Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes la preparación de una torta deliciosa y fácil de hacer con un ingrediente que se pone muy de moda en este mes de Octubre la Calabaza o Auyama como lo conocemos por este lado. En el vídeo no especifico las cantidades pero por aquí te las voy a dejar por si te animas a realizarla en casa.

Ingredientes:
150gr de mantequilla.
1 1/2 taza de azúcar.
4 huevos.
2 cucharadas de vainilla.
300gr de Calabaza o auyama sancochada.
2 tazas de harina de trigo.
100gr de uvas pasas.
Leche en polvo o líquido (opcional)

Preparación:

• Paso 1: comenzaremos por mezclar la mantequilla con el azúcar, hasta integrar muy bien. La mantequilla debe estar a temperatura ambiente.

• Paso 2: agregaremos los huevos de uno
  en uno a la mezcla de mantequilla y azúcar y mezclamos bien. Cuando hayamos terminado con los huevos de mezclar todos los huevos le vamos agregar la vainilla, para mí este es el momento indicado para que le aporte un rico aroma a la torta y opaque un poco el sabor de los huevos.

• Paso 3: luego agregamos el puré de la calabaza o auyama y mezclamos bien. Luego le agregamos la harina en dos partes y vamos mezclando con una paleta, la mezcla nos debe quedar espesa. También podemos agregar un poco de leche en polvo para darle más consistencia y sabor a la mezcla.

• Paso 4: finalizamos agregando las uvas pasas espolvoreadas con harina. Vertemos la mezcla en una bandeja engrasada para horno y horneamos a temperatura media por 35 minutos aproximadamente.

Luego dejamos enfriar y disfrutamos como más nos guste.

Tips: la leche va a intensificar el sabor de la torta, pero si la mezcla no está muy espesa nos conviene echarle leche en polvo. Este espesor va a depender de que tan cremosa o aguada este la calabaza.

El viaje comenzó en Maturín con destina a Cantaura Estado Anzoátegui, fue la primera vez que visitaba este lugar, así que fue más emocionante para mí grabar este recorrido, este video comienza lo comencé a grabar desde la ceiba, que es una parada que normalmente realizan los viajeros, para ir al baño, comer o beber algo y también para surtir gasolina. Nosotros este viaje lo realizamos en la tarde, me encanta viajar en las tardes porque puedo presenciar la parte del día que más me gusta los atardeceres 😍... Esta parte del día hace que todo se vea y se sienta más bonito, y también le da tonalidades hermosas al camino.

Antes de llegar a Cantaura, debemos de pasar por anaco y aprovechamos de surtir gasolina y poner el tanque full para continuar el camino, como era la primera vez que íbamos a Cantaura pusimos el mapa para que nos indicará el camino y nos mandó por la carretera vieja, que no la recomiendo para viajar de noche, pues es muy oscura y tiene obstáculos muy altos aparte del los huecos en la carretera... No nos gusto para nada. Cuando llegamos, hablado con amigos que llegaron temprano nos dijeron que había una autopista que pudimos haber tomando.

Pero finalmente llegamos a Cantaura, y pues nos dijimos a la hacienda en dónde sería la acampada 🏕️ ya teníamos un espacio para nuestra carpa que un amigo nos reservo al lado de la suya. Armamos la carpa y ahora sí preparamos unos tragos y nos relajamos hablando y escuchando a una banda local, y es así como le dimos inicio a un fin de semana espectacular.

Before arriving to Cantaura, we must pass through Anaco and we took the opportunity to fill up with gas and put the tank full to continue the road, as it was the first time we went to Cantaura we put the map to show us the way and it sent us through the old road, which I do not recommend to travel at night, because it is very dark and has very high obstacles besides the holes in the road.... We did not like it at all. When we arrived, talking to friends who arrived early, they told us that there was a highway that we could have taken.

But finally we arrived in Cantaura, and we went to the hacienda where we would camp 🏕️ and we already had a space for our tent that a friend reserved for us next to his own. We set up the tent and now we prepared some drinks and relaxed talking and listening to a local band, and that's how we started a spectacular weekend.

I joined this running club on August 19, 2023 and it has been one of the best things I did during that year, before that date I didn't practice this discipline, I only used the treadmill or stair climber at the gym for 20 or 30 minutes one or two days a week, but I discovered that running outdoors is totally different and I like it. Mucho que contar, muchas experiencias vividas en tan poco tiempo! El fin de semana pasado viví por primera vez la experiencia de un maratón en compañía de mi equipo de #hiverun. @Graciliano y yo nos fuimos para Caracas para acompañar a nuestros corredores en el medio maratón y el maratón completo en la CAF Caracas 2024. Estuvimos juntos con los #hivers @leomontagg @karii @angelik @neilamarcano para prestar apoyo en la logística a lo largo del maratón, @graciliano y yo estuvimos apoyando a @danielvehe y @erilj que harían el maratón completo prestando apoyo en los kilómetros 11 - 25 y 35 del recorrido mientras que los otros compañeros estarían apoyando a @vandres y enmy que harían el medio maratón.

