Todas estas acciones que esta realizando nuestro compañero no se trata mas que de un acto de ignorancia y de tratar de llamar la atención. Te recomendaria que antes de hablar, sobre todo por un tema asi te informes mejor y si vas a acusar a alguien, tengas pruebas verdaderamente contundentes y con logica hermano, que es muy importante! No haces anda con atacar a Manuel Ramos, cuando el tiene el apoyo de toda la comunidad y sabemos como son las cosas con total transparencia..</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Hola amigos de Hive y de <a href="/search?q=swc">#SWC</a>, el día de ayer domingo, tuve la oportunidad de irme de senderismo con mi tia, pero esta vez no al Ávila, sino a el cerro “El Volcan”
El pico más alto del Municipio Baruta, uno de los que conforma el área metropolitana de la ciudad de Caracas. Alcanza una elevación de 1490 metros sobre el nivel del mar, y a pesar de su nombre, realmente el lugar no tiene un registro de actividad volcánica. presenta un paisaje de montaña con muchos arboles y pinos, con un relieve de topografía accidentada en la cual los valles son estrechos con estribaciones que originan una serie de lomas. En toda su área que ocupa existen caminos que conducen a sus distintas laderas y, una de estas, es una suerte de mirador que ofrece una gran vista de Caracas. Algunas antenas de telecomunicaciones, de radio y televisión han sido instaladas en el tope del lugar para prestar servicio a la ciudad de Caracas. Lamentablemente, no pudimos tener la dicha de visitar estos lugares ya que, a un poco más de la mitad del camino, comenzó a llover bastante, y este cerro, a diferencia del Ávila, es mucho mas resbaladizo por las hojas y mucho mas cuando la tierra esta mojada. A pesar de que no pudimos llegar hasta arriba, fue un momento y una experiencia totalmente grata y agradable. Un lugar que sin ninguna duda me gustaría poder regresar, y esta vez completarlo hasta el final.</div>

The highest peak of the Baruta Municipality, one of those that make up the metropolitan area of the city of Caracas. It reaches an elevation of 1490 meters above sea level, and despite its name, actually the place has no record of volcanic activity. It presents a mountain landscape with many trees and pines, with a relief of rugged topography in which the valleys are narrow with foothills that originate a series of hills. In all its area there are roads that lead to its different slopes and, one of these, is a sort of viewpoint that offers a great view of Caracas. Some telecommunications, radio and television antennas have been installed on top of the place to provide service to the city of Caracas. Unfortunately, we could not have the pleasure of visiting these places because, a little more than half way up, it started to rain a lot, and this hill, unlike the Avila, is much more slippery because of the leaves and even more so when the ground is wet. Although we could not get to the top, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. A place that without any doubt I would like to return, and this time to complete it to the end.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Hola amigos de Hive y de <a href="/search?q=swc">#SWC</a>, El día sábado me dediqué a ir al Ávila, esta vez yo solo, porque quise intentar algo nuevo. Intentar subir al Ávila (solo hasta Sebas Nieves) lo más rápido y veloz que pueda. Ciertamente aun no tengo la condición adecuada para hacer este tipo de cosas o la resistencia necesaria como para poder lograr un buen tiempo, pero, sin embargo, di todo de mi ese día, y me siento contento con el resultado. Lamentablemente tuve el despiste de no llevarme agua, durante casi todo el camino me estaba deshidratando demasiado, al menos aproveche para pedirle un poco de agua a una persona para poder humedecerme la boca a mitad de camino. Estaba guiándome con respecto a los Km que llevaba y el tiempo con mi reloj, asi como mi frecuencia cardiaca que llego un punto en el q me llego casi a 200. Tengo que seguir entrenando, y mejorar mi condición para volver, y hacer un mejor tiempo y mas tranquilo. En la bajada, claramente tambien intente hacerlo lo mas rápido q podía, a pesar de que tenia un dolor en el tobillo tampoco podía abusar mucho. Al finalizar mi bajada, decidí tomarme una chicha criolla que estaban vendiendo en la entrada de sebas nieves, para refrescarme mientras esperaba que me vendrían a buscar. Esta es solo la parte 1, espero pronto poder subir una parte dos y compartiéndoles un mejor tiempo. Saludos!</div>

