Sin embargo, al mostrarle un episodio en donde luchaba contra un ser maligno no le gustó tanto, pues le dió miedo. Creo que está muy pequeña todavía. Suspendimos la caricatura y continuamos disfrutando de dibujar juntas. Estos proyectos son importantes pues nos unen al compartir nuestros dibujos, compartir aquello que nos agrada y aquello que no nos gusta tanto, de esta manera, nos conocemos cada vez más. El arte se convierte en un puente que nos une.

Sí, tal como lo leen. En este tercer video del curso, no solo dibujaremos, sino que crearemos un personaje lleno de vida al que podremos cambiar de ropa una y otra vez. ¿Recuerdan esos juegos de papel que nos acompañaban durante horas en la infancia? Pues hoy reviviremos esa ilusión, con nuestras propias manos y mucha imaginación.

¿Por qué una muñequita de papel?
Porque el arte no solo se queda en el trazo, ¡también se transforma en juego! Quise diseñar una actividad que invitara no solo a dibujar, sino también a recortar, inventar historias y divertirse creando. Esta muñequita viene con dos atuendos: un vestido colorido y un uniforme escolar. Pero lo mejor es que, una vez que aprendan la técnica, podrán diseñar todos los looks que quieran: pijamas, trajes de superheroína, disfraces… ¡o incluso accesorios como carteras o sombreros!

¿Por qué un platillo volador y una vaquita?
Cuando planeaba esta clase, me dispuse a buscar en internet un dibujo para replicar, quería un dibujo que fuese tierno y divertido. Entonces encontré esta imagen de una vaquita de manchas púrpuras, siendo "abducida" por una nave brillante 👽🐄

La imagen es muy divertida, me recuerda esas series de ciencia ficción que vi de pequeña y adolescente.

El arte: un puente para soñar sin límites
Recuerden que este curso no es solo sobre "cómo dibujar líneas", sino sobre:

Perder el miedo a intentar (¡nadie nace sabiendo!).

Disfrutar el proceso más que el resultado.

Conectar con esa parte juguetona que a veces escondemos.

Y sí, aunque el platillo volador tiene detalles "futuristas" y la vaquita unos ojitos brillantes, todo está simplificado para que cualquier niño o principiante pueda seguirlo. ¡Incluso si solo saben dibujar círculos!

Como les conté antes, cada video de este curso lo hago junto a mi hija. Ella hace su propia versión. Una vez que terminamos de dibujar, mi hija quiso grabar una escena con sus muñecas, fue muy divertido 💖

Les confieso algo: sus dibujos siempre tienen esa magia que solo los niños pueden crear. Me encanta, pues su trazo es muy expresivo. Por eso los invito a hacer esto en familia; no se trata de "corregir" sino de aprender juntos y reírse de los "errores" (que en realidad son detalles únicos).

When planning this lesson, I set out to find a cute and funny drawing to recreate online. I wanted something adorable and playful—and then I stumbled upon this image of a purple-spotted cow being "abducted" by a shiny spaceship 👽🐄.

The image is hilarious—it reminds me of those sci-fi shows I watched as a kid and teenager!

Art: A Bridge to Dream Without Limits
Remember, this course isn’t just about "how to draw lines"—it’s about:

Losing the fear of trying (no one is born knowing how!).

Connecting with that playful side we sometimes hide.

And yes, even though the flying saucer has "futuristic" details and the cow has sparkly eyes, everything is simplified so any child or beginner can follow along. Even if you can only draw circles!

As I mentioned before, each video in this course is made alongside my daughter. She creates her own version. After we finished drawing, she even wanted to film a scene with her dolls—it was so much fun! 💖

Here’s a little secret: kids’ drawings always have that special magic only they can create. I love how expressive her lines are. That’s why I invite you to do this as a family—it’s not about "correcting" but about learning together and laughing at "mistakes" (which are really just unique details).

Today I want to share with you something very special that was born from the desire to bring drawing closer to the little ones of the house, and also to the adults who still keep alive that inner boy or girl who once dreamed without limits and drew without worrying about the result.

Some time ago I decided to prepare a series of drawing classes designed especially for children. I firmly believe that all children are artists by nature, and that, at some point, all adults were artists too. When we were children, we used to draw for the simple pleasure of creating, without fear of judgment or pressure to achieve perfection. As time goes by, we often lose that spontaneity, as external expectations begin to outweigh our own desire to express ourselves.

