Hoy quiero compartirles un proyecto distinto a los que venía mostrando. Esta semana voy a estar publicando temas relacionados con la papelería creativa, porque me sumé a un grupo hermoso llamado Club Penpal .

Quizás recuerden que antes existían los amigos por correspondencia: personas que se escribían cartas y compartían pedacitos de su mundo en papel. Bueno, eso mismo hacemos en este club: nos enviamos una carta (que termina siendo un pequeño paquete) y dentro incluimos papelería creativa, ya sea comprada o elaborada por nosotros mismos.

Este mes tengo dos Penpals, dos personas con las que voy a intercambiar, y a ambas les voy a estar compartiendo cositas hechas por mí. Así que durante esta semana les mostraré todos los proyectos de papelería que estoy preparando para ellas.

Intervención de papeles reciclados

Hoy vamos a trabajar con intervención de papeles, usando hojas de libros descartados o papeles que de otra manera terminarían en la basura.

La idea es darles una nueva vida transformándolos en fondos artísticos llenos de color y textura.

Materiales que utilicé
• Hojas de libros viejos o papeles reciclados.
• Pinturas acrílicas o témperas.
• Brochas, esponjas o simplemente tus manos .
• Tapas de gaseosa o envases para estampar.
• Bolsas plásticas para crear texturas.
• Conos de papel higiénico (¡sí, también sirven!) para hacer figuras.

La clave es dejarte llevar por la creatividad. No hay una forma correcta o incorrecta, solo el disfrute del proceso.

Ideas para aplicar tus fondos
Estos papeles intervenidos pueden transformarse en:
• Tarjetas de presentación.
• Tarjetas de Navidad o cumpleaños.
• Sobres decorados.
• Etiquetas o guardas para regalos.
• O simplemente en una actividad de relax y expresión artística

Es un proyecto que puedes hacer solo, como momento creativo personal, o junto a los más pequeños de la casa. Es muy divertido… aunque te aviso: vas a ensuciarte mucho las manos, la ropa y el espacio de trabajo.

Ya se acercan las fechas de regalos y detalles especiales, así que este proyecto también puede ser una linda antesala de lo que se viene para Navidad.

Aquí les comparto el tutorial paso a paso para que vean cómo lo hice, junto con algunos ejemplos de otros papeles que ya tenía realizados.

Today I want to share a project with you that is different from the ones I've been showing you. This week I'll be posting topics related to creative stationery, because I joined a wonderful group called Club Penpal .

Recycled paper art

Today we are going to work with paper art, using pages from discarded books or paper that would otherwise end up in the trash.

The idea is to give them a new life by transforming them into artistic backgrounds full of color and texture.

Materials I used
• Pages from old books or recycled paper.
• Acrylic or tempera paints.
• Brushes, sponges, or simply your hands.
• Soda caps or containers for stamping.
• Plastic bags for creating textures.
• Toilet paper rolls (yes, they work too!) to make shapes.

The key is to let your creativity run wild. There is no right or wrong way, just enjoy the process.

Ideas for using your funds
These decorated papers can be transformed into:
• Business cards.
• Christmas or birthday cards.
• Decorated envelopes.
• Gift tags or gift wraps.
• Or simply into a relaxing and artistic activity.

This is a project you can do on your own, as a personal creative moment, or together with the little ones in your household. It's a lot of fun... but be warned: you're going to get your hands, clothes, and workspace very messy.

The season for gifts and special treats is approaching, so this project can also be a nice prelude to what's coming for Christmas.

Hoy les traigo otro proyecto de reciclado con bolsas de friselina. Les confieso algo: al principio no me salió bien . El primer intento no quedó como esperaba, pero lo volví a intentar… ¡y esta vez sí salió!

Decidí transformar esas bolsas de friselina pequeñas que muchas veces no sabemos cómo reutilizar porque su tamaño parece poco práctico. Como tenía varias guardadas, pensé: “algo útil debe salir de aquí”. Y así nació este organizador cuadrado.

La idea surgió de una equivocación mientras intentaba hacer cartucheras, pero resultó ser un hallazgo: con esta misma base se pueden hacer cartucheras, neceseres y más. Así que hoy quiero compartirles este paso a paso.