Unfortunately I had the mistake of not taking water with me, during almost all the way I was getting too dehydrated, at least I took the opportunity to ask a person for some water to wet my mouth halfway. I was guiding myself with respect to the Km I was doing and the time with my watch, as well as my heart rate that reached a point where I got almost to 200. I have to keep training, and improve my condition to return, and make a better time and more relaxed. On the descent, clearly I also tried to do it as fast as I could, even though I had a sore ankle, I couldn't overdo it. At the end of my descent, I decided to drink a chicha criolla that they were selling at the entrance of sebas nieves, to refresh myself while waiting for them to come and pick me up. <div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Hola amigos de Hive y de <a href="/search?q=swc">#SWC</a>, ya se encuentra finalizando la semana y con ellos los últimos entrenamientos de ella. El día de ayer decidí exigirme un poco mas aumentando las repeticiones y concentración en cada realización de los ejercicios. Es bastante reconfortante notar una mejora bastante significativa en mi hombro, motivo por el cual mi disciplina no se ve afectada ya que en este punto si seguimos asi, no hay porque dar una vuelta atrás. El dia de ayer realice una rutina de pecho, tal vez un poco parecida a la de hace unos días pero con unos ligeros cambios. Seguí realizando solo 4 ejercicios, pero haciendo que cada repetición valga la pena. Comencé realizando 4 series de Flexiones Declinadas a 20 repeticiones, ideal para el pectoral superior, aunque conforme iba progresando en las series cada vez podía hacer menos repes. Igualmente me sucedió con el ejercicio posterior, Flexiones Inclinadas, realizando solo 3 series a 20 repes de igual manera que la anterior. Posterior a ese, decidí incluir las Diamond Push-ups, a 3 series y 10 repes. Estas 3 series de las Diamond si me costaron bastante, la fatiga que ya tenia encima era notoria, pero aun asi logre completar mis 3 series realizando las 10 repes correspondientes. Y para finalizar esta rutina, decidí tocar un poco el hombro haciendo las famosas Pike push-ups, 3 series a 8 repes, ya para este momento estaba bastante cansado, me costo llegar a las 8 repes en las ultimas series pero aun asi se logro, gracias a que logre descansar el tiempo necesario entre series. Esta fue mi rutina de ayer, espero que les haya gustado!</div>

The same thing happened to me with the next exercise, Incline Push-ups, performing only 3 sets at 20 reps, just like the previous one. After that, I decided to include the Diamond Push-ups, 3 sets and 10 reps. These 3 series of the Diamond Push-ups cost me a lot, the fatigue that I already had on top was notorious, but I still managed to complete my 3 series performing the corresponding 10 reps. And to finish this routine, I decided to play a little shoulder doing the famous Pike push-ups, 3 sets at 8 reps, and by this time I was pretty tired, it cost me to reach the 8 reps in the last series but still achieved, thanks to the fact that I managed to rest the necessary time between series. Después de varias semanas de reposo, y en proceso de la realización de rutinas para fortalecer el hombro, creo que puedo decir que siento algo de mejoría, por lo cual en este nuevo post, les traigo lo que fue mi día de rutina del día lunes donde realice mi rutina de fortalecimiento correspondiente e hice algunos intentos de pino y variaciones a ver que tal me sentía y culmine realizando solo algunos básicos como flexiones y fondos. He estado intentando mantenerme activo. Pero la verdad que esta lesión me ha tenido bastante mal y desmotivado y me ha afectado mi día a día, pero siempre están las ganas de seguir y mejorar cada día que pasa. Para los que no saben o no han visto mis reportes anteriores. Mi lesión se trata de una inflamación en el deltoide anterior, afectándome y limitándome mover y ejercer fuerza en cualquier dirección.. El día lunes, comencé realizando el debido calentamiento y posteriormente haciendo algunos intentos de pino que no es que me haya ido tan bien, en el video pueden ver que tal me fue, seguido de eso hice algunas flexiones para no perder la costumbre, y la verdad que si se nota bastante mi agotamiento. Y concluí estirando un poco el hombro para asi poder terminar de la mejor manera. A pesar de que no me fue como esperaba, seguiré dando lo que pueda para pronto recuperarme al 100% y seguir entrenando como se debe, siempre vamos por mas!</div>

Definitivamente se me nota mucha la deficiencia de fuerza que tengo pero nada me detendrá, contando los días para recuperarme por completo y así volver mucho mas fuerte. Esta rutina de empuje esta centrada en aumentar la fuerza dinámica del hombro, para así venir de forma mas cómoda a los ejercicios específicos para la plancha. Cabe destacar, que apenas es mi primera semana entrenando plancha, anteriormente estaba centrado en otros elementos, y no quería darle tanta carga al cuerpo, pero ya ha llegado la hora, así que qué a darle con todo muchachos. 💪</div>

El año pasado 2023, sufrí algunas lesiones, varios problemas y situaciones que me llevaron a tener que suspender mis entramientos, bajando mi nivel en este estático. Pero un nuevo año comenzó así que llego el momento de comenzarlo con buen pie. Mis rutinas de front lever, serán enfocadas en mejorar la postura y mas aguante. Como pueden observar en el video una de mis debilidades es que se me parte la cadera muy fácil, primer factor que quiero corregir. A continuacion les mencionare los ejercicios que hice en la rutina y el porque:</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Hola usuarios de hive y compañeros de nuestra comunidad Street Workout Community, me gustaría compartirles mi rutina de calentamiento y fortalecimiento de muñecas, anteriormente sufrí una lesión, y estos ejercicios que te voy a compartir me ayudaron a la recuperación y prevención de lesiones actuales. 
Calentar es algo de suma importancia hacer antes de todos los entrenamientos, además, las muñecas son unas articulaciones que sufren mucho al entrenar calistenia y Street Workout, por lo tanto es muy importante hacer un buen calentamiento y fortalecimiento de estás. Sin más nada que agregar, espero que les sea de mucha utilidad, y cabe destacar que también estos ejercicios servirán para fortalecer el antebrazo</div>
