Hi everyone! Today I bring you an idea that came to me after seeing a post by @pravesh0, in which he showed some of his plays in Rocket League.

Some time ago, I used to play Rocket League quite often, accumulating many hours of gameplay. Thanks to the publication, I remembered that I also had some videos with my best plays, except that I had copyrighted music for a thousand lawsuits.

¡Hola a todos! Hoy les traigo una idea que se me ocurrió tras ver una publicación de @pravesh0, en la que mostraba alguna de sus jugadas en Rocket League.

Hace un tiempo, solia jugar bastante seguido al Rocket League, llegando a acumular muchas horas de juego. Gracias a la publicación, recordé que también tenia algún que otro video con mis mejores jugadas, con excepción de que tenia música con copyright para mil demandas.

I have entered the Rocket League after a long time, I was curious about how many hours I had dedicated to the game, I knew it was a lot, I played it for many years and I'm pretty good at it. He entrado al Rocket League despues de muchisimo tiempo, me habia dado la curiosidad de cuantas horas le habia dedicado al juego, el cuál jugué durante bastantes años y se me daba bastante bien. Las estadisticas están en Español, asi que para no usar la imagen, voy a crear una tabla para cada idioma.

When I saw that I had dedicated 24 days to competitive Rocket League, I couldn't believe it. That was 576 hours of my life invested in the game, and even so, I never managed to reach the maximum rank. However, at my best, in competitive 2 vs 2, I managed to get all the way to Champion, which at the time was just one step below the highest rank.

Not only did I manage to stay Champion, but I also participated in tournaments organized for players of that level, managing to win some of them.

These are the titles I have won by winning tournaments.

Cuando vi que había dedicado 24 días al competitivo de Rocket League, no lo podía creer. Eran 576 horas de mi vida invertidas en el juego, y aun así, nunca logré alcanzar el rango máximo. Sin embargo, en mi mejor momento, en el competitivo 2 vs 2, conseguí llegar hasta Campeón, que en aquel entonces era solo un escalón por debajo del rango más alto.

No solo logré mantenerme en Campeón, sino que también participé en torneos organizados para jugadores de ese nivel, logrando ganar en algunas ocasiones.

Estos han sido los titulos que he ganado gracias a salir campeon de torneos.

Remember I had told you about the compilation of my plays with copyrighted music? Well, I found one of those old videos and managed to remove the original audio from it, replacing it with new royalty-free tracks.

When I first started playing Rocket League, I used to play with a group of friends. Over time, I was the one who got more involved, reaching a much higher level than them, to the point where there was a three rank difference between us. This made playing together competitively tricky, so I ended up playing alone, paired with strangers.

As in any competitive game, playing with strangers often brings with it a lot of toxicity. Whether it's a mistake by our teammate or scoring a goal on the opponent. Back in the day, I used to get into that game quite a bit, so I used to respond to provocations.

¿Recuerdan que les había contado sobre el compilado de mis jugadas con música con copyright? Bueno, encontré uno de esos videos antiguos y logré quitarle el audio original, reemplazándolo con música libre de derechos.

Cuando comencé a jugar Rocket League, solía hacerlo con un grupo de amigos. Con el tiempo, fui el que más se envició, alcanzando un nivel mucho más alto que ellos, al punto de que había una diferencia de tres rangos. Esto hizo que jugar juntos en competitivo fuera complicado, así que terminé jugando solo, emparejado con desconocidos.

Como en cualquier juego competitivo, jugar con extraños muchas veces trae consigo mucha toxicidad. Ya sea por un error de nuestro compañero o por marcarle un gol al rival. En su momento, yo solia entrar bastante en el juego ese, asi que solia responder a las provocaciones.

Among the old videos, I found a brief play where I almost scored the goal of my life, unfortunately after making 20,000 dribbles, I missed the goal.

Entre los videos viejos, encontré una jugada dónde casi meto el gol de mi vida, lamentablemente luego de hacer 20.000 regates, le erré al arco.

When I played competitively in the Champion rank, the games were intense and very even until the last minute. I didn't stand out for my defense, but I used to be decisive in the moments when neither of the two teams managed to score. One of my favorite moves was the fake: I pretended I was going to hit the ball, making the opponent pass by.

Cuando jugaba en competitivo en el rango Campeón, los partidos eran intensos y muy parejos hasta el último minuto. No destacaba por mi defensa, pero solía ser decisivo en los momentos en los que ninguno de los dos equipos lograba marcar. Una de mis jugadas favoritas era el fake: fingía que iba a golpear el balón, haciendo que el rival pase de largo.

Unfortunately a few years ago, my playstation 4 got formatted and I lost a lot of important clips I had from Rocket League, I think I from my prime playing Rocket League. However, I was able to find some team plays like the following:

Lamentablemente hace unos años, se me formateó la playstation y perdi clips importantes que tenia del Rocket League, de mi prime jugando al juego. Sin embargo, pude encontrar algunas jugadas en equipo como estas:

Finally, I also have some clips of a save I have made in a game. As I mentioned before, I'm one of those who don't go down to defend, so it's not so normal that I save a lot of plays in defense.

Para finalizar, también tengo algún que otro clip de una salvada que he hecho en algún partido. Como habia mencionado anteriormente, soy de los que no bajan a defender, asi que no es tan normal que salve muchas jugadas en defensa.