Materiales necesarios

1 bolsa de friselina de aprox. 34 cm de ancho x 24 cm de alto.
Tijeras.
Centímetro, regla y tiza de tela.
Alfileres.
Máquina de coser (o aguja, si prefieres hacerlo a mano).
Elementos opcionales para decorar (yo usé una tira de pompones ).

Dato curioso: ¡estrené mi nuevo kit de costura para este tutorial! Después de casi 9 años con mi viejo centímetro, ya era hora.

Paso a paso

Coser los laterales
Unir los lados largos de 34 cm.
Uno se cose completo y en el otro se deja un espacio de 10 cm para poder darle la vuelta al final.

Marcar y cortar las esquinas
En la parte cerrada, medir y marcar 4 cm.
En la parte abierta, medir 3 cm.

Unir formando una “L” y cortar. Repetir en las 4 esquinas.

Coser los laterales y luego unir las esquinas que parecen pequeñas cruces.

Dar la vuelta por la abertura y acomodar la forma cuadrada.
Armar la forma
Sellar y reforzar

Coser el contorno completo para sellar la costura.
Reforzar cosiendo las 4 esquinas.

¡Y listo! Tu organizador cuadrado está terminado.

Ideas de uso

Organizar ropa interior o medias en los cajones.

Guardar accesorios o maquillaje.

Usarlo como panera o incluso para picadas (sin los pompones).

Mantener ordenadas tus cosas de manualidades.

Yo ya me hice 3 porque es realmente adictivo hacerlos, y pienso coser más para tener organizados mis cajones

Me encanta seguir encontrando formas de darle nueva vida a la friselina. Cada vez más personas me regalan bolsas porque saben que las reutilizo, ¡y eso me motiva a crear más! Today I bring you another recycling project using interfacing bags. I'll admit something: at first, it didn't turn out well. My first attempt didn't turn out as I had hoped, but I tried again... and this time it worked!

I decided to transform those small interfacing bags that we often don't know how to reuse because their size seems impractical. Since I had several stored away, I thought, “Something useful must come out of this.” And that's how this square organizer was born.

The idea came from a mistake I made while trying to make pencil cases, but it turned out to be a great discovery: you can use this same base to make pencil cases, toiletry bags, and more. So today I want to share this step-by-step guide with you.

Materials needed

1 bag of interfacing, approx. 13 inches wide x 9.5 inches high.
Scissors.
Tape measure, ruler, and fabric chalk.
Pins.
Sewing machine (or needle, if you prefer to do it by hand).
Optional decorative elements (I used a strip of pompoms).

Fun fact: I used my new sewing kit for this tutorial! After almost 9 years with my old tape measure, it was about time.

Step by step

Sew the sides
Join the 34 cm long sides.
Sew one side completely and leave a 10 cm opening on the other side so you can turn it inside out at the end.

Mark and cut the corners
On the closed side, measure and mark 4 cm.
On the open side, measure 3 cm.

Join to form an “L” and cut. Repeat on all 4 corners.

Sew the sides and then join the corners that look like small crosses.

Turn over the opening and adjust the square shape.
Assemble the shape.
Seal and reinforce.

Hoy les comparto otro proyecto de reciclado con bolsas de friselina. Esta vez decidí transformarlas en una bolsa para transportar cartones de huevos. Aquí en Argentina se la conoce como bolsa porta maples, y aunque es muy práctica, suele ser costosa y no siempre se consigue fácilmente.

En estos días vi un modelo en un catálogo de productos y pensé esto lo puedo hacer yo. La verdad es que me costó un poquito, pero al final salió, ¡y estoy feliz de mostrarles el resultado!

En este caso, usé unas friselinas que estaban manchadas y que seguramente iban a terminar en la basura, pero de esta manera les di una segunda oportunidad.

Materiales necesarios

• 2 bolsas de friselina (pueden ser del mismo color o contrastar).
• 4 piezas de 17 x 42 cm (para los laterales).
• 2 piezas de 42 x 42 cm (para el cuerpo).
• Manijas (pueden ser reutilizadas de otras bolsas).
• Tijeras.
• Tiza de tela.
• Centímetro.
• Alfileres.
• Máquina de coser (o aguja, si prefieres hacerlo a mano).

