La promesa del señor es que todo obra para bien y después de tantos tratamientos infructuosos, que no dieron ningún tipo de resultados para poder tener nuevamente un cabello SANO, tomé (junto a mi equipo), decisiones drásticas que le cuento a continuación:

Todo inició en los talleres de la institución INCES, donde se imparte la formación Asesor de Belleza. A nivel nacional es dictada, y en mi centro es dirigida por mi amiga personal Milagros. Ella es la encargada de instruir a los interesados (as) en el arte del tratamiento del cabello.

Confío plenamente en ella porque cuenta con más de 30 años de trayectoria y siempre está informada de los nuevos tratamientos y productos ideales para el cabello.

En su salón, posee equipos como si estuvieses en el salón de belleza y una cantidad de participantes que acuden diariamente a obtener conocimientos. No obstante, muchas veces no tienen modelos para las prácticas porque no se atreven a colocar el cabello en manos de aprendices.

Por la complejidad del tratamiento, ella me atendió personalmente porque íbamos a aplicar químico en mi cabello, y no podía dejarlo en manos de personas con poca práctica.

She is responsible for instructing those interested in the art of hair treatment. I trust her completely because she has over 30 years of experience and is always informed about new treatments and products ideal for hair. In her salon, she has equipment as if you were in a beauty salon and a number of participants who come daily to acquire knowledge. However, many times they do not have models for practice because they are hesitant to entrust their hair to learners. In this case, she personally attended to me because we were going to apply chemicals to my hair, and I could not leave it in the hands of people with little practice.

Con respecto a mis canas que salieron a relucir más que antes, me aconsejó comprar un champú para ellas e ir aclarándolas con el tiempo. Esto llevará una buena temporada, pero he decidido no pintar mi cabello, sino conservarlo lo más natural posible.

Si me preguntan por el producto que me apliqué, es la hidratación Oro Liss Oro Diamante que es popular en mi país y muy usada por las que quieren alisar su cabello. Me gustó que es bajo olor y el resultado se vio de inmediato 💯, lo único, es esperar como se comporta con el paso de los meses, lavados e idas a la playa 😎.

Para viajar, he usado varios medios: carros, buses, motos, barcos y aviones. Estos últimos me encantan por toda la vibra que se transmite antes, durante y después.

Por eso quise tener empatía con ustedes, contarles cómo se ve un aeropuerto, la espera, algunos tips, el despegue y el aterrizaje. Repito ¿Sonará que tiene de especial? Pues mucho, porque yo también sentí la necesidad de preguntarle a alguien que no sonara soberbio en su respuesta o me viera inferior por preguntar cosas tan simples como ¿tienen baño?, ¿qué hago mientras espero?, ¿cómo son los pasillos?, ¿me puedo llevar la revista?, y cosas que se me ocurrieron que solo supe cuando volé por primera vez.

El video lo grabé desde el aeropuerto Internacional José Antonio Anzoátegui- Barcelona, hasta el Aeropuerto Internacional Simón Bolívar en Maiquetía- La Guaira. La duración es de 25 minutos, pero se debe estar, cuando es vuelo nacional, 2 horas antes para el chequeo. Lo único necesario (en mi país) es el boleto (físico o electrónico) y la cédula laminada. Si son niños, viajar con algunos de los padres o algún permiso especial y si son extranjeros, con su pasaporte vigente y estadía legal en el país.

Se debe chequear el equipaje de bodega, que no debe pasar los 22 kilos (algunas aceptan 25 o 30 kilos) y el equipaje de mano de 8 kilos. Making my list of things that I accomplished this year, was to attend an activity that I like such as dancing. Since I was a little girl I've loved dancing, but I've never done it professionally.

Checking Instagram, I came across @ApasionateAcademiadeBaile and was invited to a free salsa dance course. At first I refused because of the distance, the day, the time, but after thinking about it and “throwing” negative thoughts out of my brain, I got more organized and decided to go.

