El día de hoy les traigo un rutina de calistenia para entrenar nuestros tríceps (solo con peso corporal), en este post vamos a enfocarnos en fortaleces y hacer crecer nuestros tríceps con una rutina rápida y que no nos tome mucho tiempo realizarla. </div>

<p></p><div class="pull-left">El primer ejercicio son los fondos en paralelas, este ejercicio es excelente para trabajar tanto nuestros tríceps como nuestro pecho y además asegúrate que mantener el cuerpo recto al bajar y llegar como mínimo a los 90 grados al bajar.</div>

<p></p><div class="pull-left">El siguiente ejercicio son las flexiones arqueras, este es un ejercicio que además de trabajar nuestros tríceps nos ayuda a tonificar y aumentar de tamaño nuestros hombros, recuerda mantener una mano fija mientras la otra realiza la flexión y también es muy importante realizar la misma cantidad de repeticiones de ambos lados.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">El reto es bastante sencillo, pero por los ejercicios variados que indicaron el tiempo se aumenta ya que no podemos acelerarlo en los estáticos, me pareció una buena idea para pensar rápido y aprovechar los básicos como máxima potencia.</div>

</p><p>Empezando la partida en la fase de línea, un poco ruda por la composición enemiga, así que decidí mantenerme distante, farmear y lograr conseguir oro hasta obtener ítems necesarios para intercambiar con mayor ventaja en daño. Desde el comienzo el equipo enemigo le gustaba buscar muchas peleas y como podrán ver en algunos momentos el enemigo por más poca vida que tenga aguantaba muchísimo.</p>

</p><p>Ya empezaba a tener más nivel al igual que objetos y pude hacerme una gran jugada bajo mi torre dónde elimino a su carry enemigo y evitando todo el daño de ambos. Siempre busqué pelear con el más débil porque podrán ver que el tanque aguantaba mucho.</p>

<p>Hubo una pelea dónde empezaron sin mí pero llegué a buen momento y su error fue darle todo el daño al tanque mientras que yo a distancia los fui eliminando uno a uno hasta sacarme una triple baja.</p>
