Como está mi querida comunidad @fulldeportes, el día viernes se llevó a cabo uno de los eventos en los que más disfruto participar y la única manera de transmitir mi felicidad era compartiendo dicha experiencia a través de un contenido audiovisual por @threespeak 😊. En mi ciudad está un grupo muy activo los cuales se abocan por transmitir el mensaje de la vida activa y saludable, de hecho este grupo se llama "Cumana Saludable", tanto en el gimnasio que hacen vida como en eventos como este que les comparto el día de hoy, podemos encontrar variedad de actividades físicas, bailoterapias, comboxing y muchos ejercicios más. Lo que me encanta de todo esto es poder estar ejercitándome y a su vez apreciar las bellezas naturales de mi ciudad, entrenar al aire libre es algo completamente diferente y junto a mi familia es el complemento que hace esta particular salida en algo mu especial.

How is my dear community @fulldeportes, on Friday took place one of the events in which I most enjoy participating and the only way to convey my happiness was sharing this experience through an audiovisual content by @threespeak 😊. I don't usually post much here, but I still enjoy many activities that involve being in movement, some dance therapy are some of those things that I like to do from time to time. El relleno principal de las hallacas es el guiso de la carne que ya anteriormente en otro post se lo compartí, por esta razon quise traerles algo diferente a lo acostumbrado, un lindo video de lo que fue esa preparación de las hallacas para la cena de nochebuena en compañía de mi hija @edwarlyn11 quien es toda una experta en el amarrado. Así que los invito a ver mi vídeo para que conozcan esos secretos y si todavía no han elaborado sus hallacas aprendan un poco de mi receta.

Today I invite you to learn how to prepare hallacas at home in a very simple way, with the characteristic ingredients of this season that impregnate the kitchen with those Christmas aromas that we all love. The main filling of the hallacas is the meat stew that I previously shared in another post, for this reason I wanted to bring you something different from the usual, a nice video of what was the preparation of the hallacas for Christmas Eve dinner in the company of my daughter @edwarlyn11 who is an expert in the tying. So I invite you to watch my video so you know those secrets and if you have not yet made your hallacas learn a little of my recipe.

El primer trabajo que también es colectivo es limpiar las hojas de plátano donde se van a envolver las hallacas, esto es algo bien importante, para esto utilizo un pañito de tela y agua la cual debe cambiarse constantemente. Después cortarlas del tamaño deseado, yo acostumbro a separar en dos grupos en grandes y pequeñas, esto facilita el trabajo al momento de la selección.

Antes de sentarme a elaborar mis hallacas me gusta tener todo puesto sobre la mesa y por esto primeramente lo que tenemos que hacer es preparar la masa, la cual esta elaborada a base de harina de maíz, el agua preferiblemente es de caldo de pollo y para darle su color amarillo característico se le añade aceite teñido con semillas de onoto y por su puesto sal al gusto. Lo demás es la cebolla y el pimenton rojo cortados en julianas bien delgadas al igual que sancochar los huevos y cortarlos en ruedas. Los demás ingredientes para el relleno como las aceitunas y las pasas tambien las coloco en unos recipientes para tener todo bien organizado en la mesa

Teniendo todo en la mesa comienzo con la preparación de la hallacas, inicio escogiendo un par de hojas siempre coloco una grande y encima una mas pequeña la engraso con aceite onotado y coloco una pequeña porción de masa encima, para mi el secreto esta en extender la masa lo mas delgada posible y para esto utilizo un plástico que lo pongo encima de la masa y en forme de circulo comienzo a extender hasta lograr el grosor deseado. El primer ingrediente del relleno es el guiso después los demás son a gusto de cada quien como la rodaja de huevo, el pimentón, la cebolla, las pasas y las aceitunas

Con el relleno de nuestra hallacas listo la cerramos de la siguiente manera, encontrando solo dos de sus extremos. El restante de la masa queda fuera, doblamos y debemos estar bien segura que este bien envuelta para que al momento de cocinar no entre agua en nuestra preparación.

With the filling of our hallacas ready we close it in the following way, finding only two of its ends. The rest of the dough is left outside, we fold it and we must be sure that it is well wrapped so that when cooking it does not get water in our preparation.

¡Listo! de esta manera y después de unas cuantas horas de trabajo he terminado con la preparación de mis hallacas que fue parte de la cena de nochebuena en familia. Ready! in this way and after a few hours of work I have finished with the preparation of my hallacas that was part of the Christmas Eve dinner with my family. En esta oportunidad mi querida comunidad les compartiré lo que fue una actividad deportiva recreativa de esas que tanto me gustan y que ya lo he dejado saber por aquí, todo esto tuvo origen como parte de la celebración del 21° Aniversario del centro comercial Marina Plaza de mi ciudad Cumaná.

In this opportunity my dear community I will share with you what was a recreational sports activity of those that I like so much and that I have already let you know here, all this originated as part of the celebration of the 21st Anniversary of the Marina Plaza shopping center in my city Cumaná.

En los últimos meses se ha hecho costumbre y recurrente este tipo de eventos, grandes carreras y en este caso muy divertidas y beneficiosas bailoterapias, aeróbicos, acompañadas de comboxing, todo esto realizado por personas conocedoras del tema las cuales ya tienen en su haber un numero considerable de eventos deportivos, provenientes de un gimnasio nombrando a su grupo "Cumaná Saludable".

