<p>Tomé la decisión de empezar con entrenamientos muy ligeros, ejercicios de acondicionamiento e ir aumentando la carga de los ejercicios poco a poco, así me mantuve por todo un mes.</p>

<p>El Lunes, 12 de Febrero, tomé la decisión de recuperar la parada de manos, fuí al parque "Las Ballenitas" con mi pareja Mila (<a href="/user/milagroscdlrr">@milagroscdlrr</a>), después de cierto ejercicios de calentamientos, preparé mi teléfono en el trípode para comenzar a grabar.</p>

<p>On Monday, February 12th, I made the decision to recover the handstand, I went to the park "Las Ballenitas" with my partner Mila (<a href="/user/milagroscdlrr">@milagroscdlrr</a>), after some warm-up exercises, I prepared my phone on the tripod to start recording.</p>

<p>Esos eran algunos de los pensamientos que yo tenía mientras calentaba.</p>

<p>En los primeros intentos, logré marcar la postura de la parada de manos pero no pude mantener la postura por más de un par de segundos, los brazos se me flexionaban automáticamente, era una respuesta natural del cuerpo por haber tenido tanto tiempo sin haber hecho la parada de manos.</p>

<p>Fue para el intento número 5 que logré mantenerme en la parada de manos, logré encontrar el equilibrio y aunque sentía que mis brazos se querían flexionar, yo aplicaba fuerza con mis hombros e incluso los tríceps, para mantener mis brazos extendidos.</p>

<p>Sin pensarlo mucho comencé a realizar variaciones en la parada de manos, no perdí la oportunidad y comencé a jugar con las piernas, sintiendo el equilibrio y controlando mi cuerpo lo mejor que podía.</p>
<p>!Para mi sorpresa logré durar un aproximado de 40 segundos! 🙏🏻</p>

<p>Without thinking too much I started to do variations in the handstand, I didn't miss the opportunity and started to play with my legs, feeling the balance and controlling my body as best as I could.</p>

<p>Luego de un descanso lo volví a intentar y me costó volver a mantener la postura, pero logré volver a hacer la parada de manos después de 3 intentos.</p>
<p>Incluso en algunos de los intentos anteriores me atreví a mirar la cámara jajaja, creo que por eso me caí, enfoque mi concentración en mirar la cámara y no en mantener el equilibrio. 😅</p>

<p>En esta competencia asistieron muchas amistades para participar como atletas, algunas de estas amistades son de otros estados, amigos que con muy poca frecuencia uno puede ver y hablar con ellos.</p>

<p>A unos cuantos minutos antes de comenzar la actividad, Mila y yo salimos desde mi casa hasta el centro comercial, ya que vivo prácticamente cerca de este centro comercial.</p>
<p>Como es de costumbre tomamos algunas fotografías al llegar, como las que pueden ver de la entrada del centro comercial.</p>

<p>A few minutes before the start of the activity, Mila and I set off from my house to the mall, as I live practically close to the mall.</p>
<p>As usual we took some pictures when we arrived, like the ones you can see at the entrance of the mall.</p>

<p>Comencé por tomar algunas fotografías del entorno donde estaría la puesta en acción de los atletas.</p>
<p>Tomé un par de fotos como pueden ver en la parte superior de estos párrafos, en ese momento, ya faltaba poco para dar inicio a la actividad.</p>
<p>Después de unos minutos comenzó la actividad, a Mila y a mí nos invitaron a sentarnos en unas sillas, dentro del área de la competencia, eso muy bueno para poder grabar con mayor comodidad y cercanía para captar las participaciones de los atletas.</p>

<p>I started by taking some pictures of the environment where the athletes would be in action.</p>
<p>I took a couple of pictures as you can see at the top of these paragraphs, at that time, it was almost time for the activity to start.</p>
<p>After a few minutes the activity started, Mila and I were invited to sit on some chairs, inside the competition area, which was very good to be able to record with more comfort and proximity to capture the participation of the athletes.</p>