Some people manage to keep their creativity as a hobby, others even dare to turn it into their profession. But beyond that, art (whatever its form) is a powerful channel for self-knowledge, emotional freedom and joy.

These classes that I am creating not only have the objective of teaching drawing, but to keep the creative spark alive, especially in those who are just beginning their path in art. In addition, it has been a beautiful excuse to share quality time with my daughter. Together we make each drawing, laugh, correct each other and, between recordings, we also grow. In fact, I am convinced that her drawings are much more charming than mine 😊.

Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algo muy especial que nació del deseo de acercar el dibujo a los más pequeños de la casa, y también a los adultos que aún conservan vivo a ese niño o niña interior que alguna vez soñó sin límites y dibujó sin preocuparse por el resultado.

Hace algún tiempo me propuse preparar una serie de clases de dibujo pensadas especialmente para niños y niñas. Creo firmemente que todos los niños son artistas por naturaleza, y que, en algún momento, todos los adultos también lo fuimos. De pequeños dibujábamos por el simple gusto de crear, sin miedo al juicio ni presión por alcanzar la perfección. Con el paso del tiempo, muchas veces perdemos esa espontaneidad, ya que las expectativas externas comienzan a pesar más que nuestras propias ganas de expresarnos.

Algunas personas logran conservar su creatividad como un pasatiempo, otras incluso se atreven a convertirla en su profesión. Pero más allá de eso, el arte (sea cual sea su forma) es un canal poderoso de autoconocimiento, libertad emocional y alegría.

Estas clases que estoy creando no solo tienen el objetivo de enseñar a dibujar, sino de mantener viva la chispa creativa, especialmente en quienes están comenzando su camino en el arte. Además, ha sido una hermosa excusa para compartir tiempo de calidad con mi hija. Juntas hacemos cada dibujo, nos reímos, nos corregimos y, entre grabaciones, también crecemos. De hecho, estoy convencida de que los dibujos de ella son mucho más encantadores que los míos 😊.

En esta oportunidad te traigo un video con el paso a paso para dibujar una abejita al estilo kawaii, ideal para niños, principiantes o simplemente para quienes quieren relajarse un rato y reconectar con su parte más tierna y creativa.

🍋 If lemons fall from the sky 🍋

Hello, Hive friends!

Today I want to share with you a little glimpse into the creative process of one of my works. The work is titled "Si del cielo te caen limones", a phrase we've all heard at some time, but in this case I wanted to reinterpret it in my own way.

I love lemons: their vibrant color, their particular shape, and of course, I also enjoy a good lemonade! That's why drawing them is so inspiring and fun for me.

Beyond the visual, this piece carries a message that I feel very necessary to remember: not to let ourselves be held back by circumstances. Sometimes life doesn't give us exactly what we want, but it does give us tools, even if they are few or different from what we imagine. It depends on our attitude to transform those opportunities into something positive.

In this video I share with you, you can see the whole process of creation, from the initial lines to the last details of color. I hope you enjoy joining me on this creative journey as much as I enjoyed making it.

¡Hola, amigos de Hive!

Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un pequeño vistazo al proceso creativo de una de mis obras. La obra se titula "Si del cielo te caen limones", una frase que todos hemos escuchado alguna vez, pero que en este caso he querido reinterpretar a mi manera.

Me encantan los limones: su color vibrante, su forma tan particular, ¡y claro, también disfruto muchísimo una buena limonada! Por eso, dibujarlos me resulta tan inspirador y divertido.

Más allá de lo visual, esta pieza lleva un mensaje que siento muy necesario recordar: no dejarnos frenar por las circunstancias. A veces la vida no nos da exactamente lo que queremos, pero sí nos entrega herramientas, aunque sean pocas o diferentes a las que imaginamos. De nuestra actitud depende transformar esas oportunidades en algo positivo.

En este video que les comparto, pueden ver todo el proceso de creación, desde las líneas iniciales hasta los últimos detalles de color. Espero que disfruten acompañarme en este viaje creativo tanto como yo disfruté realizarlo.

Y recuerden: cuando el cielo nos regala limones, es nuestra oportunidad de hacer la mejor limonada. 🍋✨

Today we are going to create a stop motion animation
Hello friends! Welcome to my blog :) this time I share with you how I made this little video, with the Stop Motion animation technique, some recycled sheets of paper, colored pencils and imagination.

I really like to make Stop motion animations, it is an accessible animation technique, because it can be done with the phone camera; it is simple, since it doesn't require knowledge of complicated animation techniques; and of course, the results are adorable :)

To edit the animation, I used a video editing program, either inshot or capcut.