Paso a paso

El procedimiento es muy sencillo y en el tutorial les muestro cada detalle:

1. Cortar las piezas según las medidas indicadas.
2. Unir los laterales con el cuerpo.

2. Coser todo el borde para dar firmeza.

Aunque yo lo hice con máquina de coser para mayor rapidez, también se puede realizar a mano con un poco más de paciencia.

¿qué pasa con las asas, que muchas veces quedan intactas?

Se me ocurrió que esas tiras podrían transformarse en algo útil y creativo. Entre varias ideas que se me vinieron a la mente, hoy quiero mostrarles cómo reutilizarlas para hacer posavasos únicos y originales.

Materiales necesarios

• Asas de bolsas de friselina (de al menos 32 cm cada una).
• Hilo (puede ser de color o blanco).
• Tijeras.
• Máquina de coser (o aguja, si prefieres coser a mano).
• Plancha y un paño de tela.

Paso a paso

1. Recopilar las asas.
   Guarda las tiras de las bolsas que ya no uses.
2. Preparar las tiras.
   Si algunas están arrugadas, plánchalas colocando encima una tela. La friselina no se derrite si no la pones en contacto directo con la plancha. Con este truco, en lugar de dañarse, queda lisa y lista para coser.
3. Cortar y medir.
   Cada posavaso necesita una tira de 32 cm. La cortamos a la mitad y con 3 tiras ya tenemos 6, que unidas forman un rectángulo de 16 cm de ancho por 10 cm de alto.

Materials needed

• Friselina bag handles (at least 32 cm each).

• Sewing machine (or needle, if you prefer to sew by hand).
• Iron and a cloth.

Step by step

1. Collect the handles.
   Save the handles from bags you no longer use.
2. Prepare the strips.
   If any are wrinkled, iron them with a cloth over them. The interfacing will not melt if you do not put it in direct contact with the iron. With this trick, instead of being damaged, it will be smooth and ready to sew.
3. Cut and measure.
   Each coaster needs a 32 cm strip. Cut it in half and with 3 strips you will have 6, which when joined together form a rectangle 16 cm wide by 10 cm high.

Cómo hacer una caja de origami reutilizando papel

Solo necesitas una hoja y algunos materiales básicos que seguro ya tienes en casa:

📍 Regla
📍 Lápiz
📍 Tijeras
📍 Plegadera (o simplemente tus manos)
📍 Una superficie estable para trabajar

Puedes usar cualquier tipo de papel: hojas comunes, papel de regalo, de revista, de diario o, como en mi caso, folletos de supermercado. La idea es reciclar y dar una nueva vida al papel.

Estas cajitas son muy versátiles:
✨ Para guardar accesorios pequeños, maquillaje o lápices.
✨ Como contenedor de residuos de escritorio (sacapuntas, recortes).
✨ En tamaño grande, para llevar en el auto y no botar basura afuera.
✨ Incluso como envoltorio bonito y ecológico para un regalo.

El proceso es puro origami, no necesitas pegamento y en pocos minutos tendrás tu caja lista. En el video te muestro el paso a paso en tiempo real, pero te adelanto que solo se trata de doblar y marcar bien los pliegues hasta que la forma final se abre casi sola.

Yo aprendí esta técnica hace muy poquito, en un taller de Scrapbooking, y me encantó tanto que quise traerla a la comunidad. Espero que también la disfruten y la pongan en práctica

How to make an origami box by reusing paper

All you need is a sheet of paper and some basic materials that you probably already have at home:

You can use any type of paper: plain paper, wrapping paper, magazine paper, newspaper, or, as in my case, supermarket flyers. The idea is to recycle and give paper a new life.

These boxes are very versatile:
✨ For storing small accessories, makeup, or pencils.
✨ As a desk waste container (pencil sharpeners, scraps).
✨ In large size, to carry in the car and not throw trash outside.
✨ Even as a pretty and eco-friendly gift wrapping.

The process is pure origami, you don't need glue, and in a few minutes your box will be ready. In the video, I show you the step-by-step process in real time, but I'll give you a heads up that it's just a matter of folding and marking the creases well until the final shape almost opens by itself.

Yo sigo en mi misión de reutilizar las bolsas de friselina. En algunos proyectos me ha ido genial y en este… no tanto

El resultado no fue lo que esperaba porque todavía me falta práctica con la máquina de coser en formas circulares y, además, esta tela en particular era bastante rígida. Quizás con un solo círculo hubiese funcionado mejor.