El recorrido del medio y mataron completo coincidieron en el kilómetro 11 allí ví pasar a tres de nuestros corredores, pues @vandres paso tan rápido que no alcanzamos a verlo y grabarlo jejejeje. En este video les muestro el paso de nuestros corredores por estos puntos. Espero que disfruten a través de este video la experiencia que vivimos.

The half and full marathon course coincided at kilometer 11 where I saw three of our runners pass, because @vandres passed so fast that we did not get to see him and record him hehehehehe. To live this adventure we were accompanied by our friends Paola and Jym who like us enjoy mountain adventures and are also bikers, so we took a weekend to camp and do some tours in the mountains of Caripe. We left Maturin early in the morning, equipped our bikes with the necessary gear, tents, food, comfortable clothes and a lot of desire to enjoy the weekend

In Caripe we camped in the posada las rosas, where they have an area for camping and also have kitchens and bathrooms that we can use, also has very comfortable rooms and the owners are a love, they will always serve you super well making you feel at home, it is an inn that I always recommend.

In addition they produce their own handmade and organic coffee that is delicious and every morning Mrs. Rosa will praise you with a cup of this delicious coffee and her big smile that characterizes her, so if in any supermarket you find this coffee do not hesitate to buy it, plus you will always have very good advice about the weather, because in Sabana de Piedra it rains a lot and she kind of knows the rhythm of the weather there.

After setting up our tents, we changed clothes and set out on the journey to get to Chorreron, the waterfall is reached by hiking for about two hours from the town of Sabana de Piedra. I was very excited for everything that was to come, because my friends who had already visited it had said many wonders of this tour.

When we start walking the path that will take us to the waterfall we find a sign that points us on the way to Cerro Negro which to some extent is the same as that of Chorreron and from there we start this adventure where we will find ourselves surrounded by lots of nature that reflects the essence of this municipality, Caripe is known as the garden of the east of Venezuela, because of its climate the vegetable crops, lettuce looked super beautiful, green flakes sprouting from the ground I had not had the opportunity to see a lettuce field so I loved this experience.

After walking for more than an hour from the top of the road and in the silence of the mountain began to hear the water fall in the distance and you could also see a little waterfall Chorreron, it was exciting because we already had enough time walking and listening to it is like seeing the light at the end of the road hehehehehehe I also found it very curious that the space between the trees and the mountain that let you see the waterfall was shaped like a heart I found so beautiful, although my friends at first did not appreciate the shape of the heart, but after looking well if they noticed .... Nature is beautiful. ♥️

Then we started to go down, down the mountain to get to our destination the waterfall, this part of the way was slippery because of the dry leaves on the ground so I don't have many pictures. But each time we felt closer and closer to the waterfall and the weather was getting colder, until at the end of the road you find this beauty of about 150 meters high, the water falls into a pool that has a varied depth the closer you get to the center the deeper it will be and the water is super but super cold and also hits a lot of breeze which makes you even colder if you get into it .... As I don't know how to swim I just sat for a while as close as I could to one of the waterfalls, my friends swam for a while until we decided to go back because it was getting late in the afternoon.

While we were returning many of the animals were already looking for their places to spend the night, because inside the mountain with the huge trees darkness comes earlier, there were some sounds of what we thought were monkeys that scared us a little and motivated us to walk super fast from the scare hehehehehehe was an experience that I would live again and I recommend you do if you have the opportunity, but I do return before 4:00 pm so you do not get scared with the noises of animals 😅.

I really enjoy when they play in a genuine way, because almost all the time we play with kila so that she burns her energy and duque rarely gets involved in the game because he doesn't like it very much, he is more into being cuddled without moving from the place.

This afternoon while I was checking my phone kila started to run around with duque and he followed her game for a few minutes, when they started to play alone my boyfriend and I made silence so they wouldn't lose focus of the game, duque preferred to be petted or to get our attention than to play with kila. The face and eyes of contentment that both of them had could not hide it although for a moment Duke moved away a little bit as if he didn't want any more mess but Kila insisted and he fell back into the game.

I love to see them like this, playing and having fun together because they spend many hours alone at home, I feel that somehow they understand each other and keep each other company and that makes me feel more relaxed. This friendship between them is getting closer and closer because duque is just about to turn three years old with us and he went through many traumas when he was in his street situation but little by little he has been gaining confidence in himself and also in the three of us, he is getting more and more adapted.

