Best Bread in the World

Gather:
- large mixing bowl
- whisk, spatula, mixing spoon
- greased or lined pan or baking sheet

- 1 c room temp + 1/2 c boiling water
- ~5 tsp active or instant dry yeast
- 1 tbsp psyllium husk powder
- 3 tbsp olive oil or alternative
- 2 tbsp liquid honey or alternative (+1 if flour blend is low starch)
- 2 1/4 c gluten-free flour blend (sorghum, millet, rice, tapioca, potato, buckwheat, etc NO chickpea)
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 large egg or alternative

Within specified timeframe:
- whisk yeast into water (1-2 min)
- whisk in psyllium (+ extra if needed) --> runny blob (1-3 min)
- mix in oil + honey (1-3 min)
- mix in flour + salt --> firm dough (3-5 min)
- mix in egg --> soft dough (1-3 min)
- mix in extra flour if too runny
- spatula into loaf or cake pan, or scoop buns onto baking sheet
- set oven 375oF for loaf, 380 for cake, 385 for buns
- rise in warm spot --> ~doubled in volume (20-35 min)
- bake, rotate once --> med. brown (40-50 min loaf, 30-35 cake, 20-25 buns)

Cool on rack before slicing. Fresh on counter 2 days, in fridge 2 weeks, in freezer 2 months.

That's why this message is so important right now! In Canada, hundreds of dispensaries are being raided and shut, to make way for a legal monopoly of government insiders. The free market (and culture) of cannabis is being violently replaced by an arm of the ever-expanding state. The war on drugs is getting even worse.

A fellow revolutionary and good friend of mine has some INCREDIBLE skills on the microphone, a very conscious and passionate man with an undeniable proficiency for rapping and music. Just before April 20th 2015, I heard he was getting ready to release an absolute banger of a track, to take aim at cannabis prohibition. I was due to be part of a massive protest at the Vancouver Art Gallery. The morning of release, I heard the track before heading out the door - absolute fire! With the beat in my head, I made my way downtown, and started getting footage for a video. With Disl's blessing, that night I edited my footage together with his audio, and released this music video!

It has since been shadowbanned on YouTube for "encouraging drug use", and parts of the audio have been muted because the algorithms detected Peter Tong's "Legalize It" playing in the background. Disl Automatic's music is used with full permission. His lyric video is here (

In the 1990s, along with the rest of the world, I discovered the internet. Right away, I knew it was a gamechanger. I was drawn to its capabilities and aware of its potential dangers. I learned about Liberty and increasingly began to live my life based on it.

I won't move my line in the sand. 7 years after first uploading this video, I'm reuploading it without edit, to reaffirm my stance (besides, it was shadowbanned by YouTube and dropped by DTube). Private currency must always be available to citizens in a free nation. We aren't free if all transactions must be tracked and recorded by the state and/or by private banks! Freedom of transaction is almost as vital a right as freedom of speech.

How cryptocurrencies fit into this remains to be seen, and I'm excited to find out!