Pero bueno, parte de crear y ser artesana es eso: probar, disfrutar del proceso, fluir con él y aprender de los resultados, incluso cuando no salen como lo imaginamos.

En el tutorial van a notar un poquito mi cara de frustración, pero ya estaba comprometida con el proyecto hasta el final. Al final quedó feita, pero igual la comparto con ustedes

Materiales

• 1 bolsa de friselina
• Tijeras
• Alfileres
• Tiza para tela
• Un abrojo (velcro)
• Un objeto circular de aprox. 20 cm de diámetro

Procedimiento

1. Dibujar y cortar el círculo en la tela.
2. Colocar dos círculos, frente con frente, y coser alrededor dejando una abertura de 5 cm.
3. Voltear la pieza y cerrar la abertura con una costura recta a 1 cm del borde.
4. Doblar hacia dentro los laterales derecho e izquierdo, coser los bordes y luego cerrar la parte superior para formar la bolsa.
5. Añadir un trozo de tela como manija, coser bien los extremos y pegar el abrojo para cerrar. ¡Y ya está el monedero!

Lo que no funcionó

• Usar dos círculos: la friselina es gruesa y rígida, lo que lo hizo poco manejable.
• La forma circular: al ser dura la tela, las costuras quedaron deformes.
• El tamaño: debió ser de al menos 35 cm de diámetro para un mejor resultado.
• No prever el abrojo ni la manija con antelación; tuve que resolver sobre la marcha.

Aun así, sigo creyendo que es una linda manera de hacer un monedero o tarjetero, solo que probaría con otra tela y, claro, me toca practicar más con las costuras circulares.

Como dije, lo más importante de todo proceso creativo es disfrutar el camino, comprometerse hasta el final, revisar las oportunidades de mejora y volver a intentarlo con ese aprendizaje en mano

I am continuing my mission to reuse interfacing bags. Some projects have gone great, but this one... not so much.

The result was not what I expected because I still need more practice with the sewing machine when sewing circular shapes, and this particular fabric was quite stiff. Perhaps a single circle would have worked better.

Procedure

1. Draw and cut the circle on the fabric.
2. Place two circles face to face and sew around them, leaving a 5 cm opening.
3. Turn the piece inside out and close the opening with a straight stitch 1 cm from the edge.
4. Fold the right and left sides inwards, sew the edges, and then close the top to form the bag.
5. Add a piece of fabric as a handle, sew the ends securely, and attach the Velcro to close. And there you have your coin purse!

What didn't work

• Using two circles: the interfacing is thick and stiff, which made it difficult to work with.

• The circular shape: because the fabric was stiff, the seams ended up misshapen.
• The size: it should have been at least 35 cm in diameter for a better result.
• Not planning the Velcro or the handle in advance; I had to figure it out as I went along.

Even so, I still think it's a nice way to make a coin purse or card holder, but I would try another fabric and, of course, I need to practice more with circular seams.

As I said, the most important thing in any creative process is to enjoy the journey, commit to it until the end, review opportunities for improvement, and try again with that learning in hand.

En el episodio anterior hablamos del vacío fértil, ese tiempo extraño en el que algo terminó y todavía no llega lo nuevo. Ese lugar que se siente como desierto, como pausa, como espera. Y quiero retomar desde ahí, porque toda etapa de vacío tiene un propósito: preparar la tierra.

¿Y qué viene después de preparar la tierra? Los brotes, los primeros signos de vida
Y a veces no son grandes transformaciones, no son giros radicales… son gestos pequeños que nos empiezan a llenar de nuevo

Es como cuando abriste espacio en tu casa y, de pronto, entra más luz.
Como cuando después de llorar mucho, tu respiración se vuelve más ligera.
Es ese instante en que el silencio ya no asusta… sino que descansa.

El alma empieza a despertar despacito
Y nuestra tarea es aprender a disfrutar de esos brotes, a nutrirlos, a confiar en que aunque sean pequeños, son señales de que la vida vuelve a moverse dentro de nosotras.

Por ejemplo:
Un día cualquiera, descubres que te ríes con algo que antes no te sacaba sonrisa.
Sientes ganas de ordenar un rincón de tu casa que estaba olvidado.
Te animas a escribir una idea que llevaba tiempo dando vueltas.
O simplemente, disfrutas de un rayo de sol entrando por la ventana y lo agradeces.

