensa que cambiaría todo: los zombie awards ahora también premian al horror en general y se anuncia la fecha de la siguiente edición para el 10 de diciembre de 2022. La sede: el Centro Cultural Carranza, con un aforo de más de 750 personas dando paso a la entrega de premios al horror más grande de América.

Jhoan Miranda crea una categoría dinámica para que todos los que asistan tengan la oportunidad de ganar un premio, este premio se llama "Outfit de la noche"; todos los que desfilaron por la alfombra roja eran subidos a redes sociales y el que tuviera más reacciones, ganaba.

Carlos Trejo, Sangre de las musas, Marcha Zombie México, Machin Tv, Zombie War, Disección tv, Todo de Zombie, Alvaro Cueva, Cuervo Lara, Zombie Mania y Peter Wolf fueron algunos de nuestros ganadores, y el premio más importante de la noche el ¨Zombie Awadrs 2022¨ fue para Jesus Gallardo de Invasion Zombie Ixtapaluca.

Recuerden que los Zombie Awards son un evento anual que premia a lo mejor de la industria del género de terror y cultura Zombie, solo los mejores reciben un reconocimiento tomando en cuenta su talento, creatividad y originalidad.

Este proyecto nació de mentes brillantes y cuenta con un maravilloso equipo encargado de hacer que este evento sea una experiencia inolvidable.

Mil gracias a todos y cada uno de nuestros seguidores, sin ustedes esto no sería posible.

We are different, it seems that we are always hidden in the shadows, we love what many fear, we are amazed by the unknown, we enjoy the disturbing culture of terror, and is that the darkness is necessary to appreciate the beauty of who we are, that's why we are grateful that you are part of the Oscars of Horror, the Zombie Awards.

In November 2019 Jhoan Miranda creates a project called Zombie Awards.

The idea was simple: give recognition to all the leaders, artists and entrepreneurs in the zombie industry. Dedicate a space for them as he would have wished throughout his career. More than 30 categories were formed in different artistic branches, where no one was left out.

Best Writer, Best Production, Best Band, Best Event, Best Short Film, among others that are part of what we now know as the Oscars of Horror, affectionate nickname given to us since the first press conference.

In August 2022 we resume the activities and the press conference that would change everything: the zombie awards now also reward horror in general and the date of the next edition is announced for December 10, 2022. The venue: the Carranza Cultural Center, with a capacity of more than 750 people giving way to the awards ceremony for the greatest horror in America.