In the following image, you can see the characters and elements of this animation: A little mermaid made by me and another one by my daughter, the waves of the sea and the blue sky with a radiant sun. All handmade, with paper, crayons and scissors.

Before you start drawing, I recommend you to write down or specify the story you want to tell: who will be the characters and what will be the elements of your scene. Once you have defined this, you start drawing your characters and the scenery or elements.

In the following image you can see the little mermaid that I made is one of the characters of this story. Once it was made I cut it out with the scissors.

This is our scenery, the image in the background. As you can see, it is a simple drawing with blue sky, clouds, seagulls and a radiant sun :)

At the bottom of the image, you can see some waves; I made these waves on another sheet of paper and then cut out their silhouette.

Here you can see some of the elements of this story: the big mermaid, previously drawn and cut out; she is behind the small sea waves that I made and cut out previously. And as you can see, both the big mermaid and the small sea waves are in front of the drawing of the sky.

Let's make our animation
I already have the story I want to tell. Now it's time for the characters to act and interact with the elements I have created :)

Next, I will share with you some of the pictures I used to make the final animation. I took approximately 15 pictures or maybe more.

Let's start with our sea story
For this animation, the little and big mermaids are going to jump out of the water, over and over again in different directions.

So, I'm going to take different pictures capturing each movement.

As you can see in the following image, the big mermaid is coming out of the sea and the sea is low waves.

In this other scene, the big mermaid has entered the sea again and this time the sea waves are bigger.

Here you can see the little mermaid, made by my daughter, swimming among the waves of the sea as well.

In this image you can see the waves of the sea, both the low waves and the bigger waves, in different planes, some in the background and others closer to the camera. This is to give the sensation of depth.

Once I have taken all the photos, I can use a video editing program such as inshot or capcut. There are also special stop motion programs like Stop Motion Studio.

I used the video editing program capcut installed on my cell phone. I placed the images in sequence and adjusted them according to the desired duration time, I gave them a short time in seconds to advance the images quickly and thus give the feeling of continuous movement.

Then, I exported the file in MP4 format which is the one you see at the beginning of this post. I also exported it in GIF format, it is a lighter format, but it decreases the quality considerably, as you can see.

This is the result :) an animation made with simple materials and imagination. I loved this adorable story and I also enjoyed a lot the process of creation.

Hoy vamos a crear una animación con Stop motion
¡Hola amigos! Bienvenidos a mi blog :) en esta oportunidad te comparto cómo realicé este pequeño video, con la técnica de animación del Stop Motion, algunas hojas de papel recicladas, lápices de colores e imaginación.

Me gusta mucho realizar animaciones con Stop motion, es una técnica de animación accesible, pues se puede realizar con la cámara del teléfono; es sencilla, ya que no requiere conocimiento de técnicas complicadas de animación; y por supuesto, los resulados son adorables :)

Para editar la animación, utilicé un programa de edición de videos, puede ser inshot o capcut.

En la siguiente imagen, puedes ver los personajes y elementos de esta animación: Una sirenita realizada por mí y otra por mi hija, las olas del mar y el cielo azul con un sol radiante. Todo hecho a mano, con papel, lápices de colores y tijera.

Te recomiendo, antes de empezar a dibujar, escribir o precisar la historia que deseas contar: quienes serán los personajes y cuáles los elementos de tu escena. Una vez que tengas definido esto, empiezas a dibujar tus personajes y el escenario o elementos.

En la siguiente imagen puedes ver la sirenita que realicé es uno de los personajes de esta historia. Una vez realizada la recorté con la tijera.

Este es nuestro escenario, la imagen que aparece al fondo. Como ves, es un dibujo sencillo con el cielo azul, nubes, gaviotas y un sol radiante :)

En la parte de abajo de la imagen, puedes ver unas olas; estas olas las realicé en otra hoja de papel y luego recorte su silueta.

Aquí puedes ver algunos de los elementos de esta historia: la sirenita grande, previamente dibujada y recortada; ella está detrás de las olas del mar pequeñas que hice y recorté previamente. Y como ves, tanto la sirena grande, como las olas de mar pequeñas están delante del dibujo del cielo.

Realicemos nuestra animación
Ya tengo precisada la historia que deseo contar. Ha llegado el momento para que los personajes actúen e interactúen con los elementos que he creado :)

A continuación, te compartiré algunas de las fotografías que utilicé para realizar la animación final. Realicé aproximadamente 15 fotografías o quizás más.