Hello everyone! How are you? Today I'm back with Need for Speed Unbound content. If you are interested in following it, you can check out the related posts at the end of this post. This time, I've decided to start posting on my secondary account, which at some point, may become primary. When I first registered on Hive, I didn't imagine that I would stay so long, so I chose the name '@mateodm03'. However, over time, I don't really like that name.

¡Hola a todos! ¿Cómo están? Hoy vuelvo con el contenido de Need For Speed Unbound. Esta vez, he decidido empezar a publicar en mi cuenta secundaria, que en algún momento, quizá se convierta en primaria. La primera vez que me registré en Hive, no imaginaba que me quedaría tanto tiempo, así que elegí el nombre '@mateodm03'. Sin embargo, con el tiempo, ese nombre no me termina de convencer del todo, por lo que en un futuro quizá cambie de cuenta.

In previous chapters, I was upgrading my Mazda RX-7 to prepare it for the elimination race, where I needed to have a car that was up to the task in order to get the top prize.

What are elimination races?

It is an event of a total of three races, starting with 8 competitors, who are eliminated at each stage. In the first race, two competitors are eliminated; in the second race, three are eliminated. In the final race, the three competitors left alive participate.
To participate you must put $50,000
The winner of the event is rewarded with $100,000 in in-game currency and a car, in this case, the Ford Crown Victoria (2008).
These heats are part of the game's history.

En anteriores capitulos, estuve mejorando mi Mazda RX-7 para prepararlo para la carrera de eliminación, dónde necesitaba tener un coche a la altura para poder hacerme con el botin mayor.

¿Qué son las carreras de eliminación?

Es un evento de de tres carreras, que comienza con 8 competidores, de los cuales se van eliminando en cada etapa. En la primera carrera, se eliminan dos competidores; en la segunda, tres. En la carrera final participan los tres competidores que quedaron con vida.
El ganador del evento es recompensado con 100.000$ en la moneda del juego y con un coche, en este caso, el Ford Crown Victoria(2008)
Para participar hay que poner 50.000$
Estas eliminatorias forman parte de la historia del juego.

It was time to see if I could keep the car and the money. I started by looking at my rivals, only two had a better car than me, so my priority was to take them out of the race so that the weakest competitors would be left for the final stretch.

Llegó la hora de ver si me puedo quedar con el vehiculo y el dinero. Empecé por ver a mis rivales, solo dos tenian un mejor coche que yo, asi que me prioridad era sacarlos de la carrera para que queden los competidores más debiles para la recta final.

I had a good start in the first race, getting to third place, until I took a wrong turn and crashed into a building. From there, I did everything I could to avoid being among those eliminated, managing to be in fifth place, which meant that I was going to start almost last in the second race.

Había iniciado de buena manera la primera carrera, llegando a estar en el tercer puesto, hasta que tomé mal una curva y me estrellé contra un edificio. Desde ahí, hice todo lo posible para no quedar entre los eliminados, logrando quedar en el quinto puesto, lo que significaba que iba a empezar casi último en la segunda carrera.

In the second race, it was quite easy to position myself in first place, however, in the middle of the race, the police presence began to bother me, especially me, so I was whistled and sent to the last place. I did not make it through the race, finishing in fourth place. However, the game gives you the limited option to restart the race once, so I tried again and, miraculously, in the end I was able to get third place and make it to the final race.

En la segunda carrera, fue bastante fácil posicionarme en el primer puesto, sin embargo, en la mitad de la carrera, la presencia policial me empezó a incomodar especialmente a mi, por lo que me pitearon y me mandaron al ultimo puesto. No logré remontar la carrera, quedando en el cuarto puesto. Sin embargo, el juego te da la opción limitada de reiniciar la carrera una vez, así que lo volví a intentar y, milagrosamente, al final pude conseguir el tercer puesto y llegar a la carrera final.

I'm so lucky that a cop fell from the sky to ruin my career. - Tengo tanta suerte que cayó un policia del cielo para arruinarme la carrera.

It was time to face the final race. However, I had not achieved my goal, which was to leave out the rival with the best car in the previous races, so it was going to be difficult to win the race.

Llegó el momento de enfrentarme a la carrera final. Lamentablemente, no habia logrado mi objetivo, que era dejar afuera en las anteriores carreras al rival con mejor coche, asi que iba a estar dificil hacerme con la carrera.

On numerous occasions during the race, I took the wrong turns or the police made the race difficult for me alone, so I had to use the last option of repeating. In the end, luckily, I was able to win the race on the home straight.

Durante la carrera, cometí varios errores al tomar las curvas y, además, la policía se encargó de dificultarme el camino, enfocándose solo en mí. Tuve que recurrir a la última opción de reiniciar, pero finalmente, por suerte, logré ganar en la recta final.

I had the option to sell the Ford Crown Victoria to earn a lot of money, but I decided to customize it as it should be. I didn't like at all the design it had as it was delivered to me, it lost the essence of the car completely with that body, so I had the great idea to modify it to look like a Highway Patrol vehicle.

Tenia la opción de vender el Ford Crown Victoria para ganar bastante dinero, pero decidi personalizar como debe ser. No me gustaba para nada el diseño que tenia tal cual me lo entregaron, perdia la esencia del coche completamente con esa carroceria, asi que tuve la genial idea de modificarlo para que pareciera un vehiculo de la Highway Patrol.