<p>Una vez comenzó la actividad, me dediqué a grabar cada participación para poder compartir este post con ustedes, cabe destacar que esta competencia estuvo estructurada para evaluar a los diferentes atletas en 3 categorias, siendo estas, la categoría Amateur, categoría Semi-Profesional y la categoría Profesional. Cada atleta en base a su condición física, experiencia y habilidad sabía en que categoría le correspondía participar.</p>
<p>A continuación detallaré brevemente cada categoría desarrollada en esta competencia, así como también mencionaré a los atletas participantes, sus respectivas participaciones individuales para clasificar, los versus que hayan realizado en las diferentes rondas y concluiré compartiendo quienes fueron los ganadores de cada categoría.</p>

<p>Once the activity began, I dedicated myself to record each participation to share this post with you, it should be noted that this competition was structured to evaluate the different athletes in 3 categories, being these, the Amateur category, Semi-Professional category and the Professional category. Each athlete based on their physical condition, experience and ability knew in which category they had to participate.</p>
<p>Below I will briefly detail each category developed in this competition, as well as mention the participating athletes, their respective individual participations to qualify, the versus they have made in the different rounds and conclude by sharing who were the winners of each category.</p>

<p>La primera, siendo esta la clasificatoria, se desarrolló para clasificar a los 4 atletas con mayor puntaje.</p>
<p>Una vez establecidos los 4 atletas clasificados, se desarrollaron las siguientes 2 rondas; la "Ronda 2" para definir mediante un versus al ganador del tercer lugar en esta categoría y la "Ronda 3" para definir igualmente mediante un versus a los ganadores del primer y segundo lugar.</p>

<p>Fue una larga pero excelente experiencia estando presente en la competencia y grabando cada una de las participaciones, honestamente lo disfruté mucho, para ese entonces no podía practicar el Street Workout, pero el hecho de poder ver a mis amigos ejecutar sus elementos de Street Workout y sus diferentes movimientos, fue muy motivador.</p>

<p>Como mencioné en mi anterior post relacionado a este evento, el pasado sábado 21 de Octubre, se realizó en mi ciudad (Maracay), una compentencia de Street Workout a nivel nacional, llamada <a href="https://www.instagram.com/legendsofthebars_vzla/" rel="nofollow noopener" title="This link is not safe!">Legends Of The Bars</a>, siendo ésta su tercera edición. La compentecia tuvo lugar específicamente en el centro comercial <a href="https://www.instagram.com/cclasamericas/" rel="nofollow noopener" title="This link is not safe!">Las Américas</a>, en este lugar fue donde surgió toda la experiencia.</p>

The competition took place specifically in the shopping centre <a href="https://www.instagram.com/cclasamericas/" rel="nofollow noopener" title="This link is not safe!">Las Americas</a>, in this place was where the whole experience took place.</p>

<p>Durante el proceso que me tomaba algunas fotografías, cuando terminaban los momentos de descanso para los atletas, también me ponía a grabar esas últimas participaciones de cada categoria.</p>
<p>Cabe mencionar que en la competencia se evaluaron 2 categorias, la categoria Semi-Profesional y la categoría Profesional.</p>
<p>En ambas categorías estaban distribuidos atletas de diversos estados y entre algunos de ellos, se encontraban atletas de ésta comunidad, <a href="https://peakd.com/c/hive-108943">SWC</a>.</p>

<p>During the process of taking some pictures, when the athletes' breaks were over, I also started to record the last participations of each category.</p>
<p>It is worth mentioning that in the competition there were 2 categories, the Semi-Professional category and the Professional category.</p>
<p>In both categories were distributed athletes from different states and among some of them, there were athletes from this community, <a href="https://peakd.com/c/hive-108943">SWC</a>.</p>

Como apenas está por terminar la semana desde que retomé mi actividad física, quise ponerme a prueba y ver si era capaz de aguantar todo el tiempo de la canción, el cual era un tiempo estimado de 3 minutos y 30 segundos.</div>