Empecemos con nuestra historia marina:
Para esta animación, las sirenitas grande y pequeña van a saltar fuera del agua, una y otra vez en diferentes direcciones.

Entonces, voy a realizar diferentes fotografías capturando cada movimiento.

Como puedes ver en la siguiente imagen, la sirena grande está saliendo del mar y además el mar es de olas bajitas.

En esta otra escena, la sirena grande ha entrado nuevamente al mar y esta vez las olas del mar son más grandes.

Aquí puedes ver a la sirenita pequeña, realizada por mi hija, nadando entre las olas del mar también.

En esta imagen puedes ver las olas del mar, tanto las olas bajitas como las olas más grandes, en diferentes planos, unas al fondo y otras más cerca de la cámara. Esto para dar la sensación de profundidad.

Una vez que he realizado todas las tomas fotográficas, puedo utilizar un programa de edición de videos como inshot o capcut. También hay unos programas especiales para Stop motion como Stop Motion Studio.

Yo utilicé el programa para edición de video capcut instalado en mi teléfono móvil. Coloqué las imagenes en secuencia y las ajusté según el tiempo de duración deseado, les dí un tiempo corto en segundos para que avanzarán las imágenes de manera rápida y así dar esa sensación de movimiento continuo.

Luego, exporté el archivo en formato MP4 que es el que ves al principio de esta publicación. También, lo exporté en formato GIF, es un formato más liviano, pero le disminuye la calidad considerablemente, como puedes ver.

Este es el resultado :) una animación hecha con materiales sencillos e imaginación. A mí me ha encantado esta adorable historia y además disfruté muchisimo del proceso de creación.

¿Sabías que nuestra mente necesita desintoxicarse? Sí, nuestra mente.

Por lo general, hablamos sobre desintoxicar nuestro cuerpo; pero, ¿sabías que nuestra mente puede tener toxinas que afectan nuestra salud mental y emocional?

Estas toxinas pueden ser generadas por el estrés, los pensamientos negativos o por ingerir tóxicos físicos como el alcohol, el tabaco y las drogas.

Este año me he comprometido a cuidar de mi salud mental y emocional. Pues como te había comentado en una publicación anterior, el exceso de trabajo y preocupaciones a granel, habían hecho mella en mí.

Hoy día, elijo de manera consciente, los pensamientos que van a habitar en mi cabeza y expulso aquellos pensamientos negativos a penas se asoman. Sí, a veces sucede que le damos total libertad a nuestros pensamientos y permitimos que estos fluyan libremente; de esa manera, cuando surge un pensamiento negativo, le permitimos crecer y anidarse en nuestra cabeza, hasta lo alimentamos con nuestros miedos y temores; Sin embargo, cuando llega un pensamiento positivo no le dedicamos tanta atención y energía.

Los pensamientos negativos, tienen el superpoder de captar nuestra atención, más que los pensamientos positivos, pues se esconden detrás de la “objetividad”, la “racionalidad” o el “ser realistas”. A veces, las personas positivas son calificadas de fantasiosas o de ilusas. Pero, ¿Por qué esperar que suceda lo peor, cuando también te puede ocurrir lo mejor? Ambas son probabilidades. Entonces, ante una situación determinada ¿no es mejor decidir esperar lo mejor? Visualizar el mejor de los escenarios, afirmar que todo fluirá de manera favorable para ti y sentir gratitud porque así será.

Mira, yo siempre he sido una persona muy agradecida y optimista a toda prueba. Jamás me ha gustado eso de renegar, en ninguna circunstancia, pues considero que todo obedece a un plan y al final, siempre el viento soplará a mi favor. Sin embargo, en determinadas circunstancias, he sentido mucho miedo y he permitido que este anide en mi cabeza, al punto de experimentar ansiedad y trastornos de sueño.

Con el tiempo he aprendido que definitivamente, a los pensamientos negativos no hay que darles ni un pequeño espacio en nuestra mente. Cuando surge algún pensamiento negativo, hay que decirle: “Hey hey hey, fuera de aquí pensamiento, aquí vibramos en positivo 😊” (chasquido de dedos incluido). Expulsa de inmediato ese pensamiento negativo y reemplázalo por la mejor de las posibilidades, desde la alegría y el agradecimiento. A mi me está funcionando, ayudándome a pasar de una vida de angustia y preocupación, a una vida más sosegada.