In recent months it has become customary and recurrent this type of events, great races and in this case very fun and beneficial bailoterapias, aerobics, accompanied by comboxing, all this done by knowledgeable people who already have to their credit a considerable number of sporting events, coming from a gym naming his group "Cumaná Saludable".

El lugar de encuentro fue como ya se los mencione recientemente en "Marina Plaza", uno que en sus buenos tiempos fue uno de los centros comerciales mas concurridos y visitados por todos de la ciudad de Cumaná, pero por diferentes razones y factores hizo que la popularidad decayera, sin embargo en los últimos tiempos se ha visto una pequeña mejoría en cuanto afluencia de personas, debido a las actividades realizadas en sus espacios y no es de extrañar dado que es un hermoso lugar con increíbles vistas al mar, haciéndolo mas llamativo por los yates y barcos que se encuentran en el embarcadero.

The meeting place was as I mentioned recently in "Marina Plaza", one that in its good times was one of the busiest shopping centers and visited by everyone in the city of Cumana, but for various reasons and factors made the popularity declined, however in recent times has seen a small improvement in terms of influx of people, due to the activities in their spaces and it is not surprising since it is a beautiful place with incredible views of the sea, making it more striking for the yachts and boats that are on the pier.

Volviendo al tema de la actividad básicamente se baso en la bailoterapia o por lo menos fue lo que mas pude hacer, por supuesto antes que nada con ayuda de los instructores todo el grupo hizo una serie de ejercicios de calentamientos, de esta manera el cuerpo estaría preparado para el baile.
Creo que lo he dicho en varias oportunidades pero el ejercitar de esta manera es muy bueno, te diviertes y a su vez pones prácticamente todo el cuerpo en movimiento, es un excelente ejercicio de cardio el cual es perfecto para mi por mi condición salud en cuanto a la hipertensión lo cual me obliga a estar en constante actividad y evitar a toda costa el sedentarismo.

Back to the topic of the activity, basically it was based on dance therapy or at least it was what I could do, of course first of all with the help of the instructors the whole group did a series of warm up exercises, in this way the body would be prepared for the dance.
I think I have said it several times but exercising in this way is very good, you have fun and in turn you put practically the whole body in motion, it is an excellent cardio exercise which is perfect for me because of my health condition in terms of hypertension which forces me to be in constant activity and avoid at all costs the sedentary lifestyle.

Son pocas las veces en las cuales he publicado en esta comunidad, pero pienso compartir mas a menudo algunas actividades las cuales me ayudan a estar en forma y mejorar mi condición física y de salud, esperando que se atrevan y se unan poniendo en practica lo poco o lo mucho, lo importante es sumar minutos de movimiento para que a largo plazo el cuerpo no nos pase factura. Por mi parte espero continuar y cada día mejorar. Nos vemos pronto!.

There are few times in which I have published in this community, but I plan to share more often some activities which help me to be in shape and improve my physical condition and health, hoping that they dare and join putting into practice a little or a lot, the important thing is to add minutes of movement so that in the long run the body does not take its toll on us. For my part I hope to continue and improve every day. See you soon.

Ya nos encontramos a día 4 de Diciembre y somos muchos los que ya vivimos el espíritu navideño, pero bien dicen por ahí que hasta que no armamos y decoramos nuestro arbolito en casa, aun no le hemos dado la bienvenida a la navidad. He recorrido lugares de mi ciudad, incluso he compartido por aquí uno que otro post en relación a estas fechas, sin embargo ha llegado el momento de darle luz y decoración a mi casa, no encontré mejor manera que hacerlo que a través de un video el cual tenia bastante tiempo que no realizaba, de hecho con este seria mi segundo video, en este pienso mostrarle cual es mi proceso para armar mi arbolito de navidad, algunas decoraciones que tengo, el como luce con las llamativas luces de colores y alguna que otra sorpresa con un compañerito muy especial para mi el cual es su primera navidad y se animo en acompañarme en este proceso que a todos nos gusta hacer.

We are already on December 4th and many of us are already living the Christmas spirit, but they say that until we do not assemble and decorate our tree at home, we have not yet welcomed Christmas. I have visited places in my city and I have even shared here one or another post in relation to these dates, however the time has come to give light and decoration to my house, I found no better way than doing it through a video which I had not done for a long time, in fact this would be my second video, in this one I plan to show you my process to build my christmas tree, some decorations I have, how it looks like with the colorful lights and some other surprises with a very special partner for me which is his first christmas and he was encouraged to join me in this process that we all like to do.

Debo decirles que soy muy conservadora en cuanto a las decoraciones de navidad, estas llevan años conmigo al igual que el propio árbol de navidad, el ser ordenada y cuidadosa ayuda mucho a no generar grandes gastos cuando se aproximan estas fechas, solo es cuestión de añadir algún detallito para hacer diferente la decoración en comparación a los años pasados.

I must tell you that I am very conservative when it comes to Christmas decorations, these have been with me for years as well as the Christmas tree itself, being tidy and careful helps a lot to not generate large expenses when these dates are approaching, it is just a matter of adding a little detail to make the decoration different compared to past years.

Estoy muy feliz que ya la navidad comenzó, espero que este sea uno de tantos post que compartiré con todos ustedes, me gusta mucho la navidad porque muchas personas especiales cumplen en este mes, entre esas estoy yo.