Cuando termines, mira tus dos columnas y repite en voz alta una frase que te sostenga, como:

How to start sprouting after letting go?

In the previous episode, we talked about the fertile void, that strange time when something has ended and the new has not yet arrived. That place that feels like a desert, like a pause, like waiting. And I want to pick up from there, because every stage of emptiness has a purpose: to prepare the ground.

And what comes after preparing the ground? The sprouts, the first signs of life
And sometimes they are not big transformations, they are not radical changes... they are small gestures that begin to fill us up again

It's like when you opened up space in your house and suddenly more light came in.
Like when, after crying a lot, your breathing becomes lighter.
It's that moment when silence no longer frightens you... but brings you peace.

The soul begins to awaken slowly
And our task is to learn to enjoy those sprouts, to nurture them, to trust that even though they are small, they are signs that life is moving within us again.

For example:
One day, you find yourself laughing at something that didn't make you smile before.
You feel like tidying up a corner of your house that had been neglected.
You decide to write down an idea that had been on your mind for a while.
Or you simply enjoy a ray of sunshine coming through the window and feel grateful for it.

That is how we begin to fill ourselves up again. Not with haste, not with demands, but with small gestures that sustain the life that is being reborn.

After the emptiness, it is not about filling ourselves up immediately, but about carefully choosing what we sow in that clean soil.
Not everything deserves to take up space in you.

The soul awakens when you decide with love what you want to flourish now.

Exercise for this week:

I invite you to take a sheet of paper and write two columns:
In the first Small sprouts that I am already seeing in myself (it can be an emotion, an idea, a habit, a gesture).
In the second: How can I nurture that sprout (with time, with attention, with patience, with gratitude).

Hoy quiero compartirles un tutorial en vídeo donde enseño a hacer unas fundas o portacuadernos impermeables, reutilizando bolsas de friselina.

Como ya les he dicho anteriormente mi motivación es clara, reutilizar todo lo que pueda y darle un nuevo uso a este material que casi todos tenemos en casa.

Además, la friselina tiene la ventaja de ser impermeable, lo que la convierte en un recurso genial para proteger en este casa libros o cuadernos.

En el video tutorial te explico como siempre el paso a paso detalladamente, espero puedan verlo, sin embargo aquí les dejo la lista de los materiales utilizados:

2 bolsas de friselina
Tijeras
Hilos
Alfileres
Cinta métrica
Tiza para tela
Un Botón
10cm aproximadamente de elástico.

El proceso es muy simple la explicación detallada está en el video, sin embargo, aquí menciono que inicialmente corté las 2 bolsas de friselina en 8 partes iguales, 2 partes fueron para la tapa principal y el forro, es decir, 4 partes para las caras principales y 4 partes para los forros.

De esta manera me salieron dos fundas: una para un libro y otra para mi journal

La costura la hice a máquina con puntada recta, pero también se puede coser a mano.
Más adelante pienso hacer otras variantes con este mismo diseño, ahora que ya probé la primera idea.

La idea me surgió porque vi una publicidad de unas fundas impermeables muy bonitas… ¡pero carísimas! Y al verlas bien en la foto de la pensé que lo podía hacer y probando con la friselina resultó perfecto.

Me parece especialmente útil para los chicos que van a la escuela primaria, ya que a veces en la mochila se mojan los libros o cuadernos. Esta funda es fácil, económica y práctica para protegerlos.

Today I want to share a video tutorial where I show you how to make waterproof covers or notebook holders by reusing interfacing bags.

As I mentioned earlier, my motivation is clear: to reuse everything I can and give a new purpose to this material that almost all of us have at home.

In addition, interfacing has the advantage of being waterproof, which makes it a great resource for protecting books or notebooks in the home.

In the video tutorial, I explain the step-by-step process in detail, as always. I hope you can watch it, but here is a list of the materials used:

2 bags of interfacing
Scissors
Thread
Pins
Measuring tape
Fabric chalk
A button
Approximately 10 cm of elastic.

The process is very simple and the detailed explanation is in the video, but here I'll mention that I initially cut the 2 bags of interfacing into 8 equal parts, 2 parts for the main cover and the lining, that is, 4 parts for the main sides and 4 parts for the linings.