Por otro lado, cuando los temores me quieren atacar con su artillería pesada, acudo a la oración, Dios ha sido mi fortaleza en todo este proceso. Depositar mi confianza absoluta en Dios y sentir el amor de mi familia, me ha ayudado muchísimo en este camino hacia una vida más tranquila. De esta manera, he ido logrando mi propio detox mental.

En el video te comparto algunas cosas que me ayudan en mi desintoxicación mental:

Vivir en gratitud. Agradecer al despertarme, agradecer el canto de los pájaros y el canto del gallo de mi vecino :D agradecer que todos los miembros de mi familia y mi persona nos encontramos bien y saludables. Abrir los ojos a un nuevo día es suficiente para ser feliz y sentirse en gratitud con nuestro Señor.

Agradecer al acostarme y repasar todas las cosas buenas que hemos vivido en familia durante ese día.

El contacto con la naturaleza. La naturaleza es sanadora, las plantas son seres hermosos que nos acompañan y comparten su energía con nosotros llenándonos de paz.

Iniciar la práctica del ejercicio. Tenía años sin hacerlo. Empecé haciendo caminatas de 10 minutos. Por algo hay que empezar :D El ejercicio es una excelente manera de liberar endorfinas, que tienen un efecto positivo en nuestro estado de ánimo y en nuestro organismo en general.

He comprendido que este proceso de detox mental, puede llevar tiempo, los resultados no son inmediatos; nuestra mente se va depurando de manera progresiva. Con el pasar de los días y de los meses he notado como mi mente se ha aquietado y vivo una vida más tranquila. Aún sigo trabajando en mí 😊

Did you know that our mind needs detoxification? Yes, our mind.

We usually talk about detoxifying our body; but did you know that our mind can have toxins that affect our mental and emotional health?

These toxins can be generated by stress, negative thoughts or by ingesting physical toxins such as alcohol, tobacco and drugs.
This year I have made a commitment to take care of my mental and emotional health. As I told you in a previous post, too much work and too many worries had taken their toll on me.

Today, I consciously choose the thoughts that will dwell in my head and I expel those negative thoughts as soon as they appear. Yes, sometimes it happens that we give total freedom to our thoughts and allow them to flow freely; thus, when a negative thought arises, we allow it to grow and nest in our head, we even feed it with our fears and apprehensions; however, when a positive thought arrives, we do not dedicate so much attention and energy to it.

Negative thoughts have the superpower to capture our attention, more than positive thoughts, because they hide behind "objectivity", "rationality" or "being realistic". Sometimes, positive people are labeled as fantasists or delusional. But why expect the worst to happen when the best can also happen to you? Both are probabilities. So, in a given situation, isn't it better to decide to hope for the best? Visualize the best scenario, affirm that everything will flow favorably for you and feel gratitude that it will.

Look, I have always been a very grateful and optimistic person. I have never liked to deny, under any circumstances, because I believe that everything obeys a plan and in the end, the wind will always blow in my favor. However, in certain circumstances, I have felt a lot of fear and I have allowed it to nest in my head, to the point of experiencing anxiety and sleep disorders.

Over time I have learned that negative thoughts should definitely not be given even a small space in our mind. When some negative thought comes up, you have to tell it: "Hey hey hey, out of here thought, here we vibrate positive 😊" (finger snapping included). Immediately expel that negative thought and replace it with the best of possibilities, from joy and gratitude. It's working for me, helping me move from a life of anguish and worry, to a calmer life.

On the other hand, when fears want to attack me with their heavy artillery, I turn to prayer, God has been my strength throughout this process. Placing my absolute trust in God and feeling the love of my family has helped me a lot on this road to a calmer life. In this way, I have been achieving my own mental detox.
In the video I share with you some things that help me in my mental detox:

Living in gratitude. To be grateful when I wake up, to be grateful for the birds singing and my neighbor's rooster crowing :D to be grateful that all the members of my family and myself are well and healthy. To open my eyes to a new day is enough to be happy and feel grateful to our Lord.

Giving thanks at bedtime and reviewing all the good things we have experienced as a family during that day.

Contact with nature. Nature is healing, plants are beautiful beings that accompany us and share their energy with us, filling us with peace.

To start exercising. I hadn't done it for years. I started by taking 10 minute walks. You have to start somewhere :D Exercise is an excellent way to release endorphins, which have a positive effect on our mood and our body in general.

I have understood that this process of mental detox, can take time, the results are not immediate; our mind is purifying progressively. As the days and months go by, I have noticed how my mind has calmed down and I live a calmer life. I am still working on myself 😊