Así que hoy me levanté y planee ir en la tarde a comprarla, estaba súper pero súper emocionada porque al fin tendría una máquina de coser para hacer algunas cosas que viera por internet, de niña me gustaba hacerle ropa a mis muñecas y a las de mi hermana y hasta llegue hacerme ropa a mi misma jejeje pero todo cosiendo a mano, mi dos abuelas cocían a mano y de ellas aprendí. Desde que tengo a mis perritos siempre les he hecho todas sus cosas, ropas, camas, collares, correas pero todo siempre cosido a mano, ahora llego el momento de aprender a usar esta máquina que es pequeña y sencilla y creo que me servirá de mucho y por mucho tiempo. Está máquina es marca Premier.

Al abrirla estaba muy emocionada, es como cuando recibías un regalo por parte del niño Jesús o santa que no sabías que era y muchas veces no sabías ni usar pero te emocionabas muchísimo, bueno así estaba yo jejeje.

Está máquina trajo poquitos accesorios, tal vez todas sean así no lo se, trajo un pedal que se conecta a la máquina y permite coser de forma manual, también trajo un cargador y una bolsita con unos rollos de hilos uno más pequeño que otro y también trajo una aguja y un enebrador para la aguja.

Está máquina trae una manija para transportar la máquina de un lugar a otro como su fuese un maletín, no es tan pequeña y no se ve tan fácil de usar, pero aprenderé rápido jejeje.

En uno de sus laterales trae una rueda grande que permite mover la aguja de arriba hacia a bajo y también trae el botón de encendido, en la parte frontal muestra los distintos tipos de costuras que puede hacer la máquina de coser, también trae una placa que para coser en reversa y el botón para coser de forma automático en dos niveles lento y rápido.

En esta imágenes vemos la parte donde va la aguja y por dónde pasa el hilo, también hay un selector que según el manual marca que tan tensa va la puntada.

Este será mi gran amigo estos próximos días, el manual de uso ☺️ también trajo un cd, que imagino trea unos patrones que dice en la caja que trae, pero en físico ni están así que imagino vienen en el cd.

So today I got up and planned to go in the afternoon to buy it, I was super but super excited because I would finally have a sewing machine to make some things I saw on the internet, as a child I liked to make clothes for my dolls and my sister's dolls and I even made clothes for myself hehehehe but all sewing by hand, my two grandmothers cooked by hand and I learned from them. Since I have my dogs I have always made all their things, clothes, beds, collars, leashes but always sewing by hand, now it's time to learn to use this machine that is small and simple and I think it will serve me a lot and for a long time. This machine came with few accessories, maybe all of them are like that I don't know, it came with a pedal that connects to the machine and allows you to sew manually, it also came with a charger and a bag with a few rolls of thread one smaller than the other and it also came with a needle and a needle threader for the needle.

This machine comes with a handle to carry the machine from one place to another as if it were a briefcase, it is not so small and does not look so easy to use, but I will learn quickly hehehe.

On one of its sides there is a large wheel that allows moving the needle up and down and also has the power button, on the front shows the different types of seams that can make the sewing machine, also has a plate to sew in reverse and the button to sew automatically in two levels slow and fast.

In this pictures we see the part where the needle goes and where the thread passes, there is also a selector that according to the manual marks how tight the stitch goes.

This will be my great friend these next few days, the manual ☺️ also brought a cd, which I imagine has some patterns that it says on the box that it comes with, but in physical they are not there so I imagine they come on the cd.

Cuando ya iba de regreso a casa a eso de las 7:50 mi sorpresa fue grande cuando al detenernos en la panadería en perrito seguía sentado allí, al entrar lo saludé como siempre acostumbro y decidí grabar a ver cuántas personas notaban su presencia y también ver si le daban un poco de pan. En el rato que espere mientras hacía la compra del pan solo un chico lo saludo y el resto de las personas no notaban siquiera su presencia.

Yo tengo mucha empatía y sensibilidad hacia los perritos sin hogar que se encuentran en estás situaciones, creo que es uno de mis puntos débiles y quisiera poder ayudarlos a todos para que tengan una vida feliz y sana pero por ahora no me es posible, espero algún día poder hacer más y cambiar la vida de mucho de ellos. Así que si tienes espacio en casa y la posibilidad de adoptar un perrito y cambiarle su vida hazlo que con amor y paciencia tu vida también cambiará para bien y el estará eternamente agradecido contigo.

When I was on my way back home at about 7:50 my surprise was great when we stopped at the bakery and the dog was still sitting there, when I entered I greeted him as I always do and decided to record to see how many people noticed his presence and also to see if they gave him some bread. During the time I was waiting while I was buying bread only one boy greeted him and the rest of the people did not even notice his presence.