This gave me two covers: one for a book and one for my journal.

I sewed it by machine with a straight stitch, but you can also sew it by hand.
Now that I've tried out my first idea, I plan to make other variations with this same design.

The idea came to me when I saw an advertisement for some very nice waterproof covers... but they were very expensive! When I saw them clearly in the photo, I thought I could make them, and after trying it out with interfacing, it turned out perfectly.

Hemos llegado al 7mo episodio. Gracias por estar aquí, por darme de tu tiempo y tu escucha. Este espacio lo hacemos juntos, y cada vez que te acercas siento que tejemos un hilo invisible que nos une.
Hoy quiero hablar de un tema delicado, pero que estoy segura todos hemos atravesado alguna vez en la vida: el vacío fértil. Ese espacio extraño que se abre entre lo que fue y lo que todavía no es. Entre lo que ya soltamos y lo que aún no llega.

Y sí… sé que hablar de vacío puede sonar duro, incluso doloroso.
Porque ese vacío muchas veces se siente como un desierto interior.
Un lugar donde parece que todo se detuvo.
Donde ya no nos reconocemos en lo que antes nos llenaba, pero todavía no encontramos nada nuevo que nos sostenga.

Ahí aparecen la desorientación, la soledad rara, la impaciencia, esa sensación de estar en pausa cuando el mundo alrededor sigue girando.
Algunas veces se vive como silencio incómodo, otras como un cansancio del alma… como si hubiéramos perdido el mapa y nos tocara caminar sin rumbo claro.

Y claro, en ese momento surgen las preguntas:
“¿Me habré equivocado al soltar? ¿Por qué no aparece ya lo nuevo? ¿Será que me estanqué?”

Pero lo que he ido aprendiendo con el tiempo es que este vacío no es un castigo, ni un error. Es un espacio fértil, aunque no lo parezca

Porque lo mismo que sucede en la tierra después de la cosecha, sucede en nosotros: la aparente quietud es, en realidad, preparación

Cuando habitamos ese silencio, aunque duela, aunque nos incomode, le damos tiempo a la semilla. El vacío es esa tierra negra donde las raíces se ordenan, donde lo invisible se prepara antes de brotar.

Y lo fértil no siempre se ve: se siente primero como descanso, como desapego, como un no saber.

Por eso, el vacío es también un llamado a confiar
A dejar de forzar respuestas inmediatas. A escuchar el ritmo interno antes de salir corriendo a llenar espacios solo por miedo.

Te invito a que, si hoy te encuentras en medio de ese vacío, no lo niegues ni lo tapes.
Tómate unos minutos para cerrar los ojos y preguntarte:
¿Qué parte de mí ya terminó un ciclo?
¿Qué espacio se está abriendo, aunque todavía no sepa con qué se llenará?
Puedes escribirlo, o simplemente sentirlo en tu cuerpo.

We have reached the 7th episode. Thank you for being here, for giving me your time and your attention. We create this space together, and every time you come here, I feel like we weave an invisible thread that unites us.
Today I want to talk about a sensitive topic, but one that I'm sure we've all experienced at some point in our lives: fertile emptiness. That strange space that opens up between what was and what is not yet. Between what we have already let go of and what has not yet arrived.

And yes... I know that talking about emptiness can sound harsh, even painful.
Because that emptiness often feels like an inner desert.
A place where everything seems to have stopped.
Where we no longer recognize ourselves in what once fulfilled us, but we have not yet found anything new to sustain us.

That's when disorientation, strange loneliness, impatience appear, that feeling of being on pause while the world around you keeps turning.
Sometimes it feels like uncomfortable silence, other times like exhaustion of the soul... as if we had lost the map and had to walk without a clear destination.

And of course, at that moment, questions arise:
“Did I make a mistake in letting go? Why hasn't something new appeared yet? Could it be that I'm stuck?”

But what I have learned over time is that this emptiness is not a punishment, nor is it a mistake. It is a fertile space, even if it doesn't seem like it.

Because what happens to the earth after harvest also happens within us: apparent stillness is, in reality, preparation

When we inhabit that silence, even if it hurts, even if it makes us uncomfortable, we give the seed time. Emptiness is that black soil where roots take shape, where the invisible prepares itself before sprouting.