I had invited a friend, who I know loves to dance, the academy is 2 blocks from his house, that is, I had everything to say yes (since the dance was in pairs), but he told me he could not with several excuses. That was my main reason to give up, but talking to the instructor, he told me that it didn't matter, so I decided to go and see what it was all about.

The group was very friendly, you can tell they have been dancing for a long time, they told me that they also dance other musical genres such as bachata (from Dominican Republic), but I went for salsa and it did not disappoint.

At the beginning, they taught some very particular dance steps and what I liked was that everything prepared us for a final choreography. All this was done in a space of time of 2 hours, that is, in two hours I was able to dance, drain, share and learn a choreography. I loved the course.

As an anecdote I can say that there was a couple that neither of them knew how to dance, and after two hours “they were already marking their first steps”; this left me with the conclusion that we can all do it, we just have to put dedication and effort.

Unfortunately I did not return because their classes are more of other genres or free salsa and I want to learn the casino style, which is the one danced by Cuban friends. In my city, I have not found another dance group or academy to teach me, so I continue with this frustrated dream, waiting for it. In short, a task for 2025😎.

Haciendo mi lista de de las cosas que logré este año, fue asistir a una actividad que me gusta como es el baile. Desde pequeña me gusta la danza, pero jamás lo he hecho de manera profesional.

Revisando Instagram, me consegui con @ApasionateAcademiadeBaile y me invitaba a un curso de baile de salsa libre. Al inicio me negué por lo lejos, el día, la hora, pero después de pensarlo y "botar" de mi cerebro los pensamientos negativos, me organicé mejor y decidí ir.

Había invitado a un amigo, que sé que le encanta bailar, la academia queda a 2 calles de su casa, o sea, tenía todo para decir que sí (ya que el baile era en pareja), pero me dijo que no podía con varias excusas. Ese fue mi motivo principal para desistir, pero hablando con el instructor, me dijo que no importaba, así que decidí acercarme a ver de qué trataba.

El grupo fue muy amable, se ve que tienen tiempo bailando, me contaron que también bailan otros géneros musicales como la bachata (de República Dominicana), pero yo fuí por la salsa y no defraudó.

Al inicio, enseñaron unos pasos de baile bien particulares y lo que me gustó fue que todo nos preparó para una coreografía final. Todo esto se hizo en un espacio de tiempo de 2 horas, es decir, en dos horas pude bailar, drenar, compartir y aprender una coreografía. Me encantó el curso.

Como anécdota puedo decir que había una pareja que ninguno de los dos sabía bailar, y al cabo de dos horas "ya marcaban sus primeros pasos"; esto me dejó como conclusión que todos podemos hacerlo, solo debemos ponerle dedicación y empeño.

Lamentablemente no volví porque sus clase son más de otros géneros o salsa libre y yo quiero aprender el estilo casino, que es el que bailan los amigos cubanos. En mi ciudad, no he coincido con otro grupo que baile o academia que me enseñe, así que sigo con ese sueño frustrado, esperando por ello. En resumen, tarea de 2025😎.

Queridos amigos, les hablé hace días sobre una caminata que hicimos para recolectar fondos, y poder realizar la operación de mi cuñada. Hoy, se está logrando ese objetivo, ya que en estos momentos de publicación, se está ralizando la intervención. Acompañenme con una oración por ella 🙏.

Mientras esto sucede, les comparto un video que resume todo lo que hicimos ese día. Espero lo disfruten y pronto les traeré más pero de mi nueva rutina de ejercicios.

Hola mi querida comunidad. Andaba asustada porque no podría mostrar este pequeño video que hice con ayuda de la app Inshot, a propósito de que se celebra el carnaval en mi país en los próximos días.

Todo comienza con el "Grito de carnaval" que es una comparsa improvisada, con un equipo de sonido y donde se recorren varias avenidas, con las personas bailando y danzando al compás de la música.

Acá venían las candidatas que previamente iban a ser coronados para ser oficialmente "La reina del carnaval".

Es algo que disfruto mucho y espero q ustedes también.

Hola mis queridos amigos, tiempo sin pasar por aquí, pero siempre activa viendo las emocionantes creaciones que traen nuestros #hivers.