I have a lot of empathy and sensitivity towards the homeless dogs that are in these situations, I think it is one of my weak points and I would like to help them all to have a happy and healthy life but for now it is not possible, I hope someday I can do more and change the lives of many of them. So if you have space at home and the possibility to adopt a puppy and change his life, do it, with love and patience your life will also change for the better and he will be eternally grateful to you.

La Universidad Católica Andrés Bello se nutrió de conocimientos criptos, de blockchain, de web3, de minería entre tantos otros términos y se que habrá un cambio notorio en los asistentes a estás conferencias.

También se podían encontrar muchos expositores, empresas, emprendedores, prensa, artistas y más... Y como se que muchos no pudieron asistir especialmente los del interior del país y también los que están fuera del país, así que les hice un vídeo corto mostrándole un poco de los expositores que estuvieron exhibiendo sus propuestas durante estos días cargados de Blockchain.

Así que tome la decisión de comprarme una laptop en la que me sintiera más cómoda a la hora de realizar cualquier trabajo o investigación. Estube visitando varias tiendas de tecnología para ver qué computadora tenían disponibles, ver los precios y características y así poder escoger la que mejor se ajustará a mis necesidades y que obviamente me encantará.

Así aquí hoy les les mostraré la computadora que escogí, a mi me encantó tiene muchas virtudes que me cautivaron, ví muchas marcas y características que también me encantaron pero mi presupuesto no me permitía adquirirla así que compré una laptop marca "Gateway" de 14.1" Ultra Slim Notebook lo que más me llamo la atención de esta laptop fueron sus características ya que de todas las tiendas que visite era la que más tecnología tenía acordé con mi presupuesto claro está jejeje.

La característica que más me gustó, es que tiene 8GB de RAM Y 512GB de almacenamiento, lo otro que llamo mi atención es que es core i7 y mi laptop vieja es core i3 además es que es de generación 12. La batería de esta laptop tiene una independencia de 10 horas y otra cosa que me llamo muchísimo la atención es que la pantalla es táctil, y eso me gustó mucho pues cuando usaba mi laptop siempre le tocaba la pantalla para seleccionar algo porque ya uno está como acostumbrado a las pantallas táctiles.

Tenía muchísimos años que no me estrenaba una laptop y sacar está de la caja y configurarla es una sensación espectacular ya ni recordaba lo que era configurar una laptop desde cero,imagínense que mi antigua laptop la compré en el sexto semestre de la universidad, dónde era necesario una computadora de calidad para ver una materia que se llamaba simulación de yacimientos y para ese entonces mi laptop era una de la más top, en cuanto a procesador y el programa corría súper rápido.

Está laptop solo trajo el cargador, al abrirla el teclado se levanta un poco lo que hace que sea más cómodo a la hora de usar el teclado, la calidad de la imagen es súper y el táctil es espectacular. Trajo instalado el Windows 11 y un antivirus Norton.

Estoy súper contenta y satisfecha con esta laptop, y hasta ahora me siento súper bien usándola. Espero que hayan disfrutado de esta publicación y ante cualquier duda al respecto estaré atenta a los comentarios.

Hello friends 👋 I hope you are super well on this side we are super happy, because for some time my laptop is not working at 100% for example the battery is damaged and works only connected to electricity, it damaged the letter H and G and to write long texts everything is complicated because you have to be aware if the autocorrector pointed it to correct it or had to be cutting and pasting the letter to write the word correctly, that was something that I did not like and I preferred to write on my phone and then pass the document by email and thus finish making the trades on the PC.

So I made the decision to buy a laptop in which I felt more comfortable when doing any work or research. I was visiting several technology stores to see what computer they had available, see the prices and features and so I could choose the one that best fit my needs and that obviously I will love.

So here today I will show you the computer I chose, I loved it, it has many virtues that captivated me, I saw many brands and features that I also loved but my budget did not allow me to buy it so I bought a laptop brand "Gateway" 14.1" Ultra Slim Notebook what most caught my attention of this laptop were its features because of all the stores I visited was the one that had the most technology according to my budget of course hehehehe.

The feature that I liked the most, is that it has 8GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, the other thing that caught my attention is that it is core i7 and my old laptop is core i3 plus it is of generation 12. The battery of this laptop has an independence of 10 hours and another thing that caught my attention is that the screen is touch screen, and I really liked that because when I used my laptop I always touched the screen to select something because you are used to touch screens.

I had not used a laptop for many years and taking it out of the box and configuring it is a spectacular sensation, I didn't even remember what it was like to configure a laptop from scratch, imagine that I bought my old laptop in the sixth semester of college, where a quality computer was necessary to see a subject called reservoir simulation and by then my laptop was one of the top, in terms of processor and the program ran super fast.

This laptop only brought the charger, when opened the keyboard rises a little which makes it more comfortable when using the keyboard, the image quality is super and the touch is spectacular. It came with Windows 11 and Norton antivirus installed.