And what is fertile is not always visible: it is felt first as rest, as detachment, as not knowing.

That is why emptiness is also a call to trust
To stop forcing immediate answers. To listen to the inner rhythm before rushing out to fill spaces just out of fear.

I invite you, if you find yourself in the midst of that emptiness today, not to deny it or cover it up.
Take a few minutes to close your eyes and ask yourself:
What part of me has already completed a cycle?
What space is opening up, even if I don't yet know what will fill it?
You can write it down, or simply feel it in your body.

And when anxiety strikes, remind yourself: This emptiness is not empty. It is gestating.

Because sometimes growing up is not about doing more, but about allowing the earth to rest so that something new can flourish.

Hola comunidad aquí estoy después de algunos inconvenientes técnicos puede subir el tutorial de hoy y debo decirles que hasta yo misma quede sorprendida con el resultado porque para mí también es nuevo utilizar solo el material de las bolsas de compras o friselina para darles otro uso en nuestras casas y al no tener referencia de como quedara mientras lo estoy armando voy descubriendo como responde este tipo de tela a los diseños que se me van ocurriendo que puedo hacer, a mi hija no le gusto mucho el resultado pero a mi me encanto, espero que a ustedes también.

Este Neceser Bolsa de Palomita de Maíz lo hice con la cara de friselina que nos quedó la semana pasada del organizador de baño así que de una misma bolsa saqué dos proyectos que hacen juego para el baño.

Pensaba cuando los veía que no pareciera que están hecho con algo que muchas veces lo ensuciamos y va directo a la basura, realmente me gusta crear y compartir con ustedes las locuras que se me ocurren.

Solo que genuinamente creo que cuando hacemos algo con nuestras manos para la casa nos da sensación de pertenencia y eso es algo que me parece hermoso y espero que ustedes también lo sientas así.

I can now upload today's tutorial, and I must say that even I was surprised by the result because it is also new for me to use only shopping bags or interfacing to give them another use in our homes. Cuando sientes que algo no encaja, muchas veces no es que “eso” cambió.

Tú ya cambiaste, tu sensibilidad se afinó, tus valores se movieron un poquito, tus prioridades se reordenaron.

Es por ello que en este episodio quiero invitarlo a escucharse a reconocer a tiempo esa incomodidad que no viene a castigarnos sino a anunciarnos nuestro un renacimiento.

Porque he aprendido que crecer comienza por decir adiós

A lo largo del episodio les cuento porque decir adiós no rompe con nuestra historia, sino que la organiza.

Pero sobre todo que cuando algo no encaja, no es señal de que fallamos, sino por el contrario es señal de que hemos florecido y definitivamente el florecimiento nos pide cambio de maceta.

That is why in this episode I want to invite you to listen to yourself and recognize in time that discomfort that does not come to punish us but to announce our rebirth.

Because I have learned that growth begins with saying goodbye.

Throughout the episode, I explain why saying goodbye does not break with our history, but rather organizes it.

But above all, when something doesn't fit, it is not a sign that we have failed, but rather a sign that we have flourished, and flourishing definitely requires a change of pot.

Mi objetivo es compartir proyectos que sean fáciles y prácticos de hacer, pero sobre todo que realmente sean con el fin de reutilizar cosas que tenemos en casa dando vueltas, no necesitas ser una experta o experto para hacerlo, solo necesitas las ganas de hacerlo y querer darle a tu casa o en este caso a tu baño un regalo hecho por ti misma.

El tutorial es corto, es otra cosa que estoy trabajando hacerlo corto y directo, sin perder la esencia del proyecto.

Hola, comunidad, ¿Cómo están?

En esta ocasión, me detengo en un aspecto muy cotidiano, pero que fue un verdadero desafío para mí cuando llegué: el transporte.

Recuerdo mis primeros viajes en colectivo, los nervios de no entender del todo cómo funcionaba la tarjeta o la costumbre de pedir la parada con anticipación. Pequeños detalles que, para quienes nacieron aquí, son normales, pero para mí eran parte de una aventura diaria.

Con el tiempo, fui aprendiendo a moverme, a disfrutar de las largas charlas con desconocidos en el asiento de al lado, a observar los distintos ritmos de la ciudad y también del interior.