Hoy, les traigo un vídeo de un día de muchas emociones en la

Semana aniversaria del INCES

Institución a la cual pertenezco desde hace 4 años y ¡ESTAMOS DE CUMPLEAÑOS! Por eso, se realizan diversas actividades en el mes de agosto para su celebración.

En esta semana, esta programada el concurso de la voz INCES. Evento que se realiza con la finalidad de sacar entre los estudiantes, maestros y trabajadores demostrando su talento, para elegir al mejor que nos representará a nivel nacional.

El evento inició un poco tarde por motivo de lluvia pero eso no impidió que los ánimos, las barras y todas las personas disfrutaran de las interpretaciones.

En el vídeo (primer trabajo que hago de esta forma), iniciamos con la llegada a la institución, luego la entrada del público muy animado por ver la actuación de cada uno. Por fin llegó el momento de de entrar los participantes (recibidos con aplausos) y los dos jurados quienes son personal INCES y cantantes en sus tiempos libres 😋.

Inició la presentación con "Un año" de Reik y Sebástian Yatra. Luego llegó la presentación número 2, con una canción de Juan Gabriel "Se me olvidó otra vez". Con la siguiente presentación, no la reconocí pero es de tema cristiano.

Hubo un entretiempo donde uno de los jurados pudo demostrar sus talento en el escenario cantando una linda canción llamada "América" y otra que esta muy de moda llamada "de los besos que te dí".

Prosiguió la presentación de la participante número 4 con la canción "me hace daño verte" y el último cantante nos deleitó con la canción "motivos" que la han interpretado artistas famosos como Luis Miguel y Vicente Fernández.

Por último, llegó la presentación de la profesora del jurado con "el negro y el catire" que es una canción popular para representar las batallas de la época colonial cuando el Negro Primero (héroe nacional) se enfrentó a los españoles que nos dominaban.

¡AH! Me olvidaba del Prof. Alí y su canción Linda Barinas y una escrita de su puño y letra llamada Inces Anzoátegui en honor a nuestra institución.

Después del jurado deliberar, seleccionó como el ganador de la competencia a Luis Santigao, el cantante número 5 y después de felicitarlo y desearle lo mejor en el concrso nacional, terminó el encuentro.

Today, I bring you a video of a day of many emotions in the

INCES Anniversary Week

Institution to which I have belonged for 4 years and WE ARE BIRTHDAY. For that reason, various activities are carried out in the month of August for its celebration.

This week, the INCES voice contest is scheduled. This event is held with the aim of bringing out students, teachers and workers to demonstrate their talent, to choose the best who will represent us at the national level.

The event started a little late due to rain but that did not stop the spirits, the bars and all the people to enjoy the interpretations.

In the first video I've made in this way, we started with the arrival at the institution, then the entrance of the public very excited to see the performance of each one. Finally it was time for the participants to enter (received with applause) and the two jurors who are INCES staff and singers in their free time 😋.

He started the presentation with "Un año" by Reik and Sebástian Yatra. Then came presentation number 2, with a song by Juan Gabriel "Se me olvidó otra vez". With the next presentation, I didn't recognise it but it is a Christian song.

There was a break where one of the jurors was able to demonstrate his talent on stage by singing a beautiful song called America and another song that is very fashionable called "de los besos que te dí".

The presentation of participant number 4 continued with the song "me hace daño verte" and the last singer delighted us with the song "motivos" which has been interpreted by famous artists such as Luis Miguel and Vicente Fernández.

Finally, came the presentation of the teacher of the jury with "el negro y el catire" which is a popular song to represent the battles of the colonial era when the Negro Primero (national hero) confronted the Spaniards who dominated us.

Ah! I forgot Prof. Alí and his song Linda Barinas and one written in his own handwriting called Inces Anzoátegui in honour of our institution.

After the jury's deliberation, they selected Luis Santigao, the number 5 singer, as the winner of the competition and after congratulating him and wishing him the best in the national competition, the meeting ended.
