Hola amigos de Hive ❤️ Les deseo un feliz domingo a todos los que me visitan el día de hoy!, les quería comentar que como últimamente me siento animada a probar o volver hacer cosas diferentes para compartir un contenido mas variado en mi blog, entonces decidí intentar realizar pequeños videos mostrando las cosas que me gustan hacer, entre ellas preparar dulces recetas como la que les mostrare a continuación, en donde además era una ocasión especial ya que mi mamá estaba de cumpleaños y quería sorprenderla preparándole una torta tipo bizcocho (pastel) hecho por mi, poniendo todos los conocimientos que ella en su momento me enseño desde niña, y aunque les confieso que se me hizo un poco complicado grabar mientras cocinaba, al final todo salió mucho mejor de lo que imaginaba.😁

Esta receta como les comente anteriormente, es para preparar un bizcocho pequeño, suave y esponjoso, de una manera fácil y rápida, y para ello vamos a necesitar los siguientes...

Ingredientes:

🔴6 huevos
🔴1 taza de azúcar
🔴3 tazas de harina trigo
🔴1 taza de leche
🔴1 cucharada de vainilla
🔴3/4 taza de aceite
🔴1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear

Procedimiento:

Lo primero que vamos a necesitar son todos los ingredientes a temperatura ambiente, y luego vamos a separar las yemas de las claras, dejando cada una en un envase diferente, la de las claras las dejamos a un lado reservándolas para mas tarde y con las yemas vamos a empezar a batir agregándole media taza de azúcar hasta disolverla, y una vez notemos que la mezcla se suavizo un poco, le añadimos el aceite de a poco hasta agregar todo. Luego pasamos con la taza de leche que tendrá incluida además la cucharada de vainilla, mientras que por otro lado tendremos otro recipiente con las tazas de harina (previamente enharinadas), con la cucharadita de polvo de hornear, una pizca de soda y sal, una vez tengamos ambos ingredientes preparados pasamos a integrarlos a la mezcla de forma intercalada, y batiendo de forma envolvente para así crear la esponjosidad que se busca al final, una vez tengamos la mezcla lista pasamos a batir las claras, allí integraremos el resto del azúcar y seguimos batiendo hasta formar punto de nieve. Ya listo ambos procesos los integramos este último a la mezcla anterior, de forma envolvente para crear mas aire a la mezcla. Finalmente preparamos el molde cubriéndolo con mantequilla y harina, vertemos la mezcla ahí y con el horno precalentado a 180 °C aproximadamente lo dejamos cocinar por 45 a 50 minutos dependiendo de su horno, podría tardar incluso 1 hora, igual para estar mas seguros, introducir un palillo de madera y que este salga seco es indicación que nuestro bizcocho esta listo.

I wanted to tell you that lately I feel encouraged to try or return to do different things to share a more varied content on my blog, so I decided to try to make small videos showing the things I like to do, including preparing sweet recipes like the one I will show you below, where it was also a special occasion because my mom had a birthday and I wanted to surprise her by preparing a cake type cake (cake) made by me, putting all the knowledge that she once taught me as a child, and although I confess that it was a little complicated to record while cooking, in the end everything came out much better than I imagined. 😁

This recipe as I told you before, is to prepare a small, soft and fluffy cake, in an easy and quick way, and for this we will need the following....

Ingredients:

🔴6 eggs
🔴1 cup sugar
🔴3 cups of wheat flour
🔴1 cup milk
🔴1 tablespoon of vanilla
🔴3/4 cup oil
🔴1 teaspoon baking powder.

Procedure:

The first thing we are going to need are all the ingredients at room temperature, and then we are going to separate the yolks from the egg whites, leaving each one in a different container, the one with the egg whites we set them aside reserving them for later and with the yolks we are going to start beating adding half a cup of sugar until dissolved, and once we notice that the mixture softened a little, we add the oil a little at a time until everything is added. Then we pass with the cup of milk that will also have included the tablespoon of vanilla, while on the other hand we will have another container with the cups of flour (previously floured), with the teaspoon of baking powder, a pinch of soda and salt, Once we have both ingredients prepared we integrate them to the mixture in an intercalated way, and beating in an enveloping way in order to create the sponginess that we are looking for at the end, once we have the mixture ready we beat the egg whites, there we will integrate the rest of the sugar and we continue beating until it forms stiff peaks. Once both processes are ready, we integrate the latter to the previous mixture, in an enveloping way to create more air to the mixture. Finally we prepare the mold covering it with butter and flour, we pour the mixture there and with the oven preheated to 180 °C approximately we let it cook for 45 to 50 minutes depending on your oven, it could take even 1 hour, the same to be more sure, introduce a wooden toothpick and if it comes out dry it is an indication that our cake is ready.