Después de once años, puedo decir que el transporte me regaló mucho más que traslados: me dio historias, aprendizajes y una mirada distinta sobre la vida cotidiana en Argentina.

Es increíble cómo algo tan rutinario puede convertirse en una experiencia cultural. Y en este audio quiero contarles no solo esas diferencias que encontré al llegar, sino también lo que descubrí en estos años de viajes, idas y vueltas, kilómetros y charlas compartidas.

This time, I'm going to focus on something very everyday, but which was a real challenge for me when I arrived: transportation.

I remember my first bus rides, feeling nervous because I didn't fully understand how the card worked or the custom of asking for your stop in advance. Small details that are normal for those born here, but for me were part of a daily adventure.

Over time, I learned to get around, to enjoy long conversations with strangers in the seat next to me, to observe the different rhythms of the city and also of the interior.

After eleven years, I can say that transportation gave me much more than just transportation: it gave me stories, lessons, and a different perspective on everyday life in Argentina.

It's amazing how something so routine can become a cultural experience. And in this audio, I want to tell you not only about the differences I found when I arrived, but also what I discovered during these years of travel, comings and goings, miles and shared conversations.

Hoy, en este quinto episodio, quiero llevarte a través de una reflexión sobre un tema que nos toca a todos: aceptar nuestras decisiones

¿Alguna vez miraste hacia atrás y te encontraste preguntándote… ¿y si hubiera elegido distinto?

Porque aceptar nuestras decisiones no siempre es fácil.
A veces las miramos con ternura… y otras, con dolor.

Cada decisión que tomaste fue hija de un momento
Nació de la información que tenías entonces, de la persona que eras entonces, de lo que tu corazón, tu mente y tus circunstancias te permitieron ver.

No podemos juzgar a esa versión de nosotras con los ojos que tenemos hoy.

Sería como culpar a una semilla por no haber sido un árbol desde el principio.

Aceptar nuestras decisiones no significa decir: Fue perfecto o No cambiaría nada

Aceptar es un gesto de amor hacia nuestra propia historia.

Es mirar hacia atrás y decir: Hice lo mejor que pude con lo que sabía, con lo que tenía, con lo que era. Y desde ese lugar… podemos aprender, podemos elegir de nuevo y podemos caminar más livianas.

Porque el y si… es una cadena invisible.

Un peso que no nos deja avanzar.
Cuando lo soltamos, el pasado deja de ser un laberinto y se convierte en un mapa.

Un mapa lleno de pistas, aprendizajes y señales que nos muestran por dónde queremos o no queremos ir.

Quiero invitarte a un ejercicio muy simple

Piensa en tres decisiones que alguna vez dudaste.
Puede que te hayan dolido. Escríbelas en un papel.
Y al lado de cada una, anota un aprendizaje que hoy rescatas de esa elección.
Luego, míralas con gratitud.

Porque gracias a ellas… estás aquí, escuchando estas palabras, siendo la persona que eres hoy.

Aceptar nuestras decisiones no borra lo que pasó.
Pero sí nos devuelve el presente.

Y el presente siempre, siempre… es un lugar desde el que podemos elegir de nuevo.

Have you ever looked back and found yourself wondering... what if I had chosen differently?

Because accepting our decisions is not always easy.
Sometimes we look at them with tenderness... and other times, with pain.

Every decision you made was the product of a moment
It was born from the information you had at the time, from the person you were at the time, from what your heart, your mind, and your circumstances allowed you to see.

We cannot judge that version of ourselves with the eyes we have today.

It would be like blaming a seed for not being a tree from the beginning.

Accepting our decisions does not mean saying: It was perfect or I wouldn't change a thing

Acceptance is a gesture of love towards our own history.

It is looking back and saying: I did the best I could with what I knew, with what I had, with what I was. And from that place... we can learn, we can choose again, and we can walk more lightly.

Because the what if... is an invisible chain.

A weight that prevents us from moving forward.
When we let it go, the past ceases to be a maze and becomes a map.

A map full of clues, lessons, and signs that show us where we want to go and where we don't want to go.

I want to invite you to try a very simple exercise

Think of three decisions you once hesitated to make.
They may have hurt you. Write them down on a piece of paper.
And next to each one, write down a lesson you have learned from that choice.
Then look at them with gratitude.