As I am just about to finish the week since I resumed my physical activity, I wanted to test myself and see if I was able to last the whole time of the song, which was an estimated time of 3 minutes and 30 seconds.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Estos últimos meses la verdad me ha costado enfocarme y dar el 100% en mis entrenamientos, de hecho, desde que inició mi proceso de rehabilitación por el accidente que experimenté, luego de estar rehabilitado y en condición para iniciar los entrenamientos, he notado que no he sido constante como era antes, en ese aspecto he tenido en algunas ocasiones, falta de motivación y constancia en mis entrenamientos.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Pero he decidido cambiar de actitud, tomar enfoque, concentración y disciplina en mis entrenamientos como era habitualmente antes del accidente.
Sé que la motivación llegará en el pasar de los días, cuando ya pueda notar o evidenciar los resultados de mis entrenamientos. Todo es un proceso de aprendizaje, he decidido darme la oportunidad de fortalecer mis capacidades nuevamente y de volver a sentir el dominio de mi cuerpo, poder controlar cada movimiento que sé que puedo ser capaz de realizar.</div>

I know that the motivation will come in the days to come, when I will be able to notice or see the results of my training. <div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">En esta ocasión decidí volver a traerles una publicación acerca de la Parada de Manos, como bien saben la mayoría de las personas que me conocen, el Handstand es uno de mis movimientos favoritos de la Calistenia y el Street Workout, de hecho siempre que voy a entrenar, independientemente de la rutina que me toque realizar ese día, después del calentamiento y los estiramientos, lo primero que hago antes de empezar la rutina es realizar un aguante en Handstand, es un hábito que ya tengo establecido desde que aprendí a hacer este movimiento y le agarre el cariño que le tengo ahora.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Se debe hacer la  posición similar a la postura de Pica como podemos ver en los ejercicios básicos y realizar una flexión de brazos hasta posicionar los a 90° grados, seguido de esto debemos usar nuestra fuerza abdominal para comprimir el abdomen e ir poco a poco elevando las piernas, mientras se mantiene la compresión abdominal y la tensión de los brazos en 90° grados.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Puedo decir que no encontré mejor manera de regresar en la creación de contenido que uniendome en la realización de este reto, puesto que, lo ví muy adecuado para interactuar nuevamente con los usuarios de la comunidad y también porque la parada de manos es mi estático o habilidad favorita.</div>
<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-right">I can say that I found no better way to get back into content creation than joining in the making of this challenge, since, I saw it very suitable to interact again with the users of the community and also because handstand is my favourite static or skill.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Quiero mencionar que el reto lo cumplí en mi tercer intento, puesto que, como mencioné en la introducción del vídeo, en estos meses después de mi recuperación y rehabilitación no había hecho un máximo aguante de la parada de manos, a pesar de eso, igual me atreví a realizar el reto porque he estado entrenando el aguante de la parada de manos indirectamente.</div>
<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-right">I want to mention that I completed the challenge on my third attempt, since, as I mentioned in the introduction of the video, in these months after my recovery and rehabilitation I had not done a maximum handstand, despite that, I still dared to do the challenge because I have been training handstand endurance indirectly.</div>

Por el momento todo bien y con mente positiva, dejando pasar el tiempo mientras me concentraba en mi equilibrio y escuchaba una música a través de mis audífonos para motivar me.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Finalmente logré completar el tiempo requerido y a su vez el reto que propuso <a href="/user/milagroscdlrr">@milagroscdlrr</a>, muy agradecido con ella por motivarme, también por tener la iniciativa y la creatividad de proponer este reto para los miembros de esta comunidad, gracias a este reto pude comprobar que aún mantengo buena resistencia en mi amada parada de manos y que puedo proponerme a hacer mucho más, agradezco también a <a href="/user/manuelramos">@manuelramos</a> quien fue el que me grabó y tuvo la paciencia de grabarme los 3 intentos totales jajaja.</div>
